Clean establishment employees are knowledgeable and helpful. We came here for blood work for my grandson so that he might start kindergarten. This is where lab corp.is located inside this Walgreens. They have wheelchair parking and wheelchair accessible entrance.

I live very close to this location was excited that I could do propane exchange there.. until Abner walked out the manager I said how are you doing today he said nothing.. I said thank you very much he said nothing thats great customer service.. didnt say one word to me the whole time for my two exchanges..

The staff is always friendly here.

Great store and Lab Corp is located in the back by the Pharmacy. But, they need to Start stocking 1 Walking Cane Tips like they use to.

Every time I come here I wait in line for my scripts that are “ready” over 15 minutes in the drive through and apparently I’m supposed to have a prescription card for my United health which I have NEVER received or used ever in my 7 years with United health... they don’t ever know what they are doing. Moving all my scripts to Publix.

I like this store for their selection of candy. Nice for gifts. The discounts after holidays cant be beat!

I really disagree with the older reviews! I called and asked for a particular product and was helped with speed and extreme courtesy. The clerk offered to hold the item for me at the check out which I thought was very helpful. The people I dealt with today do not deserve the reviews that I read on this site.

Every time I go into this store I get rude customer service. There prices never match their add. Alex was a rude cashier... They refused to take my manufacter coupon. Had to bag my own detergent. Now I have to travel to another Walgreens for better service. I work hard for my money and will pay more for a product elsewhere for better service.

I stopped getting medicines prescribed by doctor at the Thonotosassa store in Plant City. They never notify costumers when there is a problem with insurance and or medication. I believed it was a management issue. However, I ordered 2 refills for my husband last week, he was called they were ready. He goes to pick up. They only give him 1 and no explanation. I just called and they tell me insurance issue was the cause. Why did they not call to inform us prior to pick up and or explain when he was there so that it could have been dealt with. If I did not call, would Walgreens have called us? I am glad only that medication is not for a life threatening condition this time... poor service without a doubt.

Everytime I call to refill my scripts (every week) the techs act as though they dont want to be at work that day. Find employees who can at least act like they want to be there and are polite to customers.

The cashier was painfully slow and was giving dirty looks, most likely won’t be returning.

Opens at 8:00 on Tues for seniors but the pharmacy doesnt open until 9:00. Makes no sense.

Try to get meds for my wife,got 3 different prices,pharmacy rep with the name of Kayla needs more customer service training, very bad customer service,needs improvement for better service. One star is good enough. Im heading to CVS.

Just moved to Plant City and have been using Walgreens for the longest. MARTHA in the pharmacy was extremely rude to me when I went in with new prescriptions to be filled saying I wasnt in their system. I had to call my old pharmacy, which they found me immediately! Every time I tried to explained she talked over me! I finally took my prescriptions and left! I WILL NEVER BE BACK NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS WALGREENS TO ANYONE! The service was absolutely AWEFUL!!!!!

I have tried twice in several years to use my insurance with Walgreens and they cant find the infoeither time. They didnt offer to call insurance and do the work to make money. Needless to say I went to Publix who iffered the same solution....none. My hats off to Celebration Health who miraculously was able to get the information...no questions...no hassles. And they apologized for it taking so long.

Pharmacy is giving WRONG information. This is a DANGEROUS thing for pharmacy to do. The pharmacist tech behind the counter was very sure that Silver Sulfadiazine is prescription only and thats the only way I could get it. I drove to CVS and they had it on the shelf. No prescription needed.

Charged $12 for Amoxicillin which is free at Publix and Walmart. When I questioned the pharmacist she said it was because she had insurance. If we wanted to have it free at Publix would have to have dr. call it in there. The granddaughter has ins. thru Walgreens. How else is Walgreens ripping her off. NOT ME USING WALGREENS FOR ANYTHING!!!!

I went to pick my prescription up at the time I set and when I got to walgreen they said they had to order it. Not one time did anyone call and say dont come we have to order the prescription

Came in here during Christmas for a gift card, ended up exploring the place. Very clean and the staff was very friendly.

For the second time the pharmacy wasn’t able to use my insurance..not because it’s not covered but because they won’t look out it in correctly. In fact they called today and as I’m giving them the information they said “no that’s not it just come in” and hung up on me. Customer service is atrocious... transferred to CVS.
