I popped into this store a couple of times to sort something out with my phone and purchase a new one. Hannah was super friendly and helpful on both occasions. Landon also helped on the second visit and was also very friendly and helpful. Its a great team thats working here!

I usually get overwhelmed when doing anything with AT&T and his service restored my faith in the company’s etiquette. No complaints.

I had problems with the first phone I got and ordered online but was leaving for out of town, and he was awesome enough to restore service on my old phone until I returned and could trade it in for a new one that works great and isnt having any issues. These people were very helpful and friendly. Landon and another woman(sorry I forgot her name!) helped me activate my prepaid sim I bought from their website. Apparently there is some serious glitches with activating prepaid sims via the online portal, but that isn’t the fault of the store reps. Anyway, they both helped navigate through their CS phone lines to help me get my plan active. Overall, it took over an hour and they both kept their composure well with the CS reps. I know I would’ve lost it! Thanks again you all for the assistance!

Landon is awesome! He went above and beyond to help me get my phone activated in store after Id had trouble using the AT&T website to do so. His customer service was excellent. I also really appreciated that he used gender neutral pronouns for me without prompting. As someone who uses they/them pronouns, I often get misgendered in customer service situations and that was extremely refreshing. Landon is a rockstar!

Landon was awesome! He not only fixed my issue of my phone being a wifi hot spot but lowered my monthly bill. He also cleaned the charger attachment to make it work better. I’ll never go anywhere besides this location and hope Landon is still there!

I visited this store because the 1st location I went to, which is closer to my home, could not accept cash payments. This was the 2nd time I tried to visit the 1st store where I was told they could not process cash payments that day.So this was the 2nd time I had to drive approximately 30 extra blocks east of the store which could not process my cash payment.Its been 2 months since the first time this happened, yet still no restored, consistent ability to process cash. That seems like something Id expect from a competitor w lesser quality service. AT&T is supposed to rank up at the top ... your rates reflect expectation of top quality. You should charge less if you are going to join the ranks among your lower quality competitors.One final comment however - Landon, who helped me at the store on 32nd & Broadway, which did accept my cash payment, provided an excellent service experience.It is the hassle and loss of valuable time bc of first stores issues which are irritating.

WORST Customer Service! Don’t be fooled by the seemingly friendly greeting when you enter, their service is appallingly bad. The team is rude and argumentative and not solution-oriented.I walked in with my dad to return a free phone they sent him which he did not want - his phone is from 2014 and AT&T is shutting off 3G phones in Feb 2022. We had already called customer service to confirm we could return the device my dad did not want to a store before going but when we told all of this to the store associate he rudely retorted with “I can take the phone but l your phone will be shut off in 30 days anyway” - this inevitably made my dad angry and rather than treating us with respect and understanding, we were told “well we were trained on this” and basically sent away to call customer service ourselves to deal with the issue.Now I will say my dad came in ready for a battle since he has also had previous negative experiences with the staff at this store treating him rudely, but regardless the staff chose to talk over my dad, argue with him and I both, and offered NO solution to help us leave satisfied rather than treat us with understanding and respect.Ultimately we brought the free phone back home and called AT&T customer service who was extremely helpful (and in fact confirmed that the store clerk was completely WRONG) and we have since resolved the issue.Honestly I am appalled at the discourteous manner in which the associates at this store handle [difficult] customers. I have worked in customer service many years and I would never talk to someone the way that they talked to my dad and me today. Unbelievably rude.

I went in to upgrade a phone on my family plan, and the new phone was not in stock. Despite the customer service rep telling me multiple times that the phone would be shipped to my house, it was shipped to the store. When my next monthly bill came, I had been signed up for multiple ongoing services that had never been discussed: AT&T Next Up for $5/month, Protect Advantage Insurance for $9/month, and Protect Advantage Support Services for $6/month. It took me multiple calls to the AT&T 800 number to get these services removed/refunded, and they informed me it was the local store rep who had signed me up for these. I imagine he got a commission for adding on these high-margin services and assumed I wouldnt read my bill.

I had very poor service. In the past if the retail worker was unable to help they’d reach out to corporate with me right there and discuss over phone for a solution. I was told that wasn’t going to happen and if I didn’t like what they were saying I could go to another ATT store. I asked for the customer service persons card, I got a card but no name on it?! Went to another ATT store and they were right the other store took excellent care of me. Never again will I go to Grant Park ATT….

5 stars for Landon. I went in when he was the only one working, 3 customers infront of me. Landon was able to multitask and handle everyone at once, hustling. No more than 15 min after I walk in I have my new phone activated. Afterwards he took a look at our phone bill and found some features we did not need and saved us $20 bucks a month on our bill! Best ATT experience Ive ever had, thanks landon!

I am not big into public shaming of people and apologize for this in advance.I purchased a mobile hotspot from the gentlemen in this store based on their promise that data from their product would last for several weeks. Four hours later I was completely out of data and couldnt get any additional time. I am angry that they promised a full month of time. They did offer a refund on the unit but I was late returning it and they gave me the sorry, cannot help you.Not a problem, just dont make promises about your product.The only remedy I would look for is a full refund on the unit and data that I purchased.Unit is only useful as a paperweight. I paid $341.43 for something that lasted 4 hours. This may not be the worst thing I spend money on but probably pretty close.

I came in yesterday with questions about why my latest bill was twice what it usually was, and to see if I could negotiate a lower bill moving forward. It’s just me and one phone, nothing fancy. I have to say Landon, the associate in the shop was not only professional to a T but also friendly and affable. Landon went through my bill step by step with me explaining each charge along the way. He then used his expertise to not only find me a plan that would end up being cheaper by two dollars for me, he also got me on an unlimited data plan. I went in hoping to have my bill explained. Landon went above and beyond in how he helped me and what he was able to do for me when I was there. I rarely write reviews because I don’t normally like to think of myself as an authority on judging others. But I had to write this review because Landon did well more than was required of him and definitely made me feel heard, understood, and like a valued customer. Landon is an example everyone should aspire to in how to be professional, and a great guy to be around.Thanks Landon, you’re the best!

Maddy was SOOOOO helpful with us today! I came into the store to pick up an online order for a new phone, and she offered to put my screen protector on for me, transferred my old phone data to my new phone with no problems, and gave us super good advice on which cases to buy as well. She also was super knowledgeable about current promotions, prices and the phones themselves. She was so helpful that my mom decided to buy a new phone and screen protector and that process was easy too! Probably my best experience with getting a new phone and at an ATT store in general. 10/10 recommend !!!

After being turned away twice at another location to do my exchange, I went to this store to see if they could help me. I had zero wait time and Landon took care of everything super quick. One of the employees at the first place I went was very rude and said they couldn’t help me, after waiting for 20min in a virtually empty store. It has been one debacle after another and I highly regret signing with AT&T. If you are looking to switch your provider, AT&T, and this store should not be on your consideration list. Some but not all of their deceit has included: you can return the phone and exchange for another and because its a business account, you have 30 days to do so -- when I returned 12 days later because indeed I did not like my phone, they said they couldnt do it because I got my phone as part of a promotion. Lie number 2: I was told I must have insurance. Then, later on by a different rep I was told I dont absolutely have to have the $15 per month insurance so I said remove it. They said they would and then I got my bill and they did not. There have also been call center support issues; basically, If Google had an option for 0 stars, that would better describe my experience.

My wife has spent the last week and half trying to get a new phone from this location. The only time anyone from this location was helpful was at the initial sale/ordering of the phone. Now, every time she talks to someone she gets a different answer about when the phone will arrive. Whoever runs this store is clueless about how to operate a business. Instead of shaming the customer for being excited/anxious to get your product, you should try to find out as much information as possible for them. We are literally trying to GIVE YOU MONEY.Are the people working at this store incapable of tracking a package? Do they not have a list of customers expecting a new phone? Is there really no way to get an accurate expected delivery date (IT HAS CHANGED 4 TIMES)? If there is a legitimate issue tracking packages or an overwhelming amount of orders that your store is incapable of processing efficiently, LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW. At least pretend to care about the people you are dealing with. I will now drive an extra 10min to not have to deal with the clusterf*** that this place calls a business.

Service was slow (granted I did go in at 4:30 on a Sat) but there were only 2 employees working. I waited 1 hour to get helped only to figure out the right phone for my needs. When the sales guy went to get it he came back empty handed. It was out of stock. A wasted 1.5 hours!

This day did not start out with a 5 start rating for AT&T and it surely almost ended with me finding another provider, but luckily my last stop was the absolute best. It took 2 different stores in the Tigard area and 6 phone calls to tell me that they were either too busy, they werent sure how to process what I needed or that I wouldnt be able to get the Black Friday deal because I was trying to upgrade from a pre-paid account. Thankfully, Landon and his team were very welcoming, they took on my quandary and made it feel effortless. I was in and out in 20 minutes, the store was safe with readily available hand sanitizer/ social distancing/masks and they actually cared about my experience. Im super glad I stuck with AT&T and found my home store. Thanks for everything - you all made my evening! I highly recommend you go to THIS store in Portland. You will not be disappointed.

Be warned. This is NOT an AT&T store. It is a connect wireless store that brands itself as an AT&T retailer. So any promotion they promise you is NOT supported by AT&T. The only recourse is to go to the store to resolve it. And if my 2 year saga of not getting a promised buy one get one free iphone is any example - you may experience a very poor customer service response. Nice on the interpersonal skills, but no resolution. Sounds like they may even scam people - that is how I felt.

Incorrect numbers were given to me more than once and erroneous account changes were made that caused my monthly bill to almost double after I asked & confirmed it should not be going up. After an hour on the phone with AT&T a credit was given with a pledge to retrain people in this store.The store manager offered no contrition and said it was my misunderstanding.Terrible customer service case study.

This AT&T store is located in ground floor, corner unit of the new Grant Park complex built on NE 33rd and Broadway. This is not a corporate store and while the staff are friendly and work to be accommodating, its a little rough around the edges.Because this is not a corporate store you are not able to renew or create AT&T mobile contracts in the typical 2 year agreement fashion. This shop only accommodates the newer AT&T Next plan, where you effectively pay a monthly premium to lease your phone and in turn can upgrade whenever you want (I believe).So...nice enough store but it doesnt do everything that a corporate shop can.

The store manager and staff needs customer service training! I brought back my new IPhone 8 because the battery was failing . She said that it’s not the phone it has to many apps running? That’s not the case, so I asked to look at Samsung options. She said “honey, that’s not going to make you happy”. I asked her not to call me honey, it is disrespectful. She said she is from the South, so it’s not disrespectful. I asked for her managers name, she would not give it to me, and asked me to leave the store. I highly recommend you do not shop at this store!

Rude and unhelpful. I called to ask for simple clarification on my bill, and the representative continually referred me to a customer service line which i could not get through to after 30 min of searching automated systems. He asked me to come into the store to even continue the discussions, told me he would be happy to help me at this point, and disconnected me.
