I have tried to call for hours and hoursLiterally multiple daysAnd no one has answered the phone.So I end up driving to the location to ask them my simple question and what I wanted to ask about, they don’t even have.

Young, knowledgable, underpaid staff. I have 2 young boys at home so i surprise them on occasion with a new game. The staff updates me on whats appropriate for the boys at their age.
I tried to return an item. While there I was told that my return could not be processed because the original credit card the purchase was made under had been canceled due to fraud and I was issued a new number. I was told the only thing I could do to process my return would be to make a case at the store in which I made the purchase at even though my name was on the receipt and I had identification and was willing to call my bank in front of the employee to prove there was fraud. He said this was unacceptable because I could only make a call to Game Stop for information, I offered to have him validate the phone number, he said it would not work. I asked for this in writing so I could process a claim with my credit card and he said he would have to call corporate. He would not process my return because he was afraid of dealing with an inquiry from GameStop Cash Management. Eventually, he agreed to process my return only because I said it would be difficult to go to the original store, over an hour drive away. Then he said he would not be able to process my return because I infrequently shopped at GameStop and said it was suspicious to buy a big ticket item and return it, even though he checked all the parts were there and broke the seal making it nearly impossible to resell if they would not take the item. I kept telling him that I would have to call my credit card company and request a refund from them because he was violating the return policy of the store. Nowhere does their return policy say a case must be made to the original store if the card was re-issued due to fraudulent charges. The item was unopened and had the receipt. The return was eventually processed; however, this took over 30 minutes pleading to an employee to follow their policy. This was a very annoying situation with BS excuses by staff.
This is my #1 store for all my gaming needs. If its not in the store Jeff and his crew will find it for you. Jeff is always at hand to help out and make your experience the best shopping you can have.

Their customer service is good. They have used and new consoles a lot of games for any console.. As well as used phones and even gaming chairs well at least one that i have seen.
Customer service has improved a lot more recently. Nice little place for your gaming needs.
I like how they have more items, like toys and collectibles noe. However if theres a line, it could be kind of a long wait. The workers are helpful and do spend time with each customer to help them fully.
Its okay however I dislike the return policy.. Well it may just simply be me .. however I purchased a controller for my Xbox One it had a few issues within 4 days. The price was at $149.99 original price was $159.99.. So when I payed the total cost was simply the same. I mentioned that I wanted another that they didnt have in stock. So I had issues with it and when I returned it for another I had to pay more because hY went to its original price. So dumb but anyways dont put the controller box and say its out of stock.. Take it off the shelf because you havent had it for weeks....
If your into video games this is the place for you, whether you want the latest or the best deal the staff is always will to help. Underpaid and over worked as we all are they do their best.

Abysmally staffed and the store leader Daniel who was the only person behind the counter was extremely slow and trying to up-sell a single customer for close to an hour while the line continued to grow. A trip that should have taken 10 minutes took me over 45. Completely dissatisfied.

This Gamestop has friendly staff and is well stocked. One time they even picked up a game from another store for me.

Very bad service I wasted alot of money on used games and controllers and they stop working or break in less than a month and nobody knows anything they just work there.
Only place for games in the area, used games are over priced, trading games in is not worth it and the PC games selection is abysmal.
