My experience with the store and personnel was amazing. I walked with issues and walked out content with how they took the time to help and fix my problem.

I went into the store thinking i could be helped with my sim card that wasnt working because i have never had this problem before, i was the only customer inside and the manager on shift wouldnt not even look at me or the phone while i spoke to him, and did not try to help me in any sort of way. he continued looking at his phone and computer. basically felt like i was talking to myself. really bad customer service!! i ended up going to the one in white plains and they were able to fix, thankfully.

Visited again & continue to be happy with their service. Picked up a replacement Samsung... cracked screen. Store personnel were more than happy to swap SIM card, download contacts, swap memory, download contacts list, etc. Highly recommended.

Very nice personnel in the Portchester store. They transferred my photos, contacts, and installed the apps that I had on my old phone ! Metro PCS has great service and pricing . $50 @ month for two phones .. talk, text, and internet! Very happy. Just upgraded my wifes phone & got rapid knowledgeable sales person @!
