Always professional and dependable. Their loaner car system makes any work necessary more do-able. I strayed away but I have returned as I had some horrendous experiences with another local mechanic which will remain nameless. Service was great. A little disappointed that I didnt get called about the recommended service. I was waiting for car, but decided to get some lunch and left. So in never heard then call me. I would have gotten my recommended work done. Brake fluid exchange and power steering fluid exchange.No big deal. Guess, itll have to wait for next trip.

Everything was easy and well organized. Came in for an oil change and check up and it was faster than they said it would be. The waiting room is nice and clean and you also have the option to sit outside which is nice because then you donβt have to wear a mask. It took a couple trips but these guys are the best. Easy to talk, minimal pressure and candid (appreciated) honesty. This is an Acura dealership and worthy of the flagship status, but dont expect to buy something at a low ball price. After EXTENSIVE research I paid a fair price for a great 2018 MDX . At the end of day a few hundred dollars fades away over time. Car availability is very limited, both new and used, and everyone need to make a living.
I was looking for a used car on the internet, and found a 2012 hybrid Toyota (mine now) posted on the website of Ron Tonkin Acura. I was really into the car. Thanks to Julian Woods, the friendly and patient sales associate I met with, I was able to test drive the car and make the greatest deal ever. I would say I am more than happy to recommend everyone else coming to this Ron Tonkin location because they have the best customer service!
Bad customer support services and false information regarding place order for car. I placed the order for the new TLX Type S back in August. The manager and sales man told with it was going take about 90 days till the production of my order and want me to put a 3k down payment to process the order. They charged me the dealership mark up of 3k and its seems reasonable if Im going to get it in November or December. Recently, they called give me the new date which is to 2022 mid February since the car is not even making it yet. I wanted to get my deposit back and take my business elsewhere. However, They refuse to give my deposit it back and reluctant on reduce any of the mark up they charge on this car that they will deliver late. They said I can cancel the order but I wont get the deposit refund. This TLX type S are available to another dealership with almost the same mark up minus the wait at but Ron Tonkin Acura will not refund my deposit. They insists me to continue the ridiculous amount of waiting without any compensation or any help to speed up or refund. Just wait as they said. Im tired and sick of this horrible horrible dealership. All they want is to over charge you and never deliver. This will be the last time I ever deal with Ron Tonkin Acura dealership. I know after I post this review they will trying to mess with me by give me extra charges or make me wait even longer but I have to stand up for the right as consumers. Even go up against the big guys like them. Just tired and frustrated with their bs.

Sales team was helpful and respectful. Not a high pressure approach at all. They provided options when our βpre-qualified β financing turned out to be less than awesome. The paperwork took a long time and we were at the dealership nearly 4 hours. Not all their fault given our financing woes. We left the purchased car with them so it could get a couple of tires changed and get detailed. Interior detailing was pretty good but the exterior was not good at all. Scratches were not polished out, windows are so water spotted that in the sunlight itβs difficult to see clearly. Overall happy.

Excellent Customer service!!! I purchased a used 2015 Camry and the day after it arrived a check engine light went on; nothing major just emissions. Me being all the way in Michigan it wasnt as easy as taking the car to the dealer. I called my sales rep Ray Armstrong and he told me to get it fixed and they would reimburse me the money. We have to drive down to California in a few days, but needed an oil change. When we checked their service schedule, it was fully booked until 2 weeks later. We contacted Rich at Sales department and explained our situation. He graciously understood our situation and worked out with Mark at the service department so that we could drop off our car and they would squeeze ours in whenever there was any open time in between. I went to the dealer as soon as they opened this morning and dropped it off. Since I didnt have a ride, I asked Mark if they could possibly work on my car sooner than later. Mark managed to squeeze mine so quickly that I didnt have to wait even for 30 minutes.Their customer service from the general manager, Jim Brown, sales manager Rich, service person, Mark, is top notch! Just a routine oil change service but what impresses me is the timely, efficient, and professional manner in how they operate. I ended up having air filters replaced and new wipers and even with checkout I was literally only there for 45 minutes. I might also add that they are the nicest people too!

I wanted to write this review to share my experience with Ray and Joe at this dealership. I was in the market for a Prius Prime/PHEV, and they had received a 2012 model a few days ago. From the beginning, the communication was prompt and accurate. I test-drove the Prius and loved it. I would have bought the vehicle had a brand new one at another dealership not come available around the same time. Having said that, I would totally consider these guys when Im in the market for another vehicle and recommend them to those who are currently looking for a new/used vehicle.

Ron Tonkin Acura was super organized. Felt super weird test driving the vehicle without a sale consultant in it. But I loved how Deante was able to pair me up with Noah when he was not in. I was able to test drive the vehicle first and Noah had set aside time for another appointment on a weekend with my mom. Not knowing that Noah was still our sale consultant. I love how we were able to stay with one sales consultant. Noah was honest and who was able to go in details the buttons, settings, and knobs. He even drove us to the bank! Who does that, I have never heard of other dealerships going beyond that. Finance manager was straight forward about financing the vehicle that would help get the best interest rates. After a long search and foot work of researching other vehicles that are only AWD for my mom, she was happy to drive off the lot with her 2021 Acura TLX AWD. Would have thought automatically check A/C beings it was 99 degrees today at pickup( 1.00 pm) 80 degrees at 10:00 am⦠little to no cooling, set at 62 interior. MDX had not been in for months. All other for $1,700 seems to okay thus far. Otherwise a 5⦠just seemed intuitive

I was very impressed with the outstanding service I received when I took in my 2015 Acura TLX for service. Shelly was the best service manager I have had the pleasure to have worked with. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment and did not have to wait as they immediately took my car and performed the B1 service. They did an excellent job in only 35 minutes. Shelly came to me sitting in the lounge and updated me on everything that was accomplished and what maintenance will likely need to be done during my next service. The cost for the service was also very reasonable. I am so happy with the overall service that I have definitely become a customer going forward.
Made appointment for recall and oil change by phone. Was told Iβd be given a loaner car. When I arrived for appointment 6/10 service desk there was no notation of the oil change nor loaner car. And was told it would be about 4 hours since I had a loaner. It all worked out fine and service completed. Errands completed.
Got there 8 minutes early but that was not a problem.They started the paperwork right away.I showed them an email coupon I have received from them and they adjusted my fee on the spot.The service took less than anticipated and I was there only about 20 minutes or so, not anticipated 45 minutes.Asked for a bottled water and got it pretty quick.Overall, it was pretty good experience.I am definitely going back to this place to service my MDX.
Loved the service dept at Acura. Went for an oil change, plus the other checkups. They found a nail on the tire and repaired for no charge. The service manager was super nice. Everything from start to finish took 40min. Very impressed!

We love our 2005 Acura MDX (it is still running pretty well at 282,000 miles), so decided our next car would be a newer MDX. We had a great experience with Ron Tonkin Acura. It had always been serviced through their service dept. by the previous owner, and it is in great shape as a result.With regard to financing, everything went smoothly. The service at the Beaverton Acura dealership is by far the best that Iβve ever experienced. They are kind, courteous and they go out of their way to make sure that everyoneβs needs are met. As an example I came in with my 3 yr old grandson and they gave him a brand new Hot Wheels car and granola bars. Changed the TV to cartoons which made him feel so special. He was having a bad day because of his allergies. So the attention was so special. I have never had such special experiences before. They are the best!!

I love the car and the process was relatively easy, however we sadly left with a slightly bad taste for the following reasons. We were told that all weather mats were included with all certified cars. This small win really sweetened the deal, especially since there was no negotiation on the sticker price of the car. We didnβt question the sales person at all, and took him for his word on this. After all the paperwork was signed and we were given the keys to our new car, we realized the mats were missing. We were told that there was a mistake and mats were not included. We got that shoulder shrug/sorry for your bad luck sort of apology and weβre sent on our way. This doesnβt seem like a big deal, but when you are trusting your sales person to give you all the facts on a pretty significant purchase, it makes you question everything that was said. To add insult to injury, our gas tank wasnβt even filled which was another promise on all certified cars. This is my first Acura, and I absolutely love it so far, but things could have easily been made right, especially at the price point.

I am always promptly greeted by a professional and friendly team.The service is both thorough and on time. If there are additional items that are in need of replacement the Service Tech will let me know and provide costs along with timeline needed to make any additional repairs. There is never pressure to do so either. Iβm given a print out of any future maintenance requirements that outline costs and time needed to complete maintenance. If need be I am provided a loaner car. My husband and I have been very pleased with the quality and level of service we have received for our vehicle.

Most wonderful staff. They were very helpful and went out of their way to find us a lender that would offer us a better interest rate. We ended up getting a loan at half the interest rate that other lender offered. They found us a newer vehicle that met all our needs, they really listened to what was important to us in a vehicle and made it happen. They stayed late to make sure we were taken care of and treated us with respect. Definitely recommend purchasing from them. We will back when ready to purchase again.

This is the BEST dealership I have EVER bought a car through!! I saw an add on AutoTrader for a car that I wanted. I called the dealership, and Ray Armstrong answered. He was very polite and professional and answered all my questions. I wanted to buy this car very badly, but first I needed to trade in my current car. Ray was able to give me a very high trade in value for my car, and the best price possible on the car that I purchased at the dealership.Ray was excellent in ALL areas! I had Derek (sorry if Iβm spelling your name wrong!) as my service advisor. I needed to get my alignment fixed because it was thrown off moving up here from California. It took about an hour for my appointment, I was expecting a lot longer. He was very nice, welcomed me to Oregon & gave me a voucher for a car wash/vacuum since they stopped their service due to COVID. I thought that was really cool alternative route.
