Just bought myself an amazing ‘98 Land Cruiser from Adam at M&M. It was such an easy and great experience- I called ahead, he had it ready for me, he walked me through everything about the car and sent me to test drive. I loved it, and I asked about taking care of a few minor things which Adam was already making happen by the time I left. Buying a car from M&M and Adam in particular was fun because they know these cars! (Land Cruiser lover, here). You don’t have to have yucky car-buying experiences, anymore. Definitely one of the better used car buying experiences. I text beforehand, and when I got there the sales guy had it all ready to test drive. I was on my lunch break, so I appreciated that he valued my time. Got a low miles car, in great condition, for a fair price. They worked with me on fees, so that I was able to fully finance everything. The sales guy was able to tell me all the recent service they had done to the vehicle. I could tell they take the time to make sure the vehicle is in the best state possible at time of sale. The finance guy was great at finding us a new lender, when our credit union wouldn’t fund it because of KBB ratios. I think the rate actually ended up being lower, after enrolling in autopay and estatements. Had the car for a month now, driven over 1k miles to southern Oregon and back with zero complaints. I even got my plates, in the mail, after only a month! Very professional, kind, and helpful people at M&M investment cars.
Went here to buy a truck always thought their prices were over priced but decided to give them a shot they always have 6speed manual Cummins in stock. So I test drove one seemed great the got a appraisal from a 3rd party person to get it financed 14k over blue book and about 3k miles later truck breaks down needing 8k in repairs which I offered to send the invoice to them and they had no interest in helping with anything. I even tried to give them a chance and say hey look theirs another car you guys have that my wife and I have been looking for can we make a really good deal on that let’s try and have a second chance and we’ll just hash up the truck as it is what is. He seemed super stoked to make a good deal on the Toyota Highlander for us and then told me for my troubles with the truck he could knock 500$ off the price. I hung up the phone and took my bussiness to D&C motors down the street and bought my wife’s car there the same day. My trucks still in the shop getting repairs done out of my pocket and I’ll never go here again…. They could have had a loyal customer who bought 2 40k cars but they didn’t seem trustworthy or loyal to me.. such a shame.. I don’t suggest buying here just not good business and a huge missed sale for them I guess
We just bought our second car from M&M Investments and had a great experience both times. The whole staff is super friendly and professional. They have great inventory and quality cars. Haitham went above and beyond to help us get our new Dodge Ram. I cant speak highly enough of him. We got there just as he was closing up, but he stayed late to help us trade in the 4runner that we had previously purchased from him. He gave us a very fair price for it and a great deal on our new truck.
Stopped at the dealership this morning and was greeted right away by Haitham. I had called earlier to make sure the pickup was still available. He had the pickup pulled up to the front and ready for me to inspect. After test driving, I decided to run the numbers with my trade in. The whole process from the time I pulled up till the time i was leaving in my new to me vehicle was less than 2hrs!! I could not say enough positive about the dealership and staff. I have used Craigs List in the past and figured that is what I would do to sell my pickup. But a friend highly recommended M&M. I am so glad I took the time to swing by and check them out. The first person that greeted us was the only person I dealt with and he was the decision maker from beginning to end. That really made it simple and smooth. His offer was significantly more than another outfit previously offered to me. Next time I need to buy/sell a vehicle, I will be going back to M&M.

Car buying is so different now than even just a couple years ago. I called M&M Investment cars ahead of time on a truck they had just posted for sale and told Jim (sales) I was coming in. He had the truck ready to go for me so I could just hop in and go. When we worked the deal there was no pressure - all easy going. Today I am eating some crow. Today I sold my 2006 RAM 1500 to M&M Investment Cars. I originally posted my truck for sale on Craigs List and Facebook Market Place. Robert was the first person to contact me, and I will admit I was not the most polite. I think I had become too married to the price and optimistic I would get more attention on my add. Needless to say, Im sure it translated poorly. The conversation did not go well but we did end the call respectfully. About a week later Im updating my adds to a lower price. Robert contacts me again. He was perfectly polite. Im afraid I wasnt. At least not as polite as I could have been. Id never had a dealership contact me directly to inquire about a vehicle I was selling. My defenses were up. But Id also discussed the subject with my wife at length. She encouraged me to remain flexible and reasonable. This second call went better. We actually came to terms. I also agreed to deliver the truck to M & M. My defenses were still up when I arrived. I was told to speak with Johnny who met me with a smile and a hand shake. We went for a quick drive, he walked around the truck a few time looking at things, then we went inside where much to my amazement he wrote me a check for the amount Id agreed to with Robert. None of the Hide your keys and tell you all the things that are wrong with your car tactics. No trying to wear me down. Nothing like that. He wrote me a check, and thanked me for coming in. Im amazed. And, nobody tried to sell me anything while I was there. Im assuming that if Id asked to look at something, they would have been happy to. Nothing. I wasnt actually in the market. Id actually already purchased a replacement truck and needed the room in my driveway. I had the feeling that this business knows its business and wouldnt bother me about a replacement unless I asked. Also, based on the other thousand-something reviews, I can see that M & M respects their customers, and only wants to be the best dealership they can be. I say, its working. Thank you Robert and Johnny. I dont say this lightly. Youve forced me to re-evaluate my preconceived notions of Car Dealerships. Maybe theyre not all bad. In fact, a few of them (M&M) might be pretty good. Thank you for your patients, your professionalism, and your honesty. I wont forget next time we need a car.

I was in search of a Toyota truck that I could use for work as well as for family adventures. My wife, kids and I stopped at M&M Investment Cars on a Sunday afternoon where we met Eric. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a few Tundras with different cab/bed/motor configurations to check out and compare. Gave me the keys, let me and my family look them over with absolutely no pressure. For a minute I wasnt sure if he was a sales associate or just a guy hanging out at the lot. We fell in love with a low mileage 5.7L CrewMax. Flawless inside and out. I shopped around and found the trucks at M&M were overall cleaner, had less prior owners and had great vehicle service history records than other trucks at other dealerships. When we came back to settle financing we met with John who was great to work with. We got a great price and a great rate with a credit union. John made the process smooth and painless. He had my wife and I sorted with all the paperwork in less then an hour. The whole purchase experience was positive from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend. I bought a hard-to-find model/year automobile in excellent condition, for a very high price vs. KBB. M&M has an independent way of pricing, so expect new inventory to be priced much higher than market. They claim that they only list investment-worthy cars in excellent condition. I would give four stars except for two exceptional events. First, they personally delivered the car to my door in Seattle for $500, which was very convenient. Second, they helped me with a broken part issue after the sale, which was a very nice gesture.
Found an FJ Cruiser on Craigslist, test drove it that day, bought it the next. Super easy and quick experience with Sam at M&M. He made everything clear and made sure we know how the buying process works. Definitely will return when the time comes!

My boyfriend and I drove an hour yesterday to purchase a truck from M & M Investment Cars. We had been in contact with a sales rep for over a week and came with a cashiers check in hand ready to purchase the truck after seeing it in person. After test driving it, we worked with the sales rep to complete the first steps of the purchase process. Before signing, we told the sales rep that we were going to have lunch to discuss the purchase and speak privately to ensure we were confident as first time buyers and told him that we would be back after we spoke. In less than an hour, my boyfriend walked back into the business with a cashiers check in his hand to complete the sale only to find a sold sign on the truck and another customer purchasing it with the very same sales rep we were in the process of purchasing it from ourselves. M & M Investment Cars very obviously needs to reexamine their moral code and expect higher standards from the people representing their company. This kind of behavior is disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. We should have, at the very least, received a phone call with a final offer to close the purchase and been given the knowledge that another buyer was next in line if we declined. This business would not exist without the customers who spend their hard earned money to purchase their vehicles from you and they deserve more respect than being undermined by a selfish, incompetent salesman. Do better M & M Investment Cars.

So I drove 8 hours for nothing thinking I was gonna go home with a new truck and when I got there they tried selling me truck I didnt even want and then they said they sold the truck that I was trying to get so I found another truck filled out all the paperwork got insurance on it and at the last minute when it came to signing They pulled me aside and said sorry we cant sell you this truck the owner is turning me down because I didnt qualify which by the way I did I had 15000 cash on me I only had to put 5000 down and a co-signer to an so right when I was Leaving they ended up selling that same truck to someone else all the paperwork was done truck was insured all we had to do was sign i get it money talks but it was the worst experience ever especially it was my 1st time actually buying a car from a dealership I will never return there again Horrible.It all good I didnt have any problems financing one with Castle auto sale. I explain to them what I was trying to explain to you guys that a lost my copy the paper copy and I actually did receive it yesterday my original Drivers licence so before you put my business online make sure you get your facts straight And even if I didnt have a licence there is no law that says you cant not purchase or finance a vehicle without one you just have to have a valid identification I wouldnt be able to legally drive it off the lot thats why I brought somebody with their licence

What we wanted a safe older car that had been well maintained as a third car. I had been looking for several weeks and was finding a lot of rebuilt titles, and/or poor maintenance. I came to M&M Investment Cars and everything sparkled. This Subaru had 107K but looked brand new and had new head gaskets, water pump,timing belt, strong brakes, newer tires and wheels. Yes, it was more expensive than others that I had looked at, but it was worth the extra money to know that it was ready to run another 100K miles. I looked at the appearance of the other cars in the inventory and most had new tires and wheels. I see other reviews complaining about the cost of the vehicles, but one should really be fair about what you are getting for the higher price. My entire transaction was very respectful and the paperwork was done in about 20 minutes. Mason, Eric and Jim, thank you. We will send our friends and family your way.

Went to M&M to purchase a car we found on Carfax. Got there, and the car was brought out and I test drove it. No pressure from anyone, and they left me alone to check out the vehicle for as long as I wanted. Once I was done, John Sary was there to answer my questions. Decided to buy, and from there the process was one of the easiest and quickest purchases I have ever done for a car. From arrival (including the time to check out the car) to departure (all paperwork completed) with the new car was about 2 hours. Will definitely go there to purchase a future car.

May 22, 2021 Hayden Island Location with indoor auto sales has the best selection of clean vehicles. We bought a hard to find year truck for TOP Dollar! Far beyond kbb prices. So expect to pay full asking price.They were honest and made us aware a part was needed for fuel gadge. It was inconvenient waiting 5 days to receive our truck. Even though I was impatient over the phone with them. They made it right and delivered our truck fixed all the way to Washington state. The truck only needs a alignment and track bar now. Haitam and the team are friendly & No pressure whatsoever!

Haitham at M&M Investment Cars is extremely helpful and made our purchase process easy even though we are from out of state. To help us, Haitham made an up close video of the vehicle - opened doors and started the engine so we could hear and evaluate for strange noises, squeaks, etc. before committing to a down payment to hold the vehicle. The high definition helped us see details. We were planning a trip to the area so we were able to inspect our vehicle thoroughly at the Hayden Island location. We spent several hours test driving and doing our own thorough review of the vehicle and felt zero pressure from the seller. It was a great experience and we bought our “investment” car today. He was very honest and made sure I got all the detailed photos and videos I asked for, of the truck running and driving, and assured me it was in as great condition as it looked to be. I had been looking for a very specific vehicle for a while. I found one at MM Investment Cars. Mazen was very helpful in making the process clear and easy. He provided a outside company to perform a vehicle inspection, because I was not a local. I wanted an outside company to look it over, they provided a very detailed analysis of condition and Mazen even asked them about a leak he noticed when moving the truck. Mazen corrected the leak before the sale and the transport was assigned. Mazen made financing easy as well. We communicated via phone and texting and my truck arrived on schedule.Thank you for a great buying experience.

Weve been shopping around for a Sprinter and came across M&M online. They had a few left and we raced to check them out since Jim Hamman told us they had interested buyers. The remaining vans were in good shape, with low mileage. Jim took us around, let us test drive one and then we agreed on the best of the lot. The windshield had busted out from an errant waxing accident but he assured us they could fix it that day. Fast forward a few hours and we were driving home our new dream van! Not only were they professional and courteous they went above and beyond to make us feel safe and well cared for. Update 2/28/21: Raffe agreed to fix the tire light on the 4Runner during finance part of the deal. I live 4 hours north of the dealership, and today he paid over $400.00 to have the light fixed with all new sensors in all the tires including the spare.If I could, I would volunteer at that store while begging them to hire me since Im so pleased with the service, the 4Runner, and the overall experience, including my sales rep Jim. Pleasantly surprised by the customer service and hassle free environment by the M&M crew. Dealt with Raffe on working a deal for a 2014 Toyota Tundra. It was quick and easy with no pressure. This is the second vehicle my family has gotten from M&M and both experiences were great. Raffe even offered assistance with soon to be done accessory upgrades that well be doing.

Years ago I sold cars and understand the business so Ive never given 5 stars before. However, Ive never had a better experience buying a used car. I searched over their inventory online first. Took the family up to check out our choice and look around. Raffe Samad greeted us with smiling eyes (wearing a mask) and was very helpful. We decided to go get our financing lined up and come back to purchase our New (to us) Truck.We live 2 hours away from Portland but we stayed in touch with Raffe letting him know our progress and plans to return the next weekend. This is where the great experience got better. Another customer was working with another rep and Raffe let me know. I got to protect our purchase with a quick hold payment. I would have been very disappointed to loose that truck to someone so this was awesome to us.There was a towing break controller that was missing so they made an adjustment so I could replace it. Raffe was fantastic with the finance interfaces with our Credit Union so the mountains of paperwork were seriously minimized and quick.And then it gets better. Raffe had previously arranged for the steering box replacement by Les Schwab and that felt great. But as I drove it home that night at highway speeds I noticed alignment problems. Raffe advised me to take it to my local Les Schwab and they fixed it very well and charged me $80. I was happy. Raffe asked me if they charged me and when I said Yes he said they shouldnt have and promptly arranged for me to be reimbursed for that! What a great thing to do after the sale. M & M earned my business. Raffe earned my respect and a repeat customer!

Linda and I purchased a 2010 Honda Element SC from Jim Hamman not easy to find car. He took a video of the car to show me the car was in great condition which it was when we arrived to buy it. Linda was worried about car being not sanitized because of the COVID-19. Jim assured us it was cleaned and sanitized when we arrived so he went even further and purchased a aerosol can of germ killer to further sanitized our car for our assurance and also gave the can to take with us and chocolate candy pieces. My mom and I went to see Raffe at M&M to look at a few trucks we were interested in and were greeted right away at the door. Raffe was busy with other customers but still managed to check in with us by answering a few questions we had and let us check out a few trucks while he finished up with them. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had; low pressure, honest and very knowledgeable salesman. I will not hesitate to refer my friends and family and come back for business in the future!
My boyfriend and I got into a pretty bad accident and our car was totalled. We needed to find a car pretty quick and the 2017 Subaru Outback was an amazing deal and Jim Hamman was amazing to us. He replied very quickly and supported us very well. This is only our second car experiance, we are pretty young still and had lots of questions and concerns. He was very patient and explained everything greatly. Plus he talked about his kids and it was really nice to get to know him on a personal level, not just business.

I found a truck listed on Craigs list that we were interested in. We drove out to check it out. We were met by our salesperson Raffe. He said the keys were in the truck, take it for a spin. I was shocked - I worked in the car business for 26 years, and have purchased many vehicles. They let us test drive the vehicle without copying my license, or having a sales person come with us. This made a great 1st impression. We drove the truck for about 20 minutes. After we returned we spent another 20-30 minutes checking over the vehicle. Absolutely no pressure from anyone. The truck was fairly priced according to KBB, NADA, and True Car. This does not include all the modifications made to the vehicle. Painted and hinged bed cover, Upgraded wheels and tires, tinted windows, and lots of extra chrome. They managed to get me a great interest rate, and gave me a generous trade in allowance. This was a very easy, and straight forward deal. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle this will be my 1st stop.

I cant say enough good things about M & M Investment Cars. Being a traveling sales man I have had to purchase new cars often over my last 30 years. Jim at M & M knew what I was looking for and called me when he found it. I then made the 2.5 hour drive to there location. When I arrived Jim Hamman nailed it and I was not disappointed at all. Not only that he took care of some special request saving me thousands of dollars. He also put up with my silly question for the next 2 days. The rest of the Crew at M & M made the process seamless. I have to say Im always hesitant when dealing with Used car Salesmen. These guys are the best, and give used car salesmen a good reputation.
