I would give this place a negative 5 stars. Customer service is the slowest Ive ever seen. Definitely not happy. We waited over an hour in line, just to pay the monthly bill🤨

Why Im giving this is a bad review is because I have a oneplus Nord N100 phone that they sell and the store in Pocatello Idaho every time I go in to get a case for it they never have cases for this if theyre going to sell this brand of phone they should carry cases all the time but they never have them in stock like I said if youre going to carry this brand of phone every store should carry the cases to them theres no point in buying the phone for MetroPCS if theyre never going to have cases available for me to Pocatello store I had to go 65 MI just to get a case from the Metro PC and Idaho Falls because they actually had them in stock but Pocatello never has him in stock every time I call him or every time I go in oh we dont have them we dont have them they need to start carrying the case or they just need to stop selling the brand phone at their store

Customer service is an absolute joke. Employees have no information about products or availability and would rather sit there reading mcdonalds or playing on their personal phones rather than assist a customer.

Terrible service. Sold me a new line and phone when all i asked for was an upgrade. The manager was more interested in his personal business then showing his clearly under trained employee how to do the job right. Call tmobile and they fixed that. Unfortunately when this store sold me a new line and gave a new number it attached my apple ID to a number that now no longer exists. Stay away from this location.

Had to deal with a girl named Blanka. Wasn’t wearing a name tag so I don’t know how to spell it. Very unhelpful with a snotty attitude. Actively avoid her if you’re ever in their store.

Was offered free accessory valued at $25, once the transaction was finalized I noticed they did not credit the full $25 but only $5. I inquired about it and was told there was nothing they could do about it.Stay away from this location, nothing but liars, cheats, and thieves.

Service is slow. Was told streaming music is great because the phone didnt use any data to do so. I was so excited about that. When i opened the app to stream each song spent so much time buffering, I wished it did use the data! The unlimited runs the same as the limited data- Slow... The employees were always really nice when i had to go in for help.

Poor customer service. Acknowledge that a phone is faulty. Tell you it is no longer sold in the USA, due to possible security issues. Offer a replacement phone of a different manufacturer/company. Go in to pick up new phone only to find out that the order of a different device was turned down by corporate. So they have the same exact phone for a replacement. Same phone that they told you That is no longer sold in the USA because of possible security issues. But. Its refurbished. No thanks MetroPCS.

I just bought a new phone from here and at first they had a hard time setting it up but they eventually got it. The data from the phone was used up in less than a night. I go back in the next day and they have no clue how to remedy this or the non-existent mobile hot spot. I suggest if you need something done to your phone in this aspect, you should definitely go to another more knowledgeable store. It seems to me, even though this is a new store, they have little knowledge about the phones they are selling.

When we were hooking up phones the gal said my phone was compatable, after not being able to use voice mail or hot spot found out that it was not and I was no longer able to get the promo phones lol they werent even sorry for there mistake just sorry nothing we can do and we just paid our bill 4 days early and now being charged 10.00 today or service will be interrupted... smh the service honestly it does work in some places to bless haddnt before so it isnt to bad but i miss Verizons but thats the only thing good I can say so far about u guys.

I came in as a new customer and the people working were very friendly and helpful. They worked with my needs rather than trying to sell me something. Eventually I signed up for a phone and within a few days I was back in the store to get help with my phone because Im new to Android. A young man, Fernando, was very helpful, he showed me everything I needed, he set my favorite song as a ringtone, and he spent countless minutes with me explaining everything to the smallest detail. I definitely recommend this Metropcs, I had the best experience. I was greeted by name and as the young man said youre not only our customer now, we are friends and I am here to help you with anything whether it is regarding your phone, or if you just need someone to chat. Definitely feel welcome here.

Garbage service. Customer and otherwise if you buy something it better work because they wont exchange anything. Got screwed out of $200 on a phone. Wouldnt exchange within 24 hours of purchase.

I was lied to and charged for a phone that was nationally advertised for free. I had two phones to port from another carrier for the 2 free phone promotion and was shown a cheap $19 phone for the free choice. They only had one LG K10 and charged me for it. I didnt want to wait for the phones to come in so I went to another location and discovered this was a free phone and got my second LG K10 for free. I would never go there again. Very shady business.

Horrible Customer Service and no one knows what they are doing!! I read online that I get in a port in rebate and the rep didnt know what I was talking about. They said I could only get the $60 plan for the first month??? That doesnt seem right! I had bad experience in Idaho Falls so I decided to travel down to Poky because a lot of my friends in Florida have MetroPCS but these people made me decide to stay with Boost Mobile even though their service sucks. I cant deal with a company that doesnt know what they are doing.
