Id been delaying getting the charging port on my iPhone 7plus replaced, hoping I could stretch it out another month or so, but alas, it was barely keeping a seated connection - Id discovered the cable wobbling with way, way, too much play...so, I ended up here. It was random, to be honest; the shop is near the car pool parking lot on Sandy at the transit station. I called, explained my situation and which phone I was using after looking at the website. He told me to come in and hed take care of it.The shop is small and sparse but dont let that fool you...the guy knows what hes doing; you dont need something big and flashy when the work speaks for itself! I handed him my phone and he said, Come back in twenty minutes... but when I turned away, I immediately turned back around and asked if he could put in a higher capacity battery and if so, what would the charge be. He said he could do it and to come back in thirty minutes,...I told him thanks, and walked out.Thirty minutes later, I reenter the store and my phone is waiting for me - new charging port, a new, higher capacity batter, and an added screen protector, all for about $80, which was a better price than other shops I called the previous week.The guy who runs the shop is super nice and works fast, and Ill definitely come back with a family members iPhone 6s that needs the same servicing.I couldnt be happier with the work performed and customer service given!Thanks,DustiniPhone 7Plus on 9/7/21

Hard to believe, I know, but this really happened !! The day after my phone froze, the exact same thing happened to my husbands phone. The solution was obvious to me - go straight to The Fix Hut. I was disappointed to find the shop closed, but, I called the number posted on his front door. Pete promptly returned my call and walked me through a successful solution. What a guy. Probably the best electronics repair experience of my life. I walked in and set my phone on the counter and said can you replace a cracked screen? He said Sixty dollars. 20 minutes I nodded and left. I came back in 20 minutes and set $60 on the counter and he handed me my repaired phone and I nodded and left. No need to bring paperwork into a simple transaction. I wish all vendor services could work like this.

Went here to have my charger port fixed on my phone and when I got it back the GPS and the Bluetooth no longer worked.When I took it back, he tried blaming it on simple “updates” claiming they wanted me to upgrade.I took it to Apple and it turns out he fried the mother board and they wanted $300 to fix it.Highly not recommended!

Alex was very nice and fixed my phone quickly! I shattered the screen and bent the frame of my IPhone XS and he fixed in 30 minutes for $150! I was so sure it was a lost cause but he saved it! 10/10 would recommend!!

Great experience! Alex Fixed a loose battery - no charge. I gave him a nice tip.Heres my story: Woke up to a dead iphone. Was all set to make the 25 minute trip to Apple store that opened at 11am. This shop was a 5 minute drive away and opened earlier on a Saturday morning. Alex took apart my phone, tested it with a new battery, IT WORKED! He made sure my ports were working, put it together with old battery and told my battery had been loose. I was fully prepared to pay him for a service I had no clue how to do. He said, No charge For all I know he could have sold me a new battery and I would have been happy to have a working phone.

Repaired my iPhone screen but failed to replace water resistance seal and used old adhesive. A month later dust had gotten inside and covered the front camera. I had to go to another shop for proper cleaning and resealing. This guy does not do quality work.

Brought my daughter’s iPhone in to get her cracked screen replaced. The screen was fixed and he even threw in a screen protector, it looked good. We went home and the phone started having problems. I called and explained what the phone was doing, he said bring it in and I will fix it. The next day we went back and he fixed it. The phone is working great now and looks as good as new! Phones are sensitive, sometimes repairs don’t go as smoothly as they should. If you need your phone repaired, take it here. In these times of belt tightening, it was great to find a place which does solid phone repair. My wife got her screen replaced and water damage repaired. We were really worried about having to buy a new $500 phone, but for a fraction of that price we got her phone fixed. Recommendation for those with water damage, bring it in right away because they have their own techniques for getting the most water out of the phone.

This place is the best! Not only is it the cheapest I called around asking about ($100 for iPhone XR screen) but fixed it in under an hour. About a month later my phone screen was glitching out and after calling I took it in this morning. Alex is an absolute hero. I had bought a new IPhone late June, but due to COVID, neither Apple nor AT&T would help me transfer all my photos and such. When my old phone fell 10 stories to its death, Alex was able to rescue all my info, and save over 8,000 pics I did not have back up, including priceless grand baby pics.Being a bit of a techno dinosaur, he was not only kind, but patient, and very reasonable in helping me get life back up and running. I spectacularly shattered the screen on my old iPhone 5s and needed a replacement, the battery was also not good so I called first to make an appointment and confirm the price. Without me asking for it, Alex said he can give me a discount and do both for $90. So I took it in, because I climb with my phone all the time and inevitably dropped it on a climb, the upper right corner of the frame is bent. Alex took a look at it and told me it can be fixed with a new screen but because of the bent frame the new screen might break very easily, so he offered to give me a whole new frame/case and move everything inside from my old phone to the replacement, WITHOUT charging extras! And he did it within 40 min, everything works great now and my old phone got a new body. Would definitely recommend! And I’m confident if I do experience problems with the phone in the future, Alex will help fix it in no time.

Supposedly replaced my battery, but it did not improve. Replaced my home buttom, but caused another serious issue in the process of my touch screen not working during phone calls due to further damage.

I took my iPhone X in for an estimate after another shop told me the phone had water damage (I hadn’t exposed it to liquid). The repair person was very helpful and was able to fix the issue within a few minutes.

Quick and polite. Got a new battery and screen replaced in less than 40 minutes for the same price other places were going to charge for just the screen. Even had FIFA on the TV to play while I waited. Cant wait for my screen to crack again!

I would have given these guys five stars, but I’m upset that I replaced a speaker that I didn’t have to. I went in assuming that the dude would verify what I said was the problem, however, he just assumed I knew what I was talking about (like I know anything about internal cellphone speakers)... So I ended up paying more than I should have. The guy was nice and did a great job, and my phone is works well now (or the same I should say). My only advice, don’t let people live on autopilot, ask them to verify the problem you may think you have; Like a good mechanic.

After much research to replace the glass on my iPhone 6s I went with PDX iPhone repair. The price was the best in town, the service quick, accurate and the repairman knowledgeable. I also appreciate his good customer service as he was personable.

The screen on my iPhone 5 recently started to come out of the casing. I thought it was from a drop. I called around and was quoted $100 at a competing repair shop. I found PDX iPhone Repair on Yelp and Google and thought the reviews looked well enough. I called and he estimated over the phone a $60 repair. I went in and was immediately greeted and he started working on my phone no hesitation. It turns out the battery was expanding and pushing the screen glass out of the bevel. He asked if I was using an aftermarket charger, which I am, and told me that was probably the cause. He told me it would be about 20 minutes but it was actually 10 minutes or less. He replaced the battery and sealed everything back up and the total cost was $40. I wasnt looking forward to buying a new phone just yet and this guy saved me from doing so. Its incredibly rude of me to keeping calling him this guy but I failed to catch his name. Ill go back when I need any other repairs made to my iPhone or Macbook.

I stopped by with a broken phone to get a diagnosis an estimate for the needed repair. They took it apart and diagnosed it for free. When they put it back together, it was working again... the screen just had a bad connection. So instead of having to spend 100s on a new phone I got it fixed it for free. When does that ever happen? And the whole thing took less than half an hour. Next time I have a broken phone Ill be stopping by again. Thanks so much!

I should have come to this guy first before going into a retail shop that had no idea what the problem was and just wanted to sell me a new iPhone. This guy is seriously awesome!My screen was shattered and there was a headphone jack broken off in the input (I know, its a lot)He fixed both of them within an hour and even gave me a screen protector.I had to come back another time because I dropped my phone and the screen started to come off. I fully intended on paying for him to put it back on but because it was something he replaced(Im assuming), he fixed it for me for free.I will continue to recommend him to friends!

Had my iPhone 6 screen replaced today--walk-in, repaired while I waited (short wait at that). Came back across the street from visiting the food carts, and he showed me how a previous repairman had failed to insert a protective cover on the inside. He put that part in for me, no extra charge. I will return to get a screen protector next week. Value for money, friendly, and knowledgable service. The 5-stars are well-deserved.

This place has saved me on a few occasions now. The most recent experience, the screen on my Iphone 6 went black for seemingly no reason. I went to the Apple store and they told me they could not replace the screen, but would happily charge me $300 for a new phone. My carrier wanted $100 to replace it with my insurance policy (on top of the 2 years worth of monthly payments Ive made), which they told me would be a refurbished phone. I took my phone here, and the gentleman replaced the screen for $70 while I waited. Go to this place, its rad, and will save you a great deal of time and cash.

Went to get my iPhone repaired and not just was the price good but the fast work he did others would charge me so much and asked to leave my phone for 4hours .Not wit pdx iPhone repair he told me 30 min to get my phone fixed he did it way faster I’m sure around 10-15min .gladly satisfied with the work I’m sure to come back if I need too.

I have my iPhone 6S worked on at this store on October 4th. I got my screen and battery replaced. Within a week, my battery started draining within an hour of pulling my phone off the charger. Within a few hours it is completely dead every time. The battery is now showing a “needs repair” status, it’s been less than a month. The screen lags and Touch ID no longer works due to the screen they used. I tried to take the phone to the Apple store to fix these issues, and they refuse to work on the phone due to non Apple parts. My only option at this point is to get a completely new phone. Waste of $150.
