Have to say Sasha did a great job this morning. When I drove by she was sweeping the parking lot. Than she went out of her way to help me find rubber gloves. Sasha is always very pleasant and helpful. And Heather was working the register... also in a good mood and talked to me... dollar general you have 2 keepers here.. thank you Sasha and Heather....

There are certain things i really love here, but the dark chocolate.. Im not impressed by..smh...

My favorite dollar general in plant city. The employees there are very nice and have great customer service skills. They also are very helpful and efficient when it comes to helping find anything needed and are quick at checkout.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming when you walk in the door. The store is a little messy, but usually the things that are easy to find. They are parking in the front as well as on the side. And its easy to get into an hour out of.

Wow I love coming here but idk who the new lazy rude blonde is but I felt so uncomfortable checking out and she wouldnt get up bagged my 60 dollars worth of stuff in 2 bags

Not enough employees and one employee was shopping and was absolutely rude she was an older short haired woman wont be visiting this location again. P.s. do something with that grumpy miserable old woman she needs to worry about customer service and worry less about her chickens and other animals

Overall a decent store. Not extremely messy or cluttered, though a couple aisles did have carts pushed in the middle of them which blocked items on the shelves. Employees were stocking shelves but willing to stop and help as needed.

I love the Dollar general store theres mostly anything I want in there I had rather go there than Walmart its not as crowded and they have a variety of lots of stuff.

I love the way the cash register line is. There is one line and multiple registers. As soon as a register opens, the next in line goes to that register.

Lot more staff and selection. Way better than Family Dollar. Highly recommend.

The old crackhead with glasses that works at the register doesnt know basic math or how to speak to customers. Highly recommend shopping at another location. She wreaked of alcohol and cigarettes. That was just nasty and very unprofessional. I know its just a dollar store, but have some self respect for your place of employment. Smh

So close to home,prices are cheap. But they need more employees for stocking due to every signal time Ive been there which is alot normal bill is always over 60$ I cant get down 3 to 4 lanes cause they have their stock cart left alone in the way of purchasing different idems. Have to leave your cart to try to get around them to maybe be able to purchase something, every single time it shows a special for the day on sale the sign and the sale idem dont match up at 64 yrs old you cant read or even have to read the tiniest small print. I refuse to buy them now its happen so my and a employee told me why the managers do that cause ed most people will buy anyway .thats being untrustworthy to me. Others have said the same thing happened to them a bunch. So I just have them return it to a selve cause I M not going to perticape like they would like me too. So as far as the managers go in that store .Id give 0 stars .

I went in this morning on my way to work to find HOT HANDS, just by that item, the older woman in the front should know who I am. I asked the cashier and she said you will have to look thru that mess for them. I went back up there and advised that I havent been to THAT store yet, obviously Ive been to a dollar general, i was the GM at one in Lakeland. But Im new to that store and dont expect to be told to look thru a mess. So I went back up to the cashier and she said oh, its in the dollar. Section, obviously you never been to a dollar general before. I didnt deserve that kind of disrespect. I wont be back.

Outside of the garment/clothing aisle, the store typically stays organized and stocked.

Its a decent Dollar General and usually not crowded. Sometimes the checkout line is slow.

When you need something quick .it always works out for me.from a quick gift to side dishes for dinner

Had very rude encounter with the manager. She went out of her way to be rude. Didnt know the isle was closed do to stocking continued to walk. And she talked very loudly at me. saying just do what you want thought she said jerk anywho will never go back there againAnd gave my girlfriend very dirty looks very unprofessional

2 shopping carts seen in store. Had to carry 3 6pks of diet coke to front of store then stand in line with 4 people in front of me and 5 behind me. One cashier.

Always friendly staff. They have almost as much variety as Walmart without the crowds.

The shelves are never stocked up with any products. To many gaps in space on the isles. I wish they had that Publix isles look stocked neatly full of items.

Its a nice little place for the one thing you forgot while you was shopping or while looking for something while out of town for a few. Good place for the where can I get this and not drop $100 bucks moments .

Its like any other Dollar General, always super chaotic with restocking carts in the isles making it impossible to go down them w a shopping cart. The stores are frequently out of the popular items, which leads to anxiety over wasting time & gas getting there or giving me no other option than to buy whatever is left. I dont want Dollar Gen brand just bcuz they dont have my brand stocked. Get it together.

Staff is somewhat friendly. Clearance items never match at the cash register and cashiers do not look into the problem. Ive had to cancel several orders because prices never match. This store is never organized and never in stock, you see signs everywhere where items need to be restocked. Please organize this store better and do not place clearance signs in the wrong isles, it is very confusing to customers and embarrassing when one goes to cash out and prices dont match, all because signs are placed wrong and the cashier is saying no. Please train employees with better customer service, it does matter.

Its what you can expect from an average DG. The prices are low, but you can expect a wait in line most times of the day. Almost as fast as they clean the parking lot, patrons litter it up. Id call this location average.

Like most business, staff shortages has made shopping, less pleasurable. Store is messy, shelves empty with stock sitting on the floor waiting to be placed up. They want to maximize profit, but this cant be done if the store is not properly staffed and stocked.

It would be convenient if they sell wood shavings for pet bedding.
