I have spent 5 to 10 hours in this store in Pocatello the agents were rude for the first couple hours that Ive been there after leaving unsatisfied several times since Im persistent I returned to try again they gave me the phone numbers for their customer service which Im not an agent I couldnt get direct access after being on hold I asked them as agents to call they refused theyre all sitting around having a picnic while Im on hold with no agent number they refuse to help me actually drove to another Verizon store an hour away in Idaho falls and I got great service I was done quick. The manager at that store refused to let one of her agents even make a call to Verizon headquarters to get me service. Chubbick Verizon sucks!!

Been a customer for over 20 years. SAMSUNG Galaxy S10 note plus is my phone. It just started to hang up on me and says I can only make emergency calls. The lady at Verison says its phone and I need a new one and nothing they can do. They put a new Sims card in it worked for 2 days. It cut me off in an important call this morning. I went stright to Verison she took my phone played with it for a minute and now its working again. Its not my phone its your service ether your selling faulty phones or the service The phone is less than 2 years old and nothing you can do so thats your customer service.

Absolutely no help. I went in TWO separate occasions to go over my options between upgrading and using my warranty. BOTH times they looked over my account with me, let me know I could buy the new upgraded phone with 700 off and that I could use that and pay the 300 right there on the spot and owe nothing on my new phone. When I came in today, the THIRD TIME, James educated me that this was not true. And that I can not pay it off in one go, that I also DONT get 700 off but now it’s only 300 off. And that I need to start a line and pay 1000 up front. Thank you Verizon for wasting my time. My money. And being the least helpful store in the southeastern idaho region.

If only 0 stars was possible. My family had been using Verizons service for about 15 years when we decided to switch to T-Mobile on account of their plans being less expensive and offering much more than Verizon. After switching, and after cancelling all Verizon lines completely, our card was still charged the full bill the next month. We thought it might be a mistake, so we didnt think much of it. The following month, however, we got another bill for the same amount. We have not been using the account, nor any of the numbers from it. We also have a recording of a Verizon representative confirming that we would not be charged anymore, and yet we still get the bill. In my experience, Verizon is nothing but stingy and dishonest, and they only want your money. They have no interest in actually helping their customers. I am not super familiar with other phone companies, but theyve all got to be better than Verizon.

I had a noon appointment on Sunday June 6th. The store NEVER opened. Lots of other people showed up but left. I called Verizon, they said the store SHOULD be opened, and they even called the store, but no answer. Verizon then sent me to another local store. The manager at this store SHOULD BE FIRED!!!

My most recent Verizon experience at the Chubbuck store would have resulted in a 2-star review if it hadnt been for the sales rep I worked with and his manager, who both went above and beyond to make the situation right. I want to give a big thanks to the sales rep, Robert, and his manager (I didnt catch his name) for working so hard to resolve my issue.Switching phones is one of the more stressful errands I have to deal with every couple years. Im one who doesnt feel comfortable making the switch on my own without the help of a professional; yet, its getting harder and harder to get that help. I feel overwhelmed by all the techy jargon and complicated billing fees, so when Im told just go to the website, I get really frustrated.On this trip, I waited about an hour to see a sales rep, and then once I had made my product selections, the system kept glitching while I was being rung up. During the wait, another sales person, who was not entirely aware of the nuances of the transaction, butted in to explain that what we were attempting should not be attempted. Had his attitude been that of professionality and a true desire to help, I would have welcomed his insight; but being that it came across as indifferent arrogance, it felt antagonistic.After an hour of attempting the transaction, I had to leave for a prior engagement. I was told that the store would figure out the issue and have it resolved by the next day. I asked if my dad could come back to finish the transaction the next day, because I would be unavailable and I was only in town for a couple days. I was told that, yes, he could come in on my behalf. Unfortunately, though, when he went in the next day to finalize the purchase, he also had to wait over an hour for a sales person and the greeter told him that I would have to be present (despite the prior days arrangement for him to represent me to finalize the purchase). Apparently, they ran into similar glitchy issues on the second day, so my dad also spent well over 2 hours there.To boil this all down, my main complaint (other than the very long wait time, likely due to understaffing, like most all other service industries right now), is that many of the sales reps on the floor seemed more focused on what cant be done for the customer rather than being focused on true customer service. Being as these restrictions undoubtedly stem from corporate rather than local store policy, Im seriously considering switching away from Verizon entirely in the future. Sales reps should remember that, while that whole technological world is second nature to them, it is foreign and intimidating to many of us. A little genuine compassion and customer service goes a long way. Robert and his manager demonstrated that compassion and customer service, despite the restrictions of the company they work for, and they saved my sale (worth well over $1000). I will continue as a Verizon customer for at least another year or two, but had they not gone above and beyond, I would likely not be a Verizon customer at all at this point.

I wish I would have gotten her name but I left super irritated. I went in to ask about our current plan compared to unlimited plans. I was told to go online. I said I’m here merely asking if you can help me compare plans. Nope go online. Zero customer service. I drove clear to Idaho Falls and with in minutes I had a Verizon rep explaining the different plans and which one best fit our usages, then upgraded two phones and added a line. Thanks for nothing Pocatello Verizon. Happy to have given Idaho falls the business!

Ok, 5 stars for perseverance and good humor. I guess it would be 2 stars if I had been in a hurry. A 5 min add- a- phone took over an hour and required a call to Verizon tech support, which placed us on a long hold, and maybe even changed agents. In the end, all is working and no fees.

Just order online, when I asked to look at some phones I was told we dont do that Im all for taking precautions for covid-19 but the idea of having a brick and mortar store is to let me see what Im going to buy. I was told not to touch anything so I couldnt check anything about any devices, and none of them were labeled so if any did look interesting I didnt even know what model it was.

Went to buy a couple cases for tablets i bought for my daughters Samsung galaxy tab a 8.0. They brought out a couple otter box cases that looked like they might work. Wanted to try it on to make sure it fit in the store, they just held the tablet to it and said look itll fit. Get home and go to put the cases on and they do not fit. They are too small. Now I cant even get a hold of the store by phone. Nobody will answer. Been on hold for 15 minutes so far.*Update* after 25 minutes on hold just got forwarded to the generic customer service center, the store apparantly cant be bothered to answer their phone

I had ordered a new phone online and took it in to get it activated and everything switched over from my old phone. Ive been with Verizon for years. The customer service I received from Charmwas the worst I ever received. I had to repeat my questions, because she was to busy looking at her device to even acknowledge my existence. I had questions I needed answers for, and she finally said I shouldtake it home and figure it out. I did leave because she was just rude and definitely more training needs to be given.

My friends at Verizon are very knowledgeable about not only the latest versions of their products but also know how to fix the older model products as well. The greater was actually able to fix my problem right at the door so I could get to my next business appointment without delay. I never regret having to go in if something isnt cooperating.

Ive been in here a few different times and Ive never had less than a 45 minute wait. It is very odd to walk into a store and have to sign in, and wait as if it were a doctors office. This is the procedure for anything that you need here rather it be a question, plan change, tech issue, or purchase. If you have to go here for something, you definitely need to plan most of your day around this one stop.

Extremely SLOW service! Signed in upon arrival for a simple change I needed done to my account. Waited almost 90 min, watching 3 or 4 other people arrive after me that were interested in new phones get helped without getting help with my simple change.UPDATE about 1 week later tried again, about a 45 min wait, but was able to get things done as needed. Staff is well versed, just the entry queue needs to be better managed. UPDATED to 2 STARS

Lexi was wonderful!! She was so helpful and personable! She helped me get my new iPhone set up and was so kind when I had to come back to get help. However, there was a woman manning the door that acted like I was being such a nuisance to her. She practically ran away from me when Lexi came back over to help me. The store wasn’t busy and many other reps were just standing around. The district manager happened to be in the store at the time also. Lexi really saves this experience for me, after the interaction with the other sales rep.

The customer service is bad. The guy I worked with literally wouldnt let me get the phone I wanted so I just left and decided to keep my old phone. The cell phone center in Costco is way better and they get you a sweet package with a case, screen protector, wireless charger, car charger, and extra battery for less than Verizon charged you for a limited selection of screen protectors and cases. Verizon is going crazy with prices and needs to be stopped. My wife and I will eventually find something better but for now its highly recommend holding off until something else come around or living with something else.

I have been experiencing difficulty with my phone for 2 months and have had several contacts with different Verizon employees I did end up upgrading my phone which I really did not want to do but it was causing problems for me personally and professionally I teach school and couldnt communicate with parents and colleagues or medical professionals I just had surgery in December and my husband has medical issues as well. The service got progressively worse to the point that I could not text 0 service at home and work I could use my phone in some areas but had to drive around and hope I made a connection then the call was usually dropped this was a very frustrating experience for me I have family in Oregon that I was not able to keep in touch with because of loss of service we have been with Verizon since they bought out Edge and was thinking about changing providers we went to the Pocatello store and.visited with Felicia Saturday she was very knowledgeable and professional because of my experience with Felicia I decided to upgrade instead of change providers my husband still does not have good service on his phone but mine is working well and Im sure Verizon will make it right what has happened over the last couple of months I hope they appreciate employees like Felicia as much as I do

I didnt like the Customer Service there at all last night my phone was stolen so I went there to get my phone suspended when we walked into store it was like no one wanted to help me. A lady finally suspended my phone and we left. About an hour later I went back because we had found the person who stole phone and went to get it turned back on. I entered the store there are 6 employees standing there but no one wants to help me at all just staring at me, I finally said is anyone going to help me and they just turned the other the lady who helped me when I first went there acted like she didnt know me from previous help. The male with red hair who did reluctantly help me wasnt friendly, just answered be very briefly. This store is not one to go to I hated my experience there and would like to talk to the top management.

I was having a hard time hearing on my phone. I was hoping they had good tools to clean out the listening part. Two hours later of waiting, the girl with bad fake eyelashes kind of wiped it with a toothbrush and sprayed air. Nothing else, tested and said sorry it doesnt seem much better, your not under warranty but you can buy a new phone. I have an iPhone 6, not very old. I take care of my stuff. I shouldnt already need to buy a new one. I see where their priorities are. Selling crap. Not keeping current, long-time customers happy. Im looking into sprint and others now.

Poor management skills and poor planning. He just stands there instead of helping answer phones or checking people out. Several people wait in line behind 3 people who were finding new phones and plans when all they needed was a 3 minute check out. Floor could have been set up and ran more smooth.

The lady who was putting my screen protector on used her keys to try and take it off after she put it on to get a few little things that you cant even see with the screen on and chipped it after ignoring me saying its fine and to just leave it. If I could leave a zero star review I would. My fiance and I went into this store 6-7 months ago to upgrade his phone. The rep who helped us was new, and ended up costing us a lot of money. They kept trying to sell us the edge plan for his new phone which forfeits your upgrade and you pay monthly payments on the full price of the phone. We did NOT want to do the edge plan and made it quite apparent that we wanted to pay the upgrade fee and get the phone without doing the edge plan. We paid the upgrade fee, left the store with the phone, and all was well. We then get a bill for his phone and surprise they put the edge plan on. We went back to the store and they said they couldnt fix it and that we had to call Verizon. We called Verizon and we were one day over the 15 period to return the phone and get off the edge plan. We are now stuck paying an ungodly amount for ONE phone each month. This store is worthless and their employees and manager are very deceitful. Avoid this store if you dont want to get ripped off!

Awesome customer service! Went in late Friday afternoon. There was a bit of a wait, but we (people in general) are pretty impatient in our instant service society. The greeter was really terrific (even when a very rude customer walked in & acted like he should read her mind... He was still pleasant & professional. I wanted to tell her off!) And Josh, who helped me with transferring my old phone to the new (& was extremely patient & friendly while doing so), helped me find cases, was informative & very helpful! I highly recommend this store. And DONT BE RUDE TO THEM. 😁👍

Horrible customer service. I went in to get help on making sure my broken phone was backed up before sending it back to Asurian. I was the only one in the store and there was a group of at least 5 employees standing around chatting. I had to approach them THREE TIMES before I just walked out. No help at all.

I went in with a friend to get her new phone setup. We waited 5 minutes before we where even approached to be put on the list. While we where waiting we saw several workers walking around not helping anyone. I told my friend to connect to the internet there and started to setup her phone on our own. We finished the setup process before they had even finished helping the first customer in line!!! The workers had bad attitudes and where treating older customers very crudely. Im not impressed with this store and wouldnt bring my business here ever.

I am only providing 3 stars because of my last experience there with Amanda. Every other time I have gone to that store, I have waited ridiculous amounts of time while there are staff hanging around talking or doing anything else but helping customers. I have also had issues with my new phone, got corporate to help and yet they refused to do anything they promised corporate they would do for me. The service was terrible! We walked in and the manger took our name and we sat down and waited. After being there for 30 minutes no one had even talked to me. The manger at the front door continued to stand around doing nothing and discouraged new people walking in the door telling them how long the wait was. Instead of helping the 6 waiting customers he played with his keys and continued to do nothing. After waiting over a half an our and not being helped we left and the manager watched us leave without saying anything. I am very unimpressed with the manger and this store.
