Staff here is so amazing! Got a nail in my tire this morning and came in after work right before close to make an appointment to get new tires and they happily made room for me literally 15 min before close. I thought for sure I’d have to come back 5 stars all the way! Thank you!!

I was alerted to a tire having low pressure while driving to an appointment. Stopped in at Discount Tire and found I had driven over a nail. They fixed the tire right away which allowed me to still get to my appointment on time. Very impressed with their staff and service!

First time customer, started with phone conversation with Marvin, buying my 3rd set of Michelin AT for my truck. He beat Costco on quote, I was confident with the conversation, so I paid down to order tires. Nicole handled the remaining as I had to leave town for business, so they held on to tires til I got back, as well as Nathan. They kept their word, kept the appointment, conducted and handled themselves professionally, and whoever the tech was, balanced the tires right the FIRST time. Bottom line, they gained my trust, no BS or shading anything. Great crew, hats off. Goodbye Costco.

I’ve been a Discount Tires customer for almost a decade now. Nothing but good experience at all locations I’ve been, but this location is top notch! Awesome customer service! I bought a tire to replace the flat one I have. When I brought my tires to the appointment, they found a nail in that flat one. Guess what, they suggested to patch that tire because overall it’s still in good shape. And they refunded the new tire I already paid for! It’s really hard to find this level of honesty and professionalism nowadays. When you find ones out there, stay and be their loyal customers!Highly highly recommend this location!

Always great! Set your appointment, show up a little early and youre in and out. After a previous place I was taking my car to for oil changes was not also rotating my tires as part of the service I was paying for neglected to do so, but was happy to tell me I needed new tires in a little over a year, I needed a change. I also bought my tires from the old place so you would think they would have helped me maintain them better. When the told me I needed new tires I went to Discount tire and paid a little more for the tires and service and have been very pleased with both. Highly Recommend for tires and service.

I got a nail in my tire over the weekend. I came in at 8am without an appointment and my tire was repaired and back on my car in 20 minutes. I assumed it would take all day! Thank you for the prompt service and no charge! I think I might have a new place for where I buy my tires.

Because of this location Ill never use discount tire ever again. Back a few years ago I took some brand new wheels here to get mounted on my Infiniti. After the install was completed I noticed the holes where the lug nuts go were all torn up. This was a brand new $4800 set of custom ordered wheels the finish was wrecked the faces were anodized and the inside of the wheels were powder voated. When I talked to the manager he was super apologetic and said dont worry well take care of you. Got a estimate to refinish the wheels a little over 1600 not including shipping to and from the manufacturer that was another 200 something each way. I called back to let the manager know he was shocked that it was so much but the whole wheel had to be stripped and the corners that were all mangled had to be fixed by hand then they re anodized them and re powercoated them. He said Ill make a note and well make sure we take care of you next time. Mind you I was without my brand new wheels I paid good money for and had to pay out of pocket to fix something that I didnt mess up. So last year I went to get some new tires expecting to be offered equal money for what damaged they did. The best the manager wanted to do was give me 1 free tire on a deal that was already buy 4 tires get 1 free. What an absolute joke you wanna give me 150 for something that cost me over 2000 all said and done to fix. Really hope corporate sees this review up until this incident I was a loyal customer for over 10 years spent thousands with you and I got shafted. Id highly recommend to spend your money elsewhere and make sure the employees that work on your car actually care.

Had a screw in a tire on a Saturday. Most places arent open or couldnt get me in until Monday if they were. Discount tire was fully booked but offered to try to squeeze me in. Tire was repaired timely, with great/professional service.

I hit a chunk of concrete on the freeway today and my passenger side tires were shredded and the rim on the front passenger tire completely damaged. I had the car towed to Discount Tires and they were reasonable with their prices. Not to mention they had me out the door in less than 30 minutes. Ryan and his team at Discount Tire - Plymouth are always extremely efficient and helpful. You walk in to smiles and prompt service, which makes you walk out with a smile! I highly recommend this location.

I have bought new Michelin tires from discount before. I usually buy them when there is a promotion going on, Michelin sends out email notifications. Knowing that discount is a Michelin dealer I go to them for my tires and installation. I asked the employee working if the promo would work and he looked over the email and said yes just fill out the information and send it to michelin to get the rebate. I bought the tires and did what he said only to find out that discount was not involved with this specific promotion. I would advise you to inform your employees of knowing what promotions you are included in, so the customer doesnt feel taken advantage of.

A nice place, theyre very busy, nice staff, theyre thinking ahead all the time, they assess, and educate you about what suggestions their making. The waiting and restrooms were clean and well lit. They have a large seating, area, stocked with a little refridgerator with cold water, coffee carafe on the counter was empty but they were really busy. No pop or snack machine but there is a Kwik Trip next door.good prices and quality work is what theyre all about.

This place has bent over to help me so many times and I can’t recommend them high enough. Very friendly and patient with me and knowledgeable in what they are talking about. I would encourage people to at least try them once. You will definitely go back.

I cant say enough good things about this place. I have purchase 3 sets of tires through this business. They are best at price, service, and integrity. They recently price matched a very good price I was quoted from Costco tire, and they were able to get the tires on my vehicle within hours of my call. Additionally, about 5 years ago, my wife had a nail in a tire, and a competitor said her tires were unsafe, and tried to sell her an expensive set. She got a second opinion from discount tire, and they told her that her tires were fine, and even patched the tire for free! (I dont think they do free patches- they just took pity on her:) Highly recommend.

This Discount Tire is a busy place but they have always been able to fit me in. New tires, tire repair, tire storage are all good experiences I have had with this location. I recently bought tire certificates for my new car tires.

SAFETY ISSUE, mech put my tires on wrong direction.Directional tires are ment to go one way only. I cant believe he did not know this. If you had tires done here please have them checked,by another tire shop.

Functional tires installed reasonably quickly. Not the old fashioned experts and they will try to sell you extended warranty and new wheels both of which usually do much more for them than you, but you can say no to both. If you have a clue what you want they can get it and install it. If you have more complex issues than simply a tire swap they may not be your place.

Got some tires at this location several months ago & they have been working GREAT! 5/5 stars, for a Toyota Corolla. Purchased another set of tires, too. Doesn’t have the “creepy Target guy” vibe, thankfully. Also got a set of rear tires for the new vehicle, which is a BMW M3 that was purchased from Maplewood Auto Mall. My sister also purchased tires there & she says they are the BEST. Am a machine operator at a midsized factory, which is a great job for meI have purchased the front tires from here as well for five hundred. Unlike the dealership down the street there in Minnetonka or Southdale, they will NOT charge an arm & a leg. Now all 4 tires are from Discount ! Matt at the front desk handled the deal - he’s a helpful guy. Waiting room there is better than at Youngstedts, where I got an alignment done. It is similar to Plymouth Tire & Auto & Imola Euro Cars. I don’t know how these shops do it!

Mangaer Tim was great to work with. Loved my experience. They had friendly staff from the front counter to the back working on my car. Even though it was really busy with people waiting in line for their winter tires, they were calm and professional. 10/5 Stars!!!!

Very good service. Great rates on tires and excellent support when its time for periodic balancing, rotations and road hazard repairs. Weve been coming to the Plymouth location for at least 5 years and likely will not go elsewhere as long as their service stays as excellent as it has been.

Today I got awesome service from great customer service associate ( Alex). I been told that I have to replace my tire but you guys figured out I don’t have to replace the tire for nail leaking . Discount tire took only 30 min and they didn’t charge for the nail and valve . It was great service that I didn’t expect. Thanks to discount tires for the excellent service.

Ordered online and scheduled my appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early and was directed almost immediately into a bay. Only had to wait for about 25 minutes for the tire change to be done. Great, fast, and competent service.

I had a flat that needed to be replaced and remounted. I didnt have an appointment and they were busy. Still - only waited maybe 5 minutes, guy assessed the damaged tire. They didnt have my tire but would order. Next day DT called, said my tire had arrived, I brought my care back and they had me out of there within 30 minutes. Smooth operation.

These guys have always been so friendly and kind. Their service is quick - they patched my tire with a big screw in it (for free!!!) in about 40 minutes or so. I had to reschedule appointments more than once and they were always friendly and accommodating. If you need new tires, you wont find any place better than this Discount Tire. Their waiting area and lobby are very clean, and all employees are taking extra precautions due to COVID-19. They even carried my patched tire out to my loaner car! Im a customer for life after everything theyve done for me.

I had a blow out and needed a new tire. I stopped into Discount Tire in Plymouth today and Jack helped me out immediately. He laid out my options and let me decide with no pressure whatsoever. Jack and the other staff who helped me out were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and fast. This was my first time at the Plymouth store, but Ive been to at least 3 other Discount Tire locations over the years and I know thats the sort of top notch service Ill get at Discount Tire. I have a go-to Discount Tire location but decided to try this closer-to-home store after a storm slicked up the roads. Received a quote over the phone and set up an appointment. I called this place 4 times to ask questions and decided my 5th question should be directed at another location as I felt like I wore my welcome. Called my home store who answered my inquiry and offered the same tire cheaper. I told this rep I had an appt. but he suggested I cancel and come his way. Called the original store to cancel- they guessed I was offered a better price and agreed to match. I kept the apt. for the next day and popped in on Christmas Eve morning. I was given the promised discount in refund form back to my CC. My wait was longer than anyone elses (including those who arrived after me) and was the last person out the door. The thing that bugged me is right before they finished up, a rep approached me saying I had a bad TPMS sensor on one of my tires and I probably noticed the sensor warning light on the dash (there was no warning light). I asked them to ignore it for now and put it back in. The rep said he had to go back and check something, and then said if all of my other TPMS sensors were working, they would have to replace it. Of course when he returned 5 mins. later with the news the others were working, I had to shell out another $55. Its bad enough the tires cost almost $1500 for the 4-pack, but it felt like they were trying to recoup some of the refund. Call it paranoia perhaps, but this one didnt feel quite right. Its a pass for future visits to this loc.

Good and quick!

I went into Discount Tire needing good tires for my SUV. I went in and made sure I was recommended good tires, I even stayed away from the cheaper ones. Believe me when I say, I’ve never hated a tire before. Within 5 months of owning these tires, I was already replacing them because they made my vehicle ride terribly. Also, do note your tire pressures when you leave, I had a tire over inflated immediately after they were installed. I will never be a costumer of Discount Tire again.

In the middle of this crazy time we live in right now it was a Friday night at 6:30 after they had closed the shop and the Manager Ryan came and picked me up as my Uber had totally stood me up, he didnt have to do that. Every time I have called there with questions or stopped in to have air levels tested everyone there is so kind and professional. COVID safety is a top priority as well, from someone who works in healthcare I felt totally safe having someone in my car. Top Notch service and customer service. 100% recommend this location!

Worst customer service ever I bought 4 new tires on 7/29 in Baxter (excellent customer service at the Baxter location) long story short I guess every discount tire location is different? I paid for four new tires but couldnt get the 4th at the time because I had a dummy tire n misplaced the original tire and I paid for the fourth in advance so Im here at the Plymouth location hoping to get my already paid for tire for free but am being charged for the tire by Plymouth because they are two different shops? Ugh. I am not from around here I have 2 dummy tires on my car and my daughter with as well. I thought discount tire motto is lets get you taken care of Im never buying anything from this place again

These guys are so wonderful! My Ford Escape had a flat from a screw and they fixed the tire for FREE! They quoted me 30 minutes and they got it done in 15! Buddy let me come back the next day and he checked to make sure the lug nuts were tightened correctly. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you Buddy and staff!

Great customer service, fast service and reasonable prices! We had a flat tire on a Saturday at 3pm and were very grateful for the help we received at the Plymouth location. We were so glad to find out that they had the tire size we needed in stock AND that they were able to replace the tire in a timely matter! All staff were kind and patient, they got the job done very fast considering how busy they were. After this experience, we definitely recommend this location!

They check your air pressure on your tires and fill them for free, you dont have to leave your car. Service is good, too.

This place never lets me down. I needed a last minute swap out of my winter tires. Free since I bought my tires from them. They did it fast and communicated throughout. Stephen helped me, and he’s the man. They close at 6pm, but staying past to get the job done (I was a walk-in). Other shops are closer to home, but I always come back to this DT branch!

Solid establishment! My tire light came on and they so kindly fixed the issue after my failed attempt to put air in it. Apparently I put too much air in a tire. Opps! I’m glad I was able to amuse them. I’ll definitely go back if any issues come up again!

Great service as always. I also felt safe with the social distance measures they were taking. All employees had masks great social distancing markers, they took my key in a ziploc bag and hand sanitizer available.

Stopped in to address a low tire pressure warning light. They had a convenient space set up for air pressure checks. Before I got out of the car someone was helping me. I was in & out in under five minutes. It was almost like pulling into the pits at Indy. Discount Tire is the best.
