Four stars is for the lone attendant that was extremely polite and helpful. Upgraded my phone to a phone I wound up hating in a few days. Once again existing customers get the shaft.lol. They have a 14day return policy, but if you read to the end it doesn’t apply to upgrades. So now I’m stuck getting use to this phone, btw it wasn’t a Free Upgrade either, just a discount off full price. So I paid 160. For a phone I can’t return or trade for a different one. All these carriers are the same, the new get the deals and the loyal existing get the shaft. But once again the attendant was the best he’s allowed to be👍🏼To him.
Was completely disrespected by the young kid they have working there. And he was trying to over charge me and pocket money... He did this fast talking and punching in prices on a calculator crazy fast to try and confuse me... And when I asked him to slow down and explain a little better, he said he has to deal with people like me all day that think they know everything Lol..... Why? Because I wanted to know what I was spending my money on? He tried charging me $146. went to another store and got it for $130 and NO HASSELS.....
Person who sold me my phone didn’t set it up so I could log in and pay my bill online. Called them and they didn’t have the correct zip code attached to my account. Thanks to the pandemic the store that I bought it is closed so I can’t go in and fix this. Now I have to call every time to pay my bill. On top of that, the customer service on the phone is horrendous and the people they hire just spew corporate lines they’re fed to say without actually listening to the customer. Go with literally anyone else.
I went in there to pay my bill and they were trying to charge me $4 to pay in the store. So the gentleman help me pay online and it T-Mobile takes my money. And then the gentleman Kevin tells me that it didnt go through and I cant get my phone turned on. We are in the middle of a pandemicand I would like to have my phone so I can keep in touch with family and Friends,also I am currently unemployed so the $30 at a cost was only 30 I had and now I cant get my phone turned on and he was of no help to me at all! Very displeased with a service and with T-Mobile

Ya we went to one at the mall and ran out of the phone we were looking for when going to this one the salesman told us we can only get it in a bundle and not on a single line switch
