Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I went here switching to t mobile and the three guys working here stuck through me and my mom not knowing any of our information for 2 hours! As soon as we walked in it was busy, and they immediately came over and let us know when we would be helped. They were extremely knowledgeable. Patient, and friendly. I highly recommend!

Since the last time that I have came into that store it has done a 360. The environment is different, the customer focus is different, even the cleanliness! I haven’t personally had to experience rude behavior towards me, but I have seen customers leave unhappy. But that has changed, every customer that I saw being attended left happy. I’m glad they took into consideration the customers perspective and turned it around. Good for them, and better for us. Definitely looking forward into continuing doing business with them!

We are Verizon carrier and switched to Tmobile because of their promotions... we shouldnt.. wrong decision!!! NIGHTMARE.THIS STORE, STAFF, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! BE CAREFUL ON WHAT THEY SAY! THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE STUFF LIKE CASING, SCREEN PROTECTORS, WIRELESS CHARGER. BUT ITS NOT!You have to pay attention on what you signing for because they distract you so you dont see what they charge on the paper just like me and just excited to have a new phone.Staff there told me, I am eligible for free accessories like cases and screen protectors and even wire less charger, Free is great, why not!Then i checked my bill statement, i was charged for all accessories. You wont notice it because it was breakdown for 24 months payment, and supposed to be free !Stay away drom this Store!!! Be very careful on what they say.ALL LIES !!!!Im not sure if same people in here!MOST OF ALL... JUAN, THEY SO CALLED MANAGER, RUDE.. RUDE AND RUDE! Try to look it up the meaning of MANGER! Lies lies and more lies, they give you stuff for free when you purchase expensive phones only to find out freebies are charged on your tmobile bill, small store crowded and slow, do not park by the supermarket you will spend so much time here you will get ticketed or towed. If in that store they offer offers that do not exist and when one approaches to make the claim they hide in the excuse that the offer was made by an employee who no longer works there, and that it is not his responsibility, one as a customer deserves respect and as I told the manager that what happens behind the counter is not the responsibility of the client.I just filed my claim with the company, I hope they take action on the matter
