I have never had as many problems with Verizon as I did with this store. Never underestimate one persons ability to do everything incorrectly. The amount of time I have had to spend on the phone with corporate to fix all of the issues has been completely unacceptable. Not to mention, I cannot get anyone on the phone at the location to file a complaint. We have been dealing with this for over a month.

Normally this Verizon location is very good. Unfortunately, not so much today. I went in to pick up and order which I received confirmation for and the sales person, Melvin, was less than helpful. He advised me that they do not set up phones in the stores which I know is not true. Makes me think I may not go to that Verizon again. Poor customer service.

I stopped into Verizon today to upgrade my phone, and was very lucky to work with Byron. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my phone and knew how to use it. There were two other men in the store who I witnessed assisting other customers, everyone was treated with extreme respect and all staff seemed super educated on the product. This is by far the best Verizon experience I have ever had, and will definitely choose this location in the future.

Quick and painless upgrade. Sadly, the phone I wanted was not in stock and I will have to come back to complete the trade-in of my old phone. But the folks at the store were professional and processed my order efficiently.

There was 1 customer and 3 employees and I still had to wait to be greeted and seen. I asked them about a promotion they had and both employees were clueless. After I explained the promotion to them they seem to remember it. But they had it all wrong and asked me to basically prove the details of promotion. I figured the best thing to do was to leave and call customer care. As I thanked them and was leaving, one of the representatives asked if I still would want to sign up. Really? We all work hard for our money; Never make the customer feel like you are disinterested. Verizon Customer care on the phone was able to understand and help. It seems every time I visit the store I hope things have changed but leave disappointed. Save yourself some time and aggravation and go to any other Verizon store. Customer service is Non existent.

I think you guys should have the chairs in the other side... (Chairs should be for customers). I was there yesterday and saw many people standing there just waiting to be helped. I was standing there for a little bit more than an hour.Multitasking doesnt work when youre helping or selling something to a customer . This guy was trying to help three people at the same time. This doesnt help, it makes us (the customer ) uncomfortable . Our time is valuable too . I just hope this help !

Verizon wireless for business is by far the best customer service ever. They are only open from 9-5 but they always answer the phone once you get through the phone prompts. And you never wait on hold. They always take care of us.

I called to Verizon but the guy to attended my call couldnt help me, he suggested me to visit that store because it was close to my town. The worst mistake that I could have made in my life. I approached to the Solutions Manager Mitchel Ghiggia, he doesnt have manners, he was rude, he doesnt care what I was talking about, or about my problem. He touched my phone just because I insisted about to check it. He just open the general information and he said your phone doesnt work . I have my line with verizon for 7 years and I never had a bad experience with a representative until now. the worst costumer service ever, I dont know how people like him could be titled as Solution manager. I hope never have to come back to that store in my life, and I cant recomend to friends or costumers to visit this store with people like him working for that company. Btw I went to another store and the costumer representative fixed my phone.

Called into the Port Chester, NY store and got the VERY BEST help from Andy. He was so courteous and concise in his communication. Although he had to elevate our call to an advanced troubleshooter, she was great too! In the end, they connected us with the insurance carrier. Asurion is honoring their contract and a new iPhone 6 is coming tomorrow. Thank you all!

There is only one service associate who knows how to help customers. His name is Jefferson. He is nice, friendly, knowledgeable, gives you his attention 100%. He should be in charge of the store. Maybe manager. Other associates are not helpful, stand around doing nothing, ignore you. Jefferson is the only person I really commend anyone to see at this location. He deserves to be promoted and need new employees like him. Jefferson is only person I go to at that store.

Went in to replace my broken phone and stated emphatically that I wanted to pay for the new phone in full and no insurance.. after reviewing my bill the following month they signed me up for a 72 month payment plan for that phone.. I called Corporate to report this and still reviewing my options in regards to this VERY unethical and illegal situation.. and this is not the first time this particular store has done this! Stay away from this particular Verizon store., they do not have honest people working there!!

Awful service. Rude manager. I personally saw the managerJohn get into an argument with 3 separate customers while I was waiting. AT&T store on Greewnich Ave much more helpful and courteous. There are plenty of other options. Just walk away like I did.

I went in to troubleshoot my phone (un-calibrated accelerometer) and all they could do was to Google search the problem...hello dont you think I already did that? They totally eliminated their technical support desk! As one might guess they couldnt solve my problem...

Absolutely pointless going to this store for any help with your Verizon account. When I went today I was instantly redirected to the customer service line. Made a 20 min drive to this store only to be directed in a couple seconds to the customer service line. The man who appears to be the manager sitting at the front desk had a particularly bad attitude as if it was foolish for me to come into the store to assist my grandmother with her verizon account. Glad I have decided to switch to T-Mobile.

Honestly I went there knowing what I wanted and I thought the rep was ok in his assistance. Only to find they have a do not care policy. Even if a phone has a known issue. Since they dont make commission on the item (only extended warranty is commission) they dont care what phone you walk out with. The phone I wanted had a screen display problem and I did not know that. Took phone home only to find NOTHING looked right on the screen.They could not care less when I went back to complain.

I went in real quick to just find out about the new iPhone on my lunch break. I talk with one of the guys there for a few minutes and first tells me the lowest priced iPhone is sold out, Im like damn okay. He comes back a few minutes later with two different colors of the lowest priced iPhone which he just told me they didnt have in stock. He dropped one while walking to me and I jokingly said Oh I dont want that one he got mad and said it is good. I then inquire about pricing and tell him Ill be back at 3pm when Im out of work to buy one He immediately gets pissed and says they will be sold out and I calmly told him its okay Id buy it online or somewhere else. (Why would he get upset? I told him a specific time that Id be coming back). Just an overall terrible experience as a customer, when a customer is looking to spend $1,000+ on a product, you should always be in a good mood when dealing with a potential buyer and not have a bad attitude. Im extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this verizon, if youre reading this go to the one down the street in rye.

Best employee here I have had the pleasure of working with here is a young man named Dmitry. West back to store with another concern about nre device I had recently purchased. Dmitry unfortunately was not in that day and I couldnt believe the level of rudeness I experienced from a different sales rep and then, especially, from the manager John. Despite my good experience with Dmitry I have been avoiding that store ever since, particularly due to that horribly rude manager.

No surprise to see the bad customer service reviews for this Verizon corporate store in Port Chester, NY. After visiting 3 Westchester Verizon locations today in search of a specific product I cant help but compare the management styles of each store. The Mohegan Lake and Hartsdale locations were very nice and helpful. They each offered to call other locations and accommodate my request. This store took the bad manager attitude to a whole new level. And dont try to call ahead they wont answer the phone.With the amount of money spent globally, on Verizon services and devices all customers should expect to interact with well trained customer service representatives. Especially at management level! AVOID cellular frustration and this store until Verizon gets new management. Choose any Westchester corporate location but this one! Good customer service from friendly and helpful people is the hallmark of good business all over the world. If good reviews follow this one, theyre fake.

UPDATE! I wrote this:Terrible ..... the VZ Sales Reps dont seem to have the necessary skills for the Job. Ive visited the Portchester location on two occasions and both times I ended up walking out dissatisfied and ended up at Verizon Corporate store on Central Ave. in Hartsdale, NY where the service and sales reps are much more prepared to deal problems that I had.NOW its the complete opposite. The Central Ave. Store has no clue and no inventory like the Portchester location has.

Terrible managerial experience. I was sent here by verizon customer service and was told the manager here would be able to help me get a new phone as my old one suddenly died in the middle of the night.I was handed over to the solutions manager who looked at the screen on her ipad at my account and said it didnt show her what I was telling her and that she could do nothing for me. She proceeded to alternately say, I understand and then stare at me until I left.I spoke to verizon customer service afterwards who could not explain her response.If youre the solutions manager, you need to find solutions, not just shrug your shoulders and wait for your customer to leave.
