These guys did amazing work on my 2005 Wrangler! Welded in new metal and blended it in perfectly!

I have used Microblend for very minor repair items in the past and have always been completely satisfied. Last month, my son came to Plymouth for a visit from out of state and arrived with a couple of less minor road damage to his car which he planned to take care of when he returned home. I encourage him to take the car to Microblend. He met Dennis on a busy Tuesday morning. Dennis explained what he could do and couldnt do and provided a reasonable quote. My son explained that he was planning to return home on Friday, but could stay until Saturday if necessary. When someone backed into my Jeep and took off, leaving a piece of my car above my back tire flapping in the breeze, I was incredibly stressed it might end up being a big project to fix. Ok Im going to swallow the grenade on this one I was probably somewhat frustrated when I wrote my review on Micro Blend earlier it was crazy time and we had some miscommunication. However that being said I want to be clear that I was extremely happy with the work that they did for me on my truck.Dennis reached out to me about my area of concern honestly at that point I realized Ive written one review in my life and its had to be on a company that genuinely cares about what they do! I have no idea what sorcery these guys use but theyre amazing! In about 30 minutes they made a pretty nasty scratch on my hood disappear. These guys are true professionals. This place should be your first stop for any scratch or dent on your vehicle!

Strange thing happened: They called to tell me that my car was ready, but that they couldnt take my credit card because their machine was down. They asked if I could go get a cashiers check to pay for my car. I told them no, that I wanted to use my Visa. He kept yelling But, I am telling you that our credit card machine is down!! And then he said If I told other customers that, they would write me a check. I explained to him that I dont have that money in my checking account, but he kept saying I told you, our credit card machine is now working. I asked Does that mean that I cant have my car?. He didnt answer me the first couple of times I asked that question. The last time I asked it, he said: I am just saying that there are other ways to pay than a credit card.By the end of the day, their credit card machine was working and when he called to tell me they I can use my credit card to pay, I said that I wish we didnt have that conversation earlier and he said again: I was just telling you that our credit card machine was down and other customers would have paid with a check.I have purchased tires from them and had other work done there, but I will never return.P.S. I work for the largest employed company on the South Shore.,.. just sayin....

Had some rust repair done along with a new rear bumper and some dents removed on my Honda Civic, work was phenomenal. They told me everything that was going to be done and how it was going to be done. Definitely my number one spot for any type of body work or rust repair from now on. The service at Microblend should not go unnoticed! I took my car over to the shop after a minor collision to get their opinion of the damage. Even though they were in the middle of another project, they stopped what they were doing to help me. They took the time to listen and gave me a ton of helpful advice. I was able to get my car in right away and the damage was fixed within 2 days. I couldn’t believe how quickly I got it back AND it looked amazing!! There is no evidence of the prior body damage. It looks as good as new. I can’t say enough good things about the work done here! I wish all customer service still worked like these guys do! Highly impressed with their work and ethics!!

Excellent attention to detail and workmanship! I wish I knew of Dennis and the team of MicroBlend sooner. Theyre the definite alternative to the body shop. I had a nice size ding on my Jeep GC passenger door (courtesy of a not so nice customer in the WholeFoods parking lot...but thats a different story) and you cant even notice it now. They tried doing a small repair and were so honest about not being able to make that route work that they then went on to fix the door and it still was inexpensive.
