I was visiting Portland for the weekend and lost my phone while traveling. Jacob and Peter were super helpful and efficient, they set me up with a new phone right away. Best experience at a phone store Ive ever had! Just moved to St. Johns and my AT&T phone service was less than satisfactory. I work a lot and only had a slim window to visit, an hour before their closing time. The sales rep working on 6/29/21 had me in an out in 30 minutes with a transferred phone number, new Verizon service, a new phone and phone case. I appreciate your efficiency and professionalism; Ive never been able to be in and out of a phone store like this.

This store is something special; extremely friendly and helpful and diverse; a great representation of a city. Jordan stepped in immediately and helped me get started with a new phone. I knew what I wanted and nobody tried to up sell me. Leandro, the manager, runs a tight ship. He was helping customers in English and Spanish, advising trainees and aiding with the transaction. At one point during the process I had been welcomed into an adjacent deliberation about the Brooklyn Nets. All this to say it was the best experience Ive had buying a device.

I had the worst experience in this store, I initially wanted a gizmo watch for my kid,.Rasean assured me that if I switched my ATT account to Verizon, my monthly bill will be reduced and I would pay less for the watch as a verizon costumer..He was very friendly and I believed his word. then, he said that i could trade my phone for a new one ( never mentioned cost, and I assumed that it was free trade, or lost cost trade). Once I signed the contract I saw the most expensive phone bill I ever seen in my life ( the phone that I traded, cost over$200,.I quickly returned my phone and my IPad since I was in the window frame for returning items. The manager of the store closed my accounts ( or at least he said that he did). To my surprise the phone bill escalated very quick, and once I called Verizon they told me that the manager of the store never closed the accounts and consequently I had to pay my bill. My bill was $350, for only a gizmo watch that cost $10 month.Even thought I returned the phone and the IPad, since the accounts were not closed, the bill couldn`t be reduced and the gizmo had to be paid offWhen I went to see the manager of the store, he was arrogant and impolite, He even said hat he didn`t care about my problems.the problems that they caused me go on and on, They didn`t returned the Iphone and Ipad to the warehouse, so Verizon didn`t have any proof that my items were indeed returned. they were absolutely irresponsive and coudn`t care lessI can`t tell you how many hours it kept me awake! I finally cancelled the gizmo watch to the despair of my kid, I was sick and tired of Verizon billsPlease stay away from this store, or at least don`t trust them, they will rip you off if they can,I returned to ATT, and so happy I did!

Above and beyond customer service!!RaSean helped me with my magic mount (as I had gotten paper stuck to it and couldn’t get off)...He not only took time to let me know soap/water would do the trick, he also let me use his bathroom to clean it off myself (it did come right off!!)Highly recommend!!! Second time going here for cellphone help and everyone I’ve worked with has been great. Today I worked mainly with Leo, who was a miracle worker!! Jonathan and Isis were also super helpful with explaining things and helping me get my new phone set up. Had a snafu and had to go back to reactivate my old phone and Leo went above and beyond! I will only order through them for my phone needs since they are the best and all so nice and made eveything so easy.

Beware, your offer will not be honored! You will be overcharged!The staff here pretend to be friendly and accommodating and they offer promotions that Verizon is advertising, however, as soon as you leave they will screw you. My $450 credit for my phone and switching was entered in as $100 and when I reached out to management they kept up the Ill make this right scam and promised a follow up phone call.Guess what? No call, nothing has been fixed.Classic American consumer treatment, once we have you sign up we dont care what. happens and well milk you for hundreds of dollars.Do not trust this store and its management.Update! (Feb 2021)All of the lies I was told in this store took 3-months to resolve. They tell you the phone is yours free and clear with a lump sum trade in, Verizon will tell you they DO NOT offer that. They also signed me up for insurance without asking me if I wanted it. Verizon came through for me, Cellular Plus DID NOT! I urge you to go to an an actual Verizon store, avoid the scams.Three months and 12+ hours on the phone and I resolved this myself, no thanks to local/regional management.

Leo at the St. Johns store was fantastic. He tried every available option to resolve my problem and introduced me to a couple of things I didnt know about. He couldnt have been more helpful. Im going to be purchasing a new phone and I wouldnt go anywhere else. If youre in the Portland Metro area, give this shop a try. It will be well worth the drive.

Great service, they treat you like a human, they are service oriented. The store seems a little limited on stock but its a small store in a smaller community so its right-sized. The service reps remember people!

Second time in this particular Verizon store. Each time I was greeted with a smile and my needs were taken care of. The first trip to the store even though there was a wait, the store associate made sure to let me know that he knew I was waiting and valued my patience. I thoroughly appreciated that. This time there was no wait and I was taken care of right away. The associates Angel and Dominique both ensured customer satisfaction and they were exceptionally pleasant to interact with. I am glad that I found a great store to take care of myself while I am here in Portland. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

The whole staff was incredible!! I was there a looong time and they were super cool.

Friendly staff-- but this team absolutely screwed me over by not giving me all of the details of what i was paying for. They tried to sell me on all of these deals and really pushed me into a corner-- and I tried to make it clear what I wanted and my next bill was OUTRAGEOUS. Ive had to go back into the store like 5 times to get things figured out. I will NOT be giving any more of my business to this store, unfortunately. The process SUCKED.

Quick service and any questions I had were answered. I have to be back next week if my phone still has some issues but hopefully today changes will fix them. Thanks!
