I bought a series 3 apple watch from them on Friday and by Sunday it completely fell apart. They said it had to have had heat damage, but it seems to me that they refurbish these watches there themselves and do not do a good job at it. I considered the $220 a loss, and just went to the apple store and bought a watch like I should have done in the first place. Consider yourself warned.

Spilled liquid on my MacBook, thought it would be impossible to fix. Went to apple they said it was vintage, ok they sent me to someone that work on vintage. Ok called he couldnt fix it, so search online and this was my 2nd choice and Im glad I did. Very professional, friendly and good communication. They fix my MacBook something Apple couldnt or wouldnt do. They deserve more than 5 stars from my book.

Where do I start, Mike is a great guy. I brought my galaxy s8+ from another country to get the screen fixed and battery changed and he presented me my phone brand new. Not only did he give me my phone back in working condition but he helped me understand the entire process that took place. I also received a minor discount for the time it took for my phone to get repaired. I would highly recommend taking any repairs to his store in port Chester NY, not only because of the great and friendly service but because of the pricing as well. Definitely 5 stars if you ask me. I went there last week to get my phone fix. The guy who helped me was Mike. He was really nice and all the other employees were keeping me company while I waited. Only took around 20 minutes to fix my screen. The place is really spacious, organized and very clean. Will recommend 10/10 to anyone who needs their phone to be fixed.

At the end my samsung screen is made properly and im very happy with the result. Unfortunately i had to bring it back 3 times. But the person was very helpful and nice to me no drama about having a issue with the screen at first. Thank you for the great service.

Went there to fix a cracked screen on iPhone 8, was advised by mike that camera also needed repair. I paid for him to fix both $173.40. He didn’t have part or matching black screen for my phone. He temporarily fixed with white screen and assured me he would have parts the following day. I told him I’d be in at 7 for him to finish fixing my phone. Overall experience with mike was great.Next day, no Mike, no part. Spoke with technician Chris, who is very disgruntled and has no idea how to speak with customers. He advised me that it’s not his problem that mike isn’t here nor that the part was not in. I asked why they don’t pick up the phone (I would have saved myself a trip to this location) and Chris replied, “I’m overworked and too busy to answer calls at work”! Some customer service. I asked what his problem was and he continued to get defensive and stating it’s not his problem. I asked for a refund on the part that I paid for and was never given and he replied, “there are no refunds, read your receipt”! Some customer service at this location! I then followed up with Natasha at the New Rochelle location, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with on the phone in helping to resolve my issues. I think this company can use a few more Natasha’s and or a customer service class educating the employees on how to speak with customers.I will be following up with my credit card company and the BBB to get these issues resolved.Steer clear of this location!

Had a PS4 in need of an HDMI port repair. Brought it in to the Port Chester location of iFix4u. They asked for a $40 deposit to diagnose that would be waved if I was willing to follow through with the repair. I agreed. Two days later Jessica (who was totally professional) informed me that the repair would be $175. Here lies the issue. Sonys own repair for the issue costs $125. Reputable repairmen were in the $70-$90 range. They offer, by far, the highest costs in the industry. So in closing, professional staff, noncompetitive pricing. Save yourself my $40 mistake.

These days its hard to find great customer service unless your buying an expensive home or a sports car. Ive purchased a cell phone case, multiple Bluetooth speakers and an IPhone from these guys. They arent concerned with the money you spend, their intention is to create excellent customer satisfaction.Ive also had a major repair done on my Chrome Book and it was looking and running like it did fresh out of the box.These guys know their stuff and can be counted on without question. I also look to support the local businesses rather than big box stores similar to Best Buy and the like.I go to iFIX for all my electronic repairs and purchases.

Cris is awesome! I am so pleased that they were able to repair my phone in 1/2 hour! After driving 500 miles I accidentally dropped my I phone then ran over it with a truck! If you even think your phone is beyond disrepair bring it to Cris first! You will not be disappointed- so close to Greenwich and easy to locate!

They fixed my phone but quoted me one price on the phone and a higher one in the store and then accused me of lying about it. They refused to honor the original price and made it sound like they were giving me a deal by offering me a price in the middle. Workers are very unprofessional -- one was on the phone for several minutes with his friend cursing away like we were at a rap concert. Also notice the number of fake 5 star reviews from people with 1 or 2 reviews. Google really needs to figure out a way to weed those out or these ratings become meaningless. These guys will happily scam you if they can get away with it. Customer beware.

I DO NOT RECCOMEND USING THEM! FRAUD!I gave my phone to this company to fix with water damage. I paid initial fee for initial check up, which I was absolutely fine with. In 2 weeks they reported they couldnt fix it on their own and they give it to another company to fix. I was patiently waiting. One month passed and after my multiple phone calls (once very week), they returned my phone broken with DAMAGES. To my surprise they replied: it is not fixable anyways, why do you care if its damaged? After such disappointment I gave my phone to another company and they fix it (!) in TWO DAYS. My phone is totally working now, the specialist for an honest company said they even did not clean the parts.now after my multiple phone call they promised to replace the parts that they damaged, but nobody called me back.I DO NOT RECCOMEND USING THEM! FRAUD!

Dont visit this place. Gave them a deposit to order a screen for my phone. I was told they would call when it arrived. Two weeks past so i decided to stop by and inquire. When i did i was told they had no record of the transaction. I paid with a Visa card!!!! I asked the clerk (who helped me originally) if he remembered me as i was in his store on May 27th. He said no i dont remember anyone in a rude tone. I left the store contacted visa who easily pulled up the transaction and disputed the charge. How do you take a customers money, have them sign paperwork and then essentially call that person a liar? Bad business and customer service. If i could have selected 0 stars i would have

Just about three weeks ago in in Florida my mom got some water damage to her IPhone 6s and right away put it in rice to see if that would would help but unfortunately it didnt. The next day took it to the Apple Store and this so called geniuses at Apple instantly told us the phone had to much damage to it and that we would have to buy a new one. They said they would keep that phone and give us a discount on a brand new 7. It would be a small discount what they were giving it to us for. I had some fate that the phone could be fixed and wanted a secound opinion, rather an outside opinion not Apple. Two days passed and we were back in NY and in Port Chester at a doctors appointment and saw this this store and went in to get a second opinion and was instantly greated by two really cool and friendly guys. Mike and Cris. They told me they would have to open it up check it out and see what they could do. Later in the day I received a call from cris confirming that they could absolutely fix it and that the damage wasnt even that bad. Hmm thats a surprise. Strange Apple was saying they complete opposite like they off course would. Lie to there customers to benefit themselves economically. Like they really need to. Anyways the next day I picked up the phone And it was working perfectly. Even sounded better than before. My experience was excellent very good price compared to what We would have spent on with Apples recomendation and Cris did awsome. These guy were very professional and genuine. When in doubt about your phone possibly being dead, bringing to these guys and Im sure they will be able to bring life to it.

If I could give ifix4u 10+ stars I would. They are amazing and helpful in every aspect. Each time I have gone to visit they have diagnosed, and fixed my phone quickly, and efficiently, and for the right price. When i had an issue less than a month later when I brought it back they fixed it free of charge!! Most recently when I went in my phone was a bit more difficult to quickly diagnose, but within a short time they had me on a loaner iphone with all the important information from my phone transferred onto it. They let me keep it a week, until i decided what i wanted to do about it, and then Mike worked out the best possible deal with me and hooked me up with a nearly new phone at the right price. I am sooo thankful for Mike and his team and will continue to always to back to them for all my phone issues, and now computer too! I would recommend this place over and over to anyone looking to fix a damaged iphone or purchase a new one. They will not let you down !!!!

Very bad experience, I went to change the Apple screen, the price list was written very clearly, and it was also the original Apple version. I also asked the staff whether this screen is the original Apple screen. The work repairman said it was the original version. As a result, I went to give me a fake Apple screen. It was not the original one. I paid $100. This is not the original version. A lot of cheap in China, this merchant is even darker than China.... I will never go again next time. Bye bye... just spend money to buy a loss.
