Mt husband and I got the new s21 Ultras with the free smart watch active 2. SHELDON was exceptional!! He hooked us up and was very knowalgable and patient with us, even went into his lunch break to help us out. We also had trouble syncing our watches to our phones and went back for help Justin the manager help us out and even gave me a complimentary screen protector because the dude at the Yellowstone store got a hair and other gunk under the 60$ protector we bought from them literally the same day on our new phones. Shout out to this location.wont go any where else.

The T-Mobile on Hurley Dr is awesome.. My bill was a complete mess, I was frantic and upset when I went into the store Justin (the manager) assured me he would help. He was very thorough and knowledgeable he really took the time to figure out what was going on with my account.. He needed to talk to a few people but promised to call me . He totally followed thru with his word.. Everything was explained and clarified so I understood.. Justin was so kind and helpful it was awesome.. Customer service like that is rare.. If all employees were like him and went above and beyond it would wipe out the competition😁. Thank you Justin

I have been going to this location since I signed up with T-Mobile a few years ago. I have always had a positive experience during my visits. Over the past week Ive been experienceing some frustrating issues with my devices and after spending quite some time with tech support and an in-store representative was left even more frustrated with nothing resolved. So I called the store very angry and frustrated about the recent issues I was having. The manager Justin right away began collecting all the info he could to being fixing my situation for me. I genuinely appreciate his urgency to try and correct the situations I am experiencing. I will definitely be returning to this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have asked four (4) different times to order my phone screen protectors, because they dont carry them in the store anymore. Ive been directed to customer service twice (2) and still have not received my screen protectors. This has been going on for at least 2 months now. If there is a back order or something else going on, communicate this to your customers! Im so fed up with this problem! Communication with customers is needed to be improved.

I would like to thank Justin and his team. Justin helped me save me money on my bill and in doing so he needed to call 611. Not a big deal right ? Wrong the gal on the other end was so argumentative and super hard to understand. So i discontinued talking to the gal and told Justin when he figures it all out with the gal call me and ill come back and we can finish. Justin being a rock star got swamped with customers shortly after I left so his team kicked butt and took care of everything so he could get this done for me. I appreciate the hard work Justin and his team do.

Ethan was great! My boyfriend and I were upgrading to iPhone 11 pros and we had some stuff going on with our bank. It literally took us 3 days to figure out our bank stuff and he helped us out the whole time. Super helpful! 10/10 would recommend Ethan to help you out. Very happy customers 🙂

Me and my wife went in there because of a billing issue with tmobile cooperate not doing what they say they will do, I had every intention of just walking in there and leaving my phones there and going somewhere else for phones, and thats when I met justin one of the managers he took care of us with such outstanding customer service not only did we stay with tmobile I also purchased a $1,000 phone and I am completely content with knowing that the local guys at the store here in chubbuck actually have our back and will do anything to take care of their customers unlike the cooperate dousche bags. Thank you justin and the local guys here in town.

Ethan was very patient kind and professional, I visted the T-Mobile store thinking I had an account there to activate my new phone, only to find (who knows how long) that I had an account some place else! He kept up a positive attitude throughout the whole ordeal, I would like to apologize to Ethan for taking up his time, but I highly recommend this store and him! Excellent customer service!

Went into T-Mobile so they could fix the flash on my new iPhone I just got not even 2 months ago. Would not help me besides referring me to an apple store.(Even though I have insurance on the phone) Do not recommend buying a phone from them. Besides that my bill is always overcharged, which I have to call every month for them to refund the money (which is placed as a credit to your account not actually put back into your bank account) Not impressed. Definitely will be transferring company’s when possible.

Mike and the other gentlemen (sorry to not know your name) who worked on Sunday (May 11,2014) were AWESOME. They took their time to help us. When one was not sure, they worked and tried together to fix the problem successfully. They cared about our experience. They, especially Mike, made sure we knew about the promotions being offered for us to benefit from. It is great to be informed about those every time we walk in the store so that we wont miss out great deals being a T-mobile customer. You guys made us feel that you valued our business. We really appreciate such excellent customer service. We always have fantastic experience with this store. We live in Ogden, UT, but we will try to bring our businesses to you guys, instead. The manager of this store, Brian, is one of those too-rare individuals who understands that providing excellent customer service, even with little or no immediate revenue gain, will pay off in the long run. He was happy to help me with a problem with my phone that ended up taking a long time. He solved the problem and didnt once indicate that it was a bother. When it comes time to make a purchase, this is where I will go.Store had plenty of staff--there was no wait time at all. Recommend!

I left Verizon for T-Mobile because it was cheaper. But Im now staying for life purely because of the customer support. It has been the best I have ever seen. They really care about getting you the perfect plan for you specifically. Theyll sit down with you and really break things down and tell you honestly the benefits of one thing vs another. Literally not one single problem or hiccup. Super positive and happy the whole way through. Phenomenal customer support. 11/10.

Leaving reviews is usually not my thing, but I am posting this due to a very upsetting experience that I had at this store. My wife and I tried to buy new phones. We had to place an order and wait for the phone to be shipped to our house. The store said that our order was succesfully placed and that we will get the new phones in three days, BUT we waited for a week and never got them. So, we went back to the store and ask what was going on. They said they forgot to send us a verification email, which was necessary for the order to be completed. This, of course, was not explained in our first visit. So they tried to send the email saying that it may take a couple hours for the email to arrive. This email, however, never arrived. We finally called T-Mobile customer service because we knew this store wont be any help. Through customer service we basically had to start it all over because of the misplaced order from this store. It was a terrible experience considering the amount of time and energy we had to waste beacuse of this store.

This is a good location for a great cell phone company. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I always feel like theyre on my side.Its difficult to stay long, the bright magenta and neon in the store is a bit of an eye-sore.

I dont remember the name of the gentleman that helped me however he is very good at what he does. Customer service is a challenging field to work in, especially when you simply cant do anything to help the customer in front of you. Even though my phone issue could not be resolved he explained the problem to me with respect and answered all my questions fully. I currently have another provider however after dealing with this man today im thinking it might be time to change.

T-Mobile doesnt encourage you to use the store because theres a customer service charge of 25.00 dollars on purchases.Its cheaper and easier to order online. Though they are nice enough if your picking something up for Tmobile Tuesday.

A typical phone store but my grandmother and i have both been misled by the employees into buying stuff we didnt need by saying we could walk out with it for an incredible price, but failed to mention we were put on a payment plan for the msrp. Im still paying for screen protectors and cases for phones i have havent had for almost 2 years. They also purposefully lied to my grandma saying they had a new plan that was 20 dollars cheaper...it wasnt. After i did the math it was actually 20 dollars more. If you dont know much about phones or current rates i suggest take caution and listen carefully to how they word their sales pitch

Decided to update and take a star away.T does not work for the Power,Bannock or Bingham county.Has fairly decent roaming if you travel abroad,but even Pocatello gets more than a dozen blind spots with 0 reception.Constant dropped calls and delayed(up to 40 minutes)text messages.Unable to call/text from inside most of the stores.Customer service very decent,when it comes to listening and assesing your need,not so much when it comes to actually resolving the issue. Do not try calling 10 minutes before closing time with a simple question.Your call most likely will be ignored.The worst part is the company does not care much about protecting your privacy.They once mailed me an odd notice informing me that my private information might had been stolen.Very cool,thanks.Thats what every customer dreams about.To add insult to an injury I bought a cellphone from them it had been paid off almost 2 years ago,yet somehow when I tried to use it with a different sim-card it informed me that it was still blocked with this disreputable network.Why should I jump through hoops to unlock and be able to use what is rightfully mine ? Never ever again.

Constant issues since switching in May 2018. No one remembers anything and are always passing the blame to other employees. Took 3 phones as trades for switching providers, still waiting on reimbursements. Tell lies and provide false info to get you switch then back steps everything they say. Customer service local and through phone are ridiculous. Worst decision ever made. We have been into our local store multiple times monthly and always getting passed around because no one knows what the hell they are doing.

I will start this out by saying I am a customer of Verizon Wireless which may seem like a weird statement when I give T-Mobile a 5 star review, I give it this review because of an employee named Brian. My fiancé and I were looking to switch from Verizon and decided to give T-Mobile a shot. I am still with Verizon simply because of coverage, My fiancé is a long distance runner and trains on the back roads in our area and T-Mobile lost service and just wasnt reliable enough for us to be comfortable with her miles away from any house without a working phone. With that said if we just stayed in town and stayed to the freeways for out of town travel I would still be T-Mobile customer as their prices and plans are better in my opinion and the service I received when I went in the store from Brian was second to none. If you can deal with the coverage I would recommend giving them a try and if possible having Brian help you he is a fantastic salesman and really seems to car about getting his customers what they actually need.

Got scammed into buying a used phone from them. Then Tmobile turned it off saying I had to pay for it again. The manager denied knowing anything. She knew and doged me. Bad deal. Also its a licensed store not a company store. I have a good grandfathered plan (bought elsewhere) or they would be fired!

I would not recommend T mobile they pulled over $1200 out of my account after speaking to my bank they said T Mobile is the one who pulled it out i spoke to T Mobile and they would not take any accountability or even try to help find out were my miney was. I spent a week and a half tryung to get my money back. They finally returnrd and still wouldnt admit they took the money.

Bought a brand new phone from them, was told I had 30 days to return! When I went to return it 16 days later they would not give me my money back, because they say you only have 14 days to return it!
