Alexandra is the first stylist in my life to give me the exact haircut I have asked for. She is so nice and very professional. Fast and very good experience. Great job!Update: second time with Alexandra. I cut my own hair and oh my. Came to her for help and she was totally amazing. She asked what I wanted and seriously read my mind to give me the cut that was in my head. She is the best. The whole staff is friendly and really good at what they do. I hope they do not lose this staff. I love them!

I had my hair ruined by a worker who works in the south Lakeland fantastic sams named Sara and I usually go to plant city salon to get my hair trimmed but that one day I couldn’t make it so Sara attended me. After that horrific hair experience I went to plant city salon and a co worker named Genesis fixed my hair. She was very nice, professional and knows how to cut hair the way you want it. Asking for her from now on, shes great!

Made an appointment for hair styling for my best friends wedding. I was supposed to be the maid of honor, I didnt make it to the wedding on time because the staff was extremely slow in what she was doing. She took 1.5 hours to straight my hair and she used the same straightener to curl my hair. I had to ask her to use a curling wand. The curls didnt even last for 10minutes. I had to go to another salon to fix my hair. They also ignored my friends (bridesmaid) appointment and made her wait 2 hours. Think twice before going there.

Im a male who always gets a buzz cut ($10) so I dont utilize the full spectrum of services they provide. However, every stylist Ive had has been polite and professional.

Horrible. I had my appointment the day before thanksgiving and when I showed up they were closed. THEY always complain about how they hate when clients don’t show up but do the exact same thing. Save your time and money DON’T come here.

Got Highlights my hair fell out my roots were still dark my hair was so red she didn’t put the toner on it still a product in my hair and still charge me the full service cut my hair way wrong I will never go back there again

The cut was good and layers but the staff was kinda rude. When I walked in no eye contact, no acknowledgment. Was completely ignored. I walked up and had to say HI!!! for her to look at me. Then didnt even ask me what I wanted. I had to tell her everything and she proceeds to put my name in and i had to seat myself. Didnt even say we will be right with you, have a seat. Felt like I was bothering them for walking in. The cut was good but the service is horrible. They need training from Publix on how to have customer service skills.

A friend of mine told me she always goes to Whitney and I decided to give her a try. I have natural curl that loves to do its own thing and I find it hard to get a good cut.Whitney was awesome! Had a appt yesterday for a haircut. As I walked to the chair I noticed there was hair all over the seat from the previous client. When asked if they wipe down the chairs I was told that she could if I wanted her to. I told the stylist I wanted my hair cut to be approx. 4 to 5 inches long all over. I mentioned that I had used hair spray that day. She went to comb my hair. When I asked about washing it she said well I guess I can. Needless to say I have about 4 of hair on top, the back and sides are approx 1/4 to maybe 1/2 long. As she kept cutting she was saying it wouldnt laydown.I am not a happy camper at this point. I have been to your salon lots of times in the past.

As soon as I walked through the door @4:28 one of the stylists approached me. Not once did she look me in my face. She just kept looking at the clock. She then turned to another stylist Paris, and said she is the last one. While sitting in the chair another stylist stated hurry up, it’s time to go and that it should only take a few minutes. This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable.Thank goodness the young lady that assisted me ;Paris) was amazingThe other two, need some customer service and ethics training.

April has been doing my hair for as long as I can remember. She also does my daughters hair as well. Their has never been a time that we have been disappointed. April an all the girls at the salon go above an beyond to make sure you are happy when you leave. This is why I go to this location they make you feel right at home. An yes I will continue to have April be my hair stylist because she is up front an honest about what you can an cant do to your hair. See you girls soon almost time for a trim😀

I walked in on Christma Eve with a growing black pixie and 1 natural gray/silver roots. Ran out of patience with my hair. Maggie gave me great silver highlights to blend with the roots. Constantly checking the process.Then she trimmed up my hair to start tying the back and the sides togetherI cant tell you what a great job MAGGIE did!!!! I will see her again!Elle

I just get my bangs trimmed. They do an okay job. Some stylists are better than others. Pretty much what you would expect for a $5 haircut.

This place is amazing, the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Phillip my stylist always does great work. He goes above and beyond for his clients and fellow staff members. Weather I am interested in a cut or color it always comes out wonderful. He has such a great eye and always knows how to make his clients look amazing.

Genesis is my hairstylist. She is professional and has a very friendly demeanor. She is so good at her job that, I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. The entire staff is personable. Pj is one of the best stylists I know! He cares about his clients wants and needs. He goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are happy. He is a team player and is willing to help his fellow stylists as well. I absolutely love him! You have to go see him! You wont be disappointed!

I have been getting my hair cut here, off and on, for years, and only once or twice have I left there not feeling like the individual who cut my hair knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend this place. Whenever I go here, I usually try to make sure Whitney is working as she always does a great job.

My stylist PJ always does a great job. He has such an eye for detail. Ill never use anyone else for a cut. I make an appointment so I know I wont have to wait.

Been coming here for 2.5 years for Rosa, and she has never let me down. She always did my hair exactly the way I wanted to, she’s amazing at doing pixie cuts! I grew my hair out and took a break and came back in to get it shaped into a bob, and it came out looking amazing! Thelma, I think is her name? Is bomb at eyebrows!

This place doesn’t have heat ! I wanted my hair washed today but the salon was freezing inside. I asked a stylist and was told they don’t have heat. I understand it’s Florida but it’s also 52 degrees outside. Won’t be back !!!

Lady who cut my hair didn’t know what she was doing she was really rough with me I been to this exact location previous and never had a problem I don’t ever want her to cut my hair again she didn’t know what she was doing and she washed my hair she left me completely drenched my shirt is still wet and it’s after my haircut I didn’t tip her because she didn’t deserve a tip and I paid $20.80 for it??? I did not deserve to pay that price

I asked for my hair to be styled with waves and instead of waves I came out with Goldy Locks curly hair, note that I got an elbow lenght haircut so with those curls my hair raised up to my ears, ridiculous. For her to do hair for a living you would imagine she would know the difference between waves and curls. On top of everything once I straightened my hair I noticed some hair strands were longer than the others. I do not recommend this place.

I called in and made an appointment. Everyone was busy when I arrived but I had minimal wait time. The best part is the shampoo! I could sit there for hours getting that done! Definitely recommend!

Soo rude my mother and I didnt get the haircut we wanted. Plus they were talking about other customers rudely and just judging. One of them didnt even cut one side of the hair. Also instead of them attending customers when they are available they start talking and leaving outside. What a rip off of money.

Went in for hair color and lowlights. Hair was much darker than i wanted and you cant even see the lowlights. She told me that the lighting in there was bad that they would show up better in good lighting. What a crock....Ive been going here for a while for my cuts which i like...but will not be going back for color...they just cant get it right.

I just left this hair salon! I came at 11:57 and nobody had arrived yet (they open at “twelve o’ clock”). At 12:00 the employees came and after they went in it was already 12 so I went in and the employee named APRIL asked me to not come in and stopped me with her hand (I checked the time on my watch and it said 12:00!) the rest of the customers were also wondering why cannot we come in? Another custome said so 12 means 12:30? When I went in I asked to get a keratin treatment and APRIL told me they could not do it because there was nobody there certified and that I had to come another day and make an appointment (they also go by walk-in) so I said ok can I get highlights on my roots for a re-touch and a haircut she said ok, when I sit down on her chair she says when was the last time you processed your hair? I said 3 months ago she says I’m gonna have you signed a waver for me to do this job because your hair will go under more damage (more damage? It’s the roots!!! It’s new hair!!!) she did not want to treat me at all she was finding excuses to not treat my hair! She literally wanted to ruin my hair and get away with me not suing her, that was the last strike, I was done with her since I came in APRIL IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, INSENSITIVE, NOT PUNCTUAL. She literally woke up on a Sunday and didn’t want to work I was gonna pay her for doing the job! She’s not giving it to me for free, I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!! APRIL IS THE WORST HAIRSTYLIST you can run into, RUN AWAY WHILE YOU CAN!!! Don’t come to this place while APRIL is here! When I also asked for the managers phone number she left me waiting more than 15 mins! So rude! This place is losing money for having UNCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES LIKE APRIL!

There rude and they were supposed to shampoo and condition but since the lady was mad at the fact it was 4:40 and they close at 5 she wet my hair pissed after I asked if it was supposed to be shampooed and conditioned she answered yes but filed to do so!! Then she cut my hair and said she was done and I said no your not I want all my hair cut were my pervious layers were and she started chopping away mad not doing it right I will be contacting corparte in the morning I will never go back!!!
