I have bought 2 vehicles from them and after my 1st experience I recommended 2 family members who both bought cars from them and 2 clients who both bought cars from them. On my 2nd purchase I bought a 1 year old car for my wife and had trouble with it from the beginning. After bringing it back to them multiple times and them doing virtually nothing I finally took it to Jim Fisher who pointed out that the rear end was hit hard and seriously tweaked and they had shimmed the hinges and hidden the damage. I now have to take the vehicle to a body shop and spend thousands on getting the rear end square and tailgate door to close properly. Don’t deal with Ole.

This was the first time getting a Volvo and I had great experience with DLR Nordic, Don was very helpful in my acquisition of my XC90. He had a lot of knowledge in anything Volvo and was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back again. I love that it has the 5 year / 100k mile warranty that they offered. It was a great addition. No pressure at all from Don to buy but I myself was pressured to buy quick because there was 2 other people that wanted the same vehicle. So I decided to buy it online without a test drive but I was not at all disappointed, this vehicle is comfortable and really does well on the road. I love it.

Overall, our experience with DLR Nordic team was excellent. I really appreciated the teams transparency and quick response times to emails and messages. I wish that all dealerships would make car buying as easy as DLR Nordic and adopt a similar selling process. If needed, they have relationships with great Credit Unions with great rates on used vehicles and can easily source OEM Volvo parts/accessories at great prices. Really impressed with my experience. Before coming in I called various times about v60 models. The staff was always polite. Once I made it. I wanting to view the 2017 v60 cc and ended up driving a 2020 v60 cc. Don was my sales rep. He was extremely polite and patient with me. I had a bunch of questions on the new models. I cant comment on purchase yet but so far has been a pleasent time.

Looked at a lot of used cars before DLR Nordic, and they have the nicest inventory of any dealer I visited. Prices are very reasonable and there’s clearly a culture of no pressure. Bought an extremely clean XC90 after perhaps the easiest closing I’ve ever had.There was a problem I recognized after we closed due to miscommunication, so I approached them and they took care of it without any trouble- this is the most important part of the review. There’s no way to avoid issues in every transaction as a business, I don’t expect that as a customer, it’s how you handle them that matters. DLR Nordic took care of it. You want to do business with people like that.

I cannot stress enough how great this dealership is. DLR Nordics customer service is over the top. If you are considering a Volvo, but they dont have what you want in stock, you should really call them and see if they can get it for you. They are incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly. We have referred several of our friends there and everyone has raved about how great the experience was.

Great car buying experience. They stand behind the cars they sell. Only a month after buying a 2015 XC60 from them a brake pad wore out and they replaced it the same day I brought it in. It probably should have been replaced before they sold it to me, but its nice that they fixed it right right away.

I bought a 2002 v70 from DLR and after 2 weeks car started having all kinds of issues.Have spent over $5k to attempt to keep this car just SAFE to drive.It was a melon from the start. All kinds of fluid leaks, electrical gremlins, all engine mounts needing replacement. Brakes and front suspension needed replacement.Should have had my own mechanic gone over it, MY BAD.Truly believe they should have not let this one go out their door in this shape.Pretty pissed that they let it go in this shape.
