Let me just say wow! I was VERY skeptical of buying a rebuilt title car. I did a lot of research and decided to check these guys out. I was blown away at the quality of the car. The Customer service I received was the incredible. I asked a lot of questions and called probably 20 times and each time I was treated like a valued customer. If you are on the fence I am here to say these guys are top notch I am SO glad I went to Kova. I am a real customer and I was not compensated in any way. I usually only write reviews when a company has done poorly but I was so satisfied with everything! I am writing this to let others know how awesome this place is so they wont be as skeptical as I was. If you want a car here dont hesitate.

I bought a Honda S2000 early June 2020 as an out-of-state buyer from Phill with Kova. Phill was professional and friendly, overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend Kova. Their price is very competitive, they dont add any extra dealer fees, and theyre willing to work with you on things matter most to you... whether that be price or services.As mentioned above, Im not from Oregon, so I had to make a purchasing decision sight unseen. To help with that decision, I requested a walk-around video with the engine revving and pictures of the underbody to check for any rust. Phill was quick and sent those to me immediately. He then sent over the paperwork through email - I read through it in detail, was satisfied so I signed and sent it back, then we got on the phone and I put a deposit down through my credit card. The whole process was quick and easy - not once did Phill try to sell me anything extra, we just talked about the car, what I needed from them, and how we can get the deal done... that was it.A few more details - they held onto the car for me for an extra 2 weeks in their lot because I had to find time to fly in to pick it up in person - in exchange, they requested I put a higher deposit which counted towards the purchase price, which was fair and not an issue. Phill also graciously offered to return 50% of the deposit in the event I didnt want the car.The day I picked up the car was just as easy. They had the car on the lot ready to go, I inspected and test drove it, it was every bit as good as it looked in the pictures. I paid the remaining amount, we finalized the paperwork, and I happily drove back home!Im writing this review about 15 days after I picked up the car and 1K miles later. Friendly, no pressure sales people. I have never considered buying a rebuilt title before this purchase. The year, miles and price were right. They told me it was inspected but allowed us to do our own 3rd party inspection. It came back about average for the miles with a few minor issues. Was able to work out a reasonable price with the minor problems and had the car within 15 minutes of getting a cashiers check. I tend to stay away from 82nd car lots but this may truly be a diamond in the rough!

I found a beautiful Lexus Is250 on craigslist that Danny was selling and called to schedule an appointment same day.My boyfriend and i were allowed to test drive the cars by ourselves which was a great change from other dealerships.Even better, Danny had an Inspection report from Lexus on hand and was still willing to let us take it to Lexus for an inspection.Overall, we were in and out with 3 hours, including the test drive. Easiest car purchasing experience i have ever had.Saw 2014 Lexus on craigslist, called to schedule an appointment.Danny met with me an hour later with the car waiting for me outside.I was planning on going through my bank but Danny somehow got me an interest rate at almost 2% lower through a local credit union.Happy with my Lexus and will definitely recommend my friends to him!

Long review, but felt the need to write it.First off, they are a small dealership, with maybe 35-40 cars, which actually worked out great for me as it made me feel more comfortable without a bunch of salesmen on the floor and managers hassling me.I worked with Danny, the owner of the dealership. I saw a Toyota Highlander online and scheduled to see it the next day at 3pm. When i arrived, Danny had it ready and waiting for me outside. He gave me all the time i needed to look around, test drive and ask all the questions i had. It was crazy, i felt like i was talking to buddy rather than a salesman.In the end, he helped me finance the car through my credit union and included a $100 shell gas card as well.I could not be happier with my purchase and will definitely refer my friends.

Just bought a used Mazda from Kova and couldnt be happier. I wasnt able to make it to the dealership during regular business hours so Danny agreed to show me the car on a Sunday. He even called me ahead of time to make sure I understood car had been in a collision so as to not waste my time driving down. He explained the nature of the collision and provided photos of the accident without me asking and provided a carfax report at no charge. My husband and I test drove the car alone, which is always better than with a salesman in the backseat. I was in and out in 2 hours with a new car including a trade-in. Danny was friendly and very professional. I highly recommend making a visit to Kova for a used vehicle.

Came in today at 12:00 and nobody is around, it’s thursday. I drove from Salem Oregon to look at some cars, I called and they said that are open from 11 till 6, that’s what there website stats. I’m very disappointed that I drove this far on my day off. They lost my business, won’t be coming back. Make sure to call them and stay on the phone so they are actually around and don’t waste your time.

Hands down best car purchase ive ever had.I was obviously a little hesitant about buying a car with a previous accident, but Danny walked me through every little thing. He showed me the damage pictures (how this car was consider a total loss, ill never know. The damage was so minimal). He let my wife and I take the Subaru for a test drive by ourselves and when we called the Subaru Dealership to confirm the inspection report, they had nothing but great things to say about this dealership. I purchased a vehicle in 11/18 and was told that Kova would guarantee the body repairs that they did to the car and give me a 6 month after market drivetrain warrantee, that they would purchase. I asked for the guarantee to be put in writing and the warrantee to be mailed to me. I was told this would be done on the day of purchase. For the last 2 months I have emailed, texted, and called over 15 times, and when I would get through, I was told that they would be sent to me.This has not happened.I double checked that they had the correct emails, phone number and address.My sales person was Danny Mudryak.Due to this, I would not trust this dealership.Update: I was contacted by the owner who told me that my sales person (Danny) no longer works for them and how could they make things right with me. I told them I just wanted the repair guarantee and drivetrain warranty that I was promised. This time, it was truly sent (previously I was told it must be in my email bulk or garbage files but this was not true.I have now received both of these, (and an additional 6mo added to the warranty for my inconvenience). I would no longer discourage anyone from shopping here.

I bought from kova through usaa. I selected approx 12 cars (7 diff lots) that I liked Saturday noonish, and this was the ONLY company to call me on Saturday. Not only that, the service was top notch, and the price couldnt be beat by the other lots that got around to calling me on Monday. There was something with the tire I noticed when I picked up my truck and they paid for it to be fixed same day so I could still drive off the lot with the truck I wanted. Its nigh impossible to maintain a 5 star rating with usaas customers and they have done it for 6 months. If I need another vehicle Ill be getting it from them sight unseen with no hesitation. Best part: price was reasonable and I didnt have to haggle or argue to get a fair deal.Bottom line: I trusted them with my next 10 years on the road and saved a bundle doing it. You should too.

But to be completely honest, I was uncertain when I came to visit Artem to check out his Toyota. Mostly because I saw this kid walk up to me with a smile from ear to ear and handed me the keys, (In my head I was like, oh hey buddy you need me to drive you somewhere?.) and mind you this was before he got his lot up and went all official on us. But I drove the car and had one of the best car shopping experiences so far in my 44 years of life. Yes, the vehicle had a branded title, but who the heck cares, for the price I paid and all the information that Artem provided, pictures and receipts, I was sold. I could of bought a second car because of the savings. Plus Artem was super honest and upfront with me about the history and offered to guarantee all the repairs done, but its been over a year now, with not even a slight issue. Also I feel like I should address the kid part because, Artem was the most professional, serious (but very friendly) and intelligent young man Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. Id give him 4 stars because he made fun of my haircut, but Im going to let that one slide. Highly recommend, check them out.

Purchased my daughters first car here earlier today and we are driving home happy and confident.We were looking for a reliable first car for our daughter who is just starting college. We found a 2012 Toyota Prius on craigslist in Portland for a killer deal (We are from Kirkland, Wa). After calling in about it, Danny told us the reason it was thousands below book was because it had previously been in an accident. Understandably, was concerned about putting my daughter into a car thats been in an accident, but we were heading to Portland anyways, so we thought wed stop by.Danny showed us where the car sustained damage (the passenger door was replaced), a carfax report indicated the airbags never deployed, the receipts for the parts that were replaced and an inspection report from Toyota. He couldnt have been more honest, and after driving the car, i was more at ease about the purchase.We paid almost $3,000 below book PLUS a warranty. I am happy about the money i saved, and my daughter is happy about her new car.Thanks Danny!
