I paid to activate service 4 days ago and I still dont have an active line of service. My bank account reflects the payment made but This Store tells me there is nothing they can do to help me with the service that I have paid for. They wont answer their phones to assist with the situation. I have been robbed by Boost Mobile.
Great service from tellers!!!! How ever, boost is owned by Dish Network and dish is screwing boost customers. Report Dish and Boost to FCC for voice mail cramming credit card fraud Federal Trade Commission/FCC repeated violation scamming.

Online is 5 star. They will actively try to save u money. Happy with overall service and experience. Would recomnend.. especially to families.
Their internet has issues but they fix it when you ask.
I would strongly recommend looking for a different phone service. This is not towards this store but the customer care representatives. I have had interrupted services since October 11, 2020 right when you think things are fixed boom they tell you another tower is down. When to try and tell them what is going on they will tell you it shouldnt be affecting your service. They do nothing to help you and just make the problems worse by not listening or caring.
Dennis is a stellar employee and the shop is under new ownership! Best Boost customer service to date. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable!! Dont let the other reviews fool you, this is a great location.

This store does have horrible customer service.Im not sure if Maria was new or not. But she was rude and read my Im number wrong to the people in the phone the .tried to argue that she didnt read it wrong... When I heard her clearly say a 5 and not a 8.....she then told me my phone was a Sprint phone....bi took it to two different Sprint stores just to double check cuz I know its not ... Ive had it for years...... And its a Verizon phone............ Paid off she told me it wasnt paid off and its from Sprint... And just to mention Im already a boost customer.............. She also rang me up and had me pay then she was like oops I should check the device numbers first.................... So she THEN PROCEDED to open the box and check everything....... If she didnt know she shouldnt have said it out loud at least... And in this case... The customer was right and she was super rude. AND she HAD MEEEE Read her the imei?! And she still got it wrong..

Boost mobile has horrible customer service! I activated a phone that was defective, I was told Id be given a refund for the full $82 I paid. I called & after arguing for about an hour I was told Id get my money back. After time passed I havent recieved any reimbursement or calls I called back. I was told they been trying to call me & left me messages(which is a lie, I checked) & that I need to email them a copy of my receipt. I did that. Days later I get a $50 check...okay wheres the rest? I call back they tell me to go to the store, I go to the store they tell me Ive been lied too & I need to call back. I call back just to argue some more & have my request to speak to a manager ignored 3times. Finally i speak to a manager for him to cut me off saying let me save you some time, you not getting a refund I asked why many times & he gave no logical explanation then i guess he got tired of me & hung up in the middle of me speaking. His name was jinero or something similar. I spoke to a guy named reggie & he was really rude as well. Everyone Ive spoken too has ignored or passed me on very rudely just to get ride of me. Poor customer service, not to be trusted.
