I paid 60 dollars for unlimited service and havent been able to make/receive calls or text message, I called customer care 4 times on another number, the hung up in me 3 of those times and after an hour and a half they still couldnt fix the problem, now I am at the end of the billing cycle and I have officially wasted my time and money, I do not reccomend cricket

Switched to Cricket recently. We had a hard time getting my phone number to port but the employee was really great about it and got it done. I think his name was Armando? Either way, he had excellent customer service & the phone he recommended is working out great.

When you call there call center you cant ever understand the person on the other end.

I recieved a free Samsung J2 phone. By porting my # over. I recieved same day phone # porting service. There is also no contrack to receive the free phone.

The sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the items for sale and the plans they offer as well.

Great phone, great cell service, need to hire more employees. They get busy and you have to wait a little too long to get served.

First off I have had cricket for a while. I have be we had a problem until today. I went in to do some changes and specifically told the guy twice what I wanted for him to do the exact opposite and then to tell me he couldnt undo it as if that was bad enough he lied and said I never told him Thats what I wanted! I dont think so Ed!

I love cricket! I have 4 lines of unlimited talk text and data for $100.00 a month! Plus their signal and service is the best Ive found for where i live. I have only 1, 5mile spot that i travel on that my service isnt very good, streaming slows down or stops completely when you are going through Gibson Idaho on the ft hall Indian reservation. It doesnt matter if you are on hwy 91 or if you are on the i15 the signal sucks really bad through that area! But other thenthat i love the service the stores are great the ppl have alwaysbeen great with me no matter what store Ive gone in, wether Ive been on the store or on the phone i have alwayshad great and friendly customer service. I actually left cricket to try another company for a month and i went right straight bank to cricket as soon as my month with the other company was over!

They help me out and are inexpensive. My only real complaint is they dont offer internet services.
