McBride Vision Clinic has a knowledgeable and experienced doctor and staff, but the best part is they are both professional and friendly. Each individual is personable and helps the patient to feel heard and valued. I first came here because they were geographically desirable but I return because they are good and just so nice.

I recently experienced eye coverage through another company and have not been satisfied at all because I still cannot see through my new glasses. I have chosen to go back to McBride vision because I have received the best customer service. Everybody there is so nice and so helpful and they always go the extra mile to make sure that your glasses fit right and that you are totally satisfied.

The staff were cheerful and courteous and Dr. McBride was kind and helpful.

Great team and doctor, super authentic, and will tailor to your optical needs. They have a fairly moderate selection of frames in store(more by order), and sometimes discount frames available. Dr. McBride is a gem. I come back because of the service, experience, and kindness the whole team shows.

Ive been a patient here for years. The quality of care here is top notch and I love that I can skip dilation and get a photo instead. A much more pleasant experience for sure. The staff are all super nice. I am always impressed with the friendliness of the office staff and Dr. McBrides positive attitude. Dr. McBride has guided me through several eye issues that compromised my vision including retina issues and cataracts. I have entrusted my vision to him for over 30 years and would not consider changing doctors.

Summary:McBride Vision Clinic failed to work with the lab to solve a problem. Optician Diane blamed me as the customer and terminated my business. Dr. McBride supported this termination. Poor quality final product after seven weeks. Barbara at the front desk is kind and professional.Detailed account:I ordered two identical frames with lenses. One pair turned out perfect, the other had mis-shapen lenses. I had a difficult time convincing Diane the optician of the error. She returned them to the lab for redo, they came back with the same issue. I returned to visually verify this since Diane could not see the problem the first time, only to find that Diane had taken it upon herself to CANCEL THE ORDER, refund my copay, and send me out the door. Dr. McBride defended her actions by saying You frustrated her. With only two days left to use my VSP benefits, I had no choice but to return to the clinic to restart the pair of glasses. They returned with the same mis-shapen lenses. I had to settle for a substandard product. This took seven weeks.

Best eye care possible by caring and friendly people.I’ve been a patient of Dr McBride for about 15 years and have enjoyed his excellent care and friendly interest in me as a person....And his staff....Barbara is excellent as is everyone else...super friendly and welcoming.I’ve been traveling for a couple of years and recently went in to have my overdue checkup......which revealed my need for cataract surgery....but first he made sure my glaucoma symptoms were still minor...they were.He then referred me to Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute...Just as excellent as his organization is...I have utter faith and confidence in Dr McBride and recommend him highly!

With an urgent Same Day Appt needed, due to broken glasses, I was able to get in and get my screening and new glasses ordered with haste. I was put into contacts to get me through the waiting period for the glasses to be received. They were very patient and very helpful, as a glasses wearer for over 30 years, contacts has been a whole new world for me.

Wonderful experience here! McBride and his team are really good at explaining the process, payment details, and eyeglasses. I had no issues and everything went smoothly. They also have a great selection of Ray Ban frames, which is good for me since that is the only frame that can accommodate me. Thanks again!

I recently had a yearly routine eye exam at McBride Vision to ensure my maturing age was not adversely effecting my vision. The testing and exams done by Dr. McBride were comfortable and reassuring that my vision continues to be healthy. Our ability to live & enjoy a fruitful life is very dependent on our eyesight. My current lenses provide me with good reading and distance vision, my retina and other eye parts continue to be healthy. Dr. McBride always gives me information & reassurance about my eye health.

A year ago, I had a less-than-stellar experience with a chain-based vision clinic, followed shortly by my wife having a fantastic experience with Dr. Mc Bride. Naturally, I eagerly anticipated my next pair of glasses and exam a year later. I had my exam and contacts fitting and just picked up my glasses today. Dr. Mc Bride and his staff have been very friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommended!

Im a lifelong attender to the eye doctor (unfortunately) and Dr David McBride is by far the best I have ever worked with. Dr. McBride takes a personal interest in your sight needs and his staff is friendly and courteous. Their office has been there for me also on a drop-in basis when I have had contact lens emergencies. Greatly appreciated. For me, he is also close to home making appointments convenient! Highly recommended.

Very good experience.Only downside is I was looking for new glasses while my eyes were being dilated. In retrospect, I would have waited and come back as I am afraid I wont like them when I return.
