Love this place. The staff is very friendly and super helpful whenever I’m looking for a specific type of product.

It was nice and clean but not enough skin care product.

The plant city location is the only location so far that doesnt really attempt to help. Ask them for a missing product and they have always said it may or may not be on a truck load coming at some point. Ask a different location and once they have it they let you know or double check to make sure its not in the back.

Customer service is lacking recently. Really miss Sharra she was always so nice and helpful. Always out of certain things lately.

Very friendly staff. Fast to greet everyone and offered a flyer and answers to all my questions.On my most recent visit I did notice that many of the other hairdressers were very rude and abrasive to the cashier FOR NO REASON! One was even yelling from the back of the store making this shopping experience awkward.Plant City shoppers needs to learn some manners. Or take meds before leaving the house.

Second time in the recent months I have visited this location and boy, I’ve never dealt with such rude customer service. I used to adore the location as well. One staff member ignored me without a hello and when asked if they carried a product she looked at me like I was a moron. Maybe some customer service training a product knowledge training will help them.

The lady was very rude very unprofessional I was in there for about 15 mins before I even saw the lady
