I was trying to port my Samsung Galaxy s9 to Verizon network. After fighting tooth and nail with at&t for three days to get my phone unlocked they permanently locked my phone to their network. My phone was completely paid for and owed no money. I took it to Idaho cell phone repair, the staff was super awesome, very friendly and got to work right away. What took at&t forever to do and failed miserably, these guys did in a matter of a couple of hours. The guys at Idaho cell phone repair were very professional, and I would and will recommend them to all my friends and family. I will definitely visit these guys again for all my phone fixes. Thanks again fellas!

I went to another phone repair place. They told me my phone was dead, couldnt be repaired and there was nothing they could do to save my data. I brought my phone here on recommendation from a friend. The guys at Idaho cell phone repair couldnt fix my phone but they did extract my data for me and recommended a comparable device that doesnt experience the same problems my LG G4 had. Very personable, helpful and professional. They use higher quality parts which means slightly higher prices. But you get what you pay for. These guys know what they are doing and they do it well.

Very resonably priced. The fixed the glass for my camera in less than an hour and did a fantastic job. Jake is the man!

Dude with the cool stache fixed the network issues I was having on my phone in literally 30 seconds. Cricket wasnt able to fix it in over 2 hours. Check these guys out. They can do just about anything!

They fixed my phone in a matter of minutes, for the most reasonable rate ever! I will certainly tell all my friends to use their services, and I would go back if my phone ever needs fixed again!!I was told by Verizon that my speaker would need replaced on my phone. They told me about 2 repair shops that I could use. I went to the other shop because it was closer, and they said they didnt know if they could get a replacement part so they would need to keep my phone for 4 days. I decided to try the second shop first. It was so worth the 2 mile drive. They fixed my speaker in 5 minutes. It was dirty and just needed cleaned, not replaced. Im so thankful that they started with the easiest fix and it worked, rather than assuming that it would take expensive parts and days to fix!

These people have repaired every device I brought them. I have 4 kids who destroy electric devices. It is so much cheaper to fix than to replace and Cell Phone Repair has saved me so very much money in the 10 years Ive gone to them. I even sent them my iPod when I was deployed and they fixed it and mailed it back good as new. Thank you so much.UPDATE: I thought the phone charging port was broken on my daughters phone. They spent three days taking it apart and working on it. They cleaned the connections and inspected the charge port but could not find anything wrong with it. CPR spent three days and countless hours trying to find the problem but it wasnt the charging port. They advised me to use a better charger and not the one that I bought at Maverik. I found the stock charger and I am using it now and it works fine. CPR only charged me 5 bucks for all the work and trouble shooting they did. I wish they fixed cars too.

These guys knew exactly how to get me the best deal, and at first they thought it might be cheaper going somewhere else but they took the time to double-check and make sure I got the best deal possible. And even though they didnt have the part to fix it yet, they quickly ordered a new one and installed it fast!

This place was a complete and total disappointment. They charged me over $400 to fix an iphone6, three times I returned with it still broken due to their incompetence. They refused to warranty their work, and kept blaming my daughter for the damage. Although she did break it originally, if they would have repaired it properly the first time it would have only cost me $200, but when it broke again, I returned to them and they blamed in on her and charged me another 200 for other repairs, then it wouldnt charge and they sold me a $50 charger. When the phone broke yet again they said it was the battery and because the swelling caused the case to warp I would have to replace another $400 in parts that I had already purchased. They do not take responsibility for their wrong doing. Took my phone to another place and they charged me $150 to repair it completely and it has worked ever since....buyer be aware and go somewhere else....

They replaced a charging port on my daughter Samsung Galaxy, cost $66 and I guess that was sufficient. Works. However Im only give 3 stars for customer service. There seems to be a lack of motivation or effort when a customer has a question or concern. I wasnt rude but they acted defensive over a question on whether a sd card might have been left there by mistake. I wasnt even hostile but I got the impression they didnt seem to care to look into my questions, and I felt brushed off as a inconvenience.

They did not have good customer service.They damaged my phone more in the process of trying to fix it. Just be careful and have them explain things well so you know what your getting into.

As some of you know, my phone met with an untimely death thanks to a collision with a tv. When I broke my new iphones glass the other day, i called around to see who could fix it cheepest. I talked to all the shops, and got a bunch of different prices. but when I talket to the guy at cpr, he explained why they charge a bit more for their highest quality screen, so I decided to give it a try. When i brougt it in, they looked at it close, and saw how bent the metal was, and explained that they would do everything they could to make it right. And two hours later, i got my phone back and it was like it was never broke in the first place, not bent and the screen was brand new. I felt like they were straight forward and honest, and the work they did was the best.

Shity attitude direct understaffed too many customers small customer consumer place I suggest going somewhere else.
