Since Covid, store stock has been less than ideal. Lots of products out of stock and never seem to be replenished. Most of the time, basics are there, but the color aisle needs some love!
Dont waste your time or money here, they are extremely unhelpful and will try to sell you anything just because and if it doesnt work then they wont even give you a refund or any helpful information.
They are always helpful. Pleasant very friendly. I only go every few months to get 2 items but its a quick and easy. Love them
They don’t know their own inventory. First off, I called in advance (as I had other stores before) to see if they had a specific pigment in store as it is very hard to find, the girl did not have great customer service with answering the phone, she assured me she had the proper product in store. Right off the bat, I should have known because she asked me if this PIGMENT was permanent or semi.... (let’s think about what a pigment is real quick). I drove out of my way from Lakeland Highlands to Plant City (30 minute drive there) because they definitely had so called product. When I go to the desk to pick up my order she shoved two boxes at me which were clearly COLOR and not PIGMENT. The actual Ion Pigment comes in a large squeeze tube like a conditioner, a color comes in a small box. And when I looked at her and told her the product I was looking for was RIGHT BEHIND HER (clearly states ION PIGMENT) behind the desk and they did not have the color, she kept telling me to buy the color she chose because it works great for “silver” hair. When I told her I don’t dye my own hair because I have a professional stylist (for the past 5 years I’ve had silver/pearl colored hair) that takes care of me she kept looking at me weird and kept pushing the product she chose. LEARN YOUR INVENTORY, COLOR AND PIGMENTS ARE NOT THE SAME. And as a VERY POPULAR PRODUCT you should know the difference.

Bad customer service. The lady who works there doesnt care if you need help, cant tell about when will be getting next shipment of products. I miss the guy who used to work there, he really showed good customer service and good care for the client.

Walk in and immediately greet you while helping another customer.. A lady carrying stock came from back and helped me. Then a 3rd person came up as I was looking and helped me. I went in for just 2 items walked out with 8 items. Dont offer military but they have sale item discounts. Sign up for their store saved me about $5.00...Good customer service and got the add on sales by saying, can I help you!!!
Always pleasant when I enter the store. I usually find what Im looking for.
Came in to ask about hair color (needed to fix a dye job) and sadly this young employee with blue hair couldn’t recommend anything without a snicker of judgment. If a customer needs help you should help instead of laughing at someone’s hair situation.
