Had a great experience with Cape Auto Body!! They repaired my Subaru after a bad scrape, looks just like new! They also took the time to show me another issue they had encountered with my cars heat shield, which they were under no obligation to do (unrelated to the scrape). Very professional people who value their customers. Highly recommended!!

Was recommended to them for body repair after an accident. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Like nothing ever happened. They were quick considering few parts had to be ordered. No customer service. Last time they contacted me was on 6/29/21. They have had my car since 6/21/21. Estimated delivery date of 7/22/21 was a joke. Car now on the way to Mclaughlin Chevrolet. Maybe they can fix it. If I dont call, I hear nothing. Was told the car that is titled to me cannot be released as the trunk will not close. Feel like Elvis, Caught in a trap...

Cape Auto has repaired over 10 vehicles for us over many years. Multiple children coming of age the hard way... Professional, excellent communication, insurance & rental assists. Took the hassle out of accident repair with a smile. Highly recommend!

My side driver window was damaged in a parking lot. They replaced the whole thing, not just mirror. I went out and looked at it, it was scratched, and looked old. My 2018 only had 25k miles on it. I went inside and asked why. It was used, I said why? They said to save me money. They look at the paper work and noticed I was over charged by 40 00, some sort of add on. The mirror was installed quickly in parking lot. Just wish I knew it was used, Im sure from a totaled car. If I hadnt said something they would not have noticed a 40.00 add on. But they were quick and efficient.

Im a 76 yr old resident of Plymouth that had an unexpected meeting with some shrubbery on Oct 6 with my ruby red 2015 Ford Lariat. Next to immediate family and the dog the truck is next inline if you know what I mean. Lots of scratches some seemed deep, I need I fix now where do I go? I remember being pleased in the early 70s @ Cape Autobody Shop so I give it a shot. Nobody told me they moved. I get there is see a nice well groomed young lady says she will take a look at it for me [ya right where is the body guy] she comes out with a clip board and a camera and tells me to call back. I call back and she says you have a choice of buffing it out or a fix that would involve paint. At this point I cannot believe there is a Body Shop on the Planet that would offer a choice. Horrible experience. Right from the drop off you will be made to feel as a number. They work directly with insurance to keep costs down but do offer repairs at a cost outside of insurance. They abuse their power of having their own Insurance Adjuster within the organization by delegating significant decision making to a young woman sitting behind a counter. Promises not kept and poor communication throughout the organization is detrimental to the customers. Feels absurdly like collusion.

Cape Auto Body exceeded my expectations! I received a rental, my car was ready the next day, AND it had been cleaned!!!! Everyone I needed to connect with that day was on site, and very helpful. Would def recommend to anyone looking for a reputable, trusted place.

BEWARE....DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.....SCAM ALERT!!! Safe yourself the headache and your wallet. Brought car in for rear passenger side damage and picked car up WORSE than it went in! Blicker out...frontend... check engine light on and told needed an oil change! Like i would pay them to do any mpre damage to my wifes car after they had it for 2 WEEKS for minor repair and NO COMMUNICATION. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$

They did a great job detailing my wifes car.

One week prior to scheduled repairs on my truck the associate and I coordinated to order the parts prior to minimize the time it took to be repaired. He stated all the parts were in stock and take one day for delivery. When I dropped off my truck the parts were still not ordered and instead of a one day repair it took three.

NEVER bring your car to these people. We took our Mazda Protégé 5 in for repair to the timing belt. They made the damage worse (not tightening the belt properly), didnt take ownership of their mistake THEN, to add insult to injury, the owner wouldnt speak to me on the phone. He had his lawyer answer the phone and return my calls. He said he was the owners representative. Cold, impersonal, and unwilling to admit a mistake. I will not ever give them business again and I strongly recommend you dont either.
