I had been backed into and I needed bodywork on my bumper and my rear quarter panel. Kings Collision was the best place I could have chosen for my vehicle work. From the start they were courteous, helpful and quick with their responses. They kept me updated almost daily with photos with what was happening!I had just purchased a 2021 Tesla M3 and the car was only a few months in my possession. So, when I got hit you can imagine how I was feeling. Kings Collision was so friendly and helpful. If I need anything done in the future with my vehicle. I am going there!

Absolutely exceptional. Who wants to have to go to a body shop for a collision repair? NOBODY! But when you have an accident you have to go and there is no better place than this. This is the second time in three years I have gone there for work - first on a Tesla Model X and now on a Model Y. They have gotten even better! The service is excellent and basically from the moment your car is in their hands you dont have to worry anymore. Who could ask for more than that?

Overall the body work and paint blending looks very good. The women up front are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. They did a great job with insurance and a rental car for me.BUT my car ended up being in their shop for FIFTY (50) days! There may have been some parts backorders but I gave them a deposit which paid in full for all parts identified by the adjuster. They wanted to wait until the parts were in before I brought them the vehicle which I appreciated. A day or two after I brought the car they called to tell me that the parts were never actually ordered because their parts manager quit. But the original parts plus all supplement parts were being ordered at that time. A few weeks later still no parts and they are blaming computer SNAFUs and the dealer they ordered the parts from.So the vehicle is completed 50 days after I brought it to them and 10 weeks after the accident. When I went to pick it up there were a couple of small scuffs in the new finish that I pointed out and they compounded them out without a problem.THEN I noticed a small dent down low on the right rear door that I am certain was not there when I brought the vehicle to them. It was only two months old at the time of the accident! And it was moved in and out of their shop for 50 days. Thats more times than I had ever parked or gotten in or out of the vehicle since I owned it!When I pointed this out to the rep that was going over the repairs with me he suggested that I take it to a local paintless dent repair shop (at my own expense). I was already running late for another appointment so I did not stay there and argue with them.This could have been a five star review without much additional effort on their part. Maybe this is the new normal in business but I dont have to like it.

Brought two of my cars to get fixed here. 5 star place! You get an auto watch ID number, from which you can check the repairs and whatever their doing to your vehicle by fotos. They update you frequently and they work with top quality.

Was dealing with the stress of being involved in an accident in which i was rear ended. This was my first accident and I had just purchased my car. The staff at king collision walked me through the process of setting up a bumper repair. The staff couldn’t have made this a more seamless and stress free experience.They sent me photos of my car on a daily basis to show me the progress. They also called and texted when and if necessary to give me updates.They were in contact with my insurance and my rental car company the entire time, and made sure that I would not be responsible for any of the costs.When it came time for me to pick up my car, all I needed to do was give them the keys to the rental as they had already contacted enterprise.I was SHOCKED to see that they had cleaned my entire car from top to bottom. Got body work done here. It took little over 3 weeks to get done but I don’t know the complexity involved in resolving the issue (dents and scratches to front right fender and creaky passenger door to my knowledge) so I can’t really comment if that’s long or short time to take. The car looks good and has no issues after they were done with it.

Not great. Took about 2 months to fix rear quarter panel damage from someone backing into me out of their driveway. Multiple parts delays were what they said caused the delays. Insurance company stopped covering the rental car payments because the repair went way beyond the reasonable time it should’ve taken. I ended up having to pay $30/day for a month to cover the rental because of this.Also, when I picked my car up it had 2 miles left in the gas tank. I paid extra for the detailing service, and while the outside looked fine the interior was still not very clean, and my rear seat fabric was all bunched up from the vacuum.Also, when I picked my car up it kept having trouble turning over. Somehow they killed my battery while it was in their shop, and after I had to have my car jump started a few days later I had to buy another battery.All in all, this place cost me over $1,000 out of pocket for the rental car and battery purchase, as well as having to wait 2 months to get my not so detailed car. Wouldn’t recommend.

Really cant say enough great things about this place. Were lucky to have a shop like this in eastern, Mass. Theyll make you feel like youre a VIP customer the whole way through the process. When you call, you always get the same voice on the phone. They are extremely polite, friendly and professional. The shop itself looks like a clean room where theyre assembling CPUs, not an auto body place. Youll have a feeling of security all the way through. In my case, the process was extended and involved complex custom parts and programming. Everything was done right. Ive been to a lot of auto body shops over the years, many are shady and have poor customer service. This place is the total opposite of that, you hope you dont need to bring your car there, but if you do, I would never even consider anywhere else. Theyre the best.

Over the years I have had several conversations with Chris King. He is a person of the highest integrity whos philosophy is to raise the bar in the industry. He has IMO succeeded, and King Collision Centers continue to set the standard!

We chose King to repair our bumper based on good reviews and we were not disappointed. They worked smoothly with our insurance company. The bumper looks brand new. They also cleaned the car thoroughly and apparently will do so once a year for free!
