My experience shopping at Ewing Subaru was so amazing because of Reggie Howard. After unsuccessfully browsing other dealerships, Reggie made the process easy, welcoming, and fast when he introduced me to the cutest pre-owned Mini! Super clean, nice mileage, and full tank when I left the lot. On top of going above and beyond to make sure I was in the loop of paperwork, he was so friendly too. 10/10 recommend.

Car shopping at Eweing Subaru was by far the best experience I have had in purchasing a vehicle (excluding manufacturing/delivery times-out of control of the dealership!!!…. Due to Covid). I was not currently in the market for a new vehicle…. Until somebody decided to T-bone me and total my car. After this, I had my eye on purchasing a new Outback Wilderness edition, among a couple other options. Prior to arriving at this particular Subaru dealership, I had actually already went to another across town the day prior, but had such a poor experience with the other dealerships salesman that I refused to purchase the car that I wanted through them.Instead, I called Ewing Subaru, and had the Pleasure of speaking with the salesman Ross. He.Was.Amazing! He wasn’t pushy, talked to me about my options, and was extremely informative. Ross was the best car salesman that I have ever personally purchased a car through. It did take about 2 months for my vehicle to be delivered to the dealership, but despite this, Ross kept me informed along the way, and answered all questions that I had during the process. I would highly recommend working with him to anybody that may be in the market for a vehicle!!!

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an easy buying experience and a great car! I came in expecting high pressure and a lot of negotiating. I had the numbers I already wanted in mind, and to my surprise, those are what they worked with, and even offered some options that I liked better! Prompt reception upon entry, the advisor was helpful and concerned about failed A/C compressor. Later he informed us that the extended warranty we bought back in 2015 was still effective and would cover all but the $100 deductible. A/C working perfectly now, we are very happy.

Had a great experience buying a car at this location! Stuart was very thorough and made the buying process stress-free. I decided to order my car and he kept up to me from the very start, through them building the car, all the way up to delivery. You can really tell that he loves his job and takes his clients needs seriously.Finance was also a blast! I feel like that’s the part most people dread going into, but Chris made that part just as stress-free. I recently took our car into Ewing Subaru Service for a few minor repairs. I couldn’t me more pleased with my experience. The facility is extremely clean and inviting with a large air conditioned waiting room, ample seating, snacks and beverages. The customer service was excellent! My service advisor Lauren Barrett was very friendly and efficient. The repairs were completed quickly and they even washed and vacuumed out the car before returning it to me! I would HIGHLY recommend using Ewing Subaru Service!

Reggie was AWESOME! We don’t live in Plano and had been to two different dealerships and driven 2 different vehicles (Toyota Highlander Hybrid & Subaru Forester) so we were already tired and ready to go home. The car-buying process is torture and I typically dread every second of it, but Reggie made the process pretty seamless. It helped that we went in knowing the exact car we wanted to test drive and buy, but Reggie still did everything to keep the process short and sweet. We had our two little pups with us and everyone loved them and encouraged us to visit the little dog park connected to the main building. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was the finance guy trying to sell me on the extended warranties when I said no and never talking about interest rates. He showed me one rate and expected me to be okay with it. Regardless, I’m glad I went and I’m glad I got to work with Reggie on this. He was extremely nice, very professional, and wasn’t pushy at all! We never felt like he was just trying to sell us on something. He also had them detail our Forester and make sure there was a full tank of gas - which may seem like a given but so many dealerships do not do this for their customers (it’s the little things that count). If you’re in the market for a Subaru, or any car really, look at Ewing Subaru of Plano and ask for Reggie, you won’t be disappointed.

Brought my 2012 Subaru Impreza for a repair on my transmission valve. As most people know, that type of work on a car is never really cheap but huge thanks to Kyle for being able to get the get the price down a little bit for the work. Saved a couple hundred bucks from what I was originally quoted for the work, which I greatly appreciate. Once they started working on my car, I was able to track the whole process. When the job was finished, I received a call from Kyle promptly saying that my car was ready for pickup, all in the same day. Overall, I am very satisfied with the finished product and now my car is running great.

Awesome dealership! Super deal on a 2021 Subaru Forester sport. Love the Harman Kardon sound system, power lift gate, and all the extra quality stuff the Forester Sport is equipped with. The car market is pretty crazy at the moment but Mike made it easy and clear and helped me get the car I wanted plus more. Also I showed up a day Mike wasn’t available and one of his coworkers went out of the way to show me my car and point out all the features that came with it even though he wasn’t my direct Subaru specialist. I think everyone seemed genuinely proud about the product they sold me and not that it was just another car off the lot. If you haven’t tried a Subaru check them out the technology in these cars is amazing.

We found the perfect truck on Ewing Subaru’s website. We were a little hesitant because we live six hours away and weren’t able to actually see the vehicle like at a local dealership. However, Osvaldo made it so easy for us. He took videos and answered all of our questions. He did everything he could to make is feel comfortable with the purchase. We made the drive to get the vehicle and it was worth it! Everything was ready for us when we got there. Definitely recommend!

Well this is not the rating I wanted to give. Given that there are several choices out their ai choose Subaru for their excellent customer service and their care towards the sale. There was an issue with my tail gate that could have snapped my neck. Cause I have warranty Ewing Subaru agreed to fix it. It took them 5 weeks to fix that issue. I’m glad that they gave me 2 different loner cars in that period. During this period my car was out in the lot and I believe was not driven for those 5 weeks. My cabin started to smell like mold(may be exterior and cabin filters developed mold) and it was all dusty. The only pain point is that they didn’t bother to change those or clean the car exterior as a curtesy. I always kept my car in garage at home and work. This was the longest the car was left in a lot exposed to natural elements. This changed my opinion on their “care” part. Please consider this as a positive feedback and make sure this never repeats.

I was hoping to save time in the service department, So I asked them to change the tire on the wheel so that I could put the wheel on later.. Just bought an Altima today. I had the pleasure of working with Osvaldo and Lydell. Osvaldo was the first person I met. Before physically meeting him, he sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in. When I went to the dealership, Osvaldo took his time with me getting me everything I needed. Then I met Lydell to go over the finances. Another pleasant surprise. Lydell worked with me. I already was pre-approved with my bank. But Lydell worked with them to further lower my interest and add extended warranty with just a tad bit more on my payments. I have bought cars before, but by far this was the best experience that I have ever had. I was there last night and came to pick up my car today. All in all, I was in and out in under an hour, with everything I needed and completely satisfied. Most of all, both Osvaldo and Lydell treated me right. If I ever need another vehicle, I will go back to them. AND DEFINITELY, I WILL RECOMMEND MY FAMILY AND FRIEND TO GO TO THEM. Thank you guys, you are the best!!!!! 💯👍👍👍

After a recent move Ewing Subaru was conveniently located next door to our local Costco, but after my recent experience with the parts department Im going to make the extra drive back to Sewell. Here is why:1. After placing an order for two washers for $8 and going to pick it up the two employees at the parts desk were not able to fill the order due to staffing shortage and nobody being able to fill the order. You have my order, you have the parts, you have two too many employees not trained to fill online orders in 2021.2. Needing those washers I asked the employees to cancel the online order and purchase those parts on the spot. Your employees were not able to cancel online orders and there is no self serve option to cancel online orders. Great.3. Your employees were not able to find me in your system for the purchase, despite having the a order in hand, despite recently having work done on my car there, and despite having purchased parts there recently.4. I was charged $20 walk-in price for two washers. Two ordinary one-use drain plug crush washers... fantastic.So having spent half an hour waiting and $28 for two washers. Ewing you can keep the other set of washers Im not coming back.

The salesman, Alex was great. No pressure, very accommodating and knowledgeable to speak to. The two remarks to make; the vehicle wasn’t clean when it was first shown to us (it’s a used vehicle), with pet hair and dust/dirt in the cracks of the seats. The other remark is the wait time. Once the deal was decided and terms agreed to a 5 hour wait period is a bit long. Total time at a dealership once the vehicle, price and terms have been agreed to should not be that long. Will look at Ewing again though as Alex was a star.

Had to wait about 10 minutes to check in and because of the wait Madalyn gave me a complimentary oil change, which was so kind of her. She told me my car would be completed by 830am and it was done by 8:15am. Will definitely be going back.

After having a terrible experience at different dealerships I called Ewing looking for a 2022 Outback. I had the pleasure of working with Jay, he was able to get us the car we were looking for exactly at a fair price. He was easy to work with, honest, and told it to me straight. He didnt add in any sleazy add-ons, or price mark ups, and he did it all remotely to boot! We had to wait for our vehicle due to todays current affairs, but once it came in we couldnt be more happy. Jay is a great salesman to work with and I would trust him again on my next purchase. Ewing made everything easy and I never felt like I was being scammed or taken for a loop. I recently had to purchase a car during possibly the worst time to do so, with there being an overall inventory shortage.Without going into the details of actually finding an available vehicle, Stewart at Ewing was one of the few associates at local dealerships I spoke to that was willing to go above and beyond to get me in a new vehicle ASAP. He knew I had much experience in purchasing cars beforehand and that I knew exactly what I needed - I just needed the physical vehicle. He helped me grab the exact make and model (in my favorite color) within less than an hour. I met him that same afternoon to get the keys in hand. My post-experience has been great as well with follow-up from Stewart personally, as well as his service team for additional items Im having completed.*IF* I had to leave a con, it would be that even though I was assured I wouldnt be pressured into doing anything different than my current financial situation allowed, there was still the mini sales pitch at the end to add additional packages, which I politely refused. As long as you go into this expecting that to happen, I would not expect any surprises.Stewart was kind, empathetic, and direct - which is more than you can ask of most car salesmen. I live out of state, 8 hours away, and wanted to purchased a 2016 Toyota 4Runner. Agreed on a price, that included $400 to ship the vehicle. Made a down payment by phone, paperwork was overnighted, and returned to the dealership on a Monday with the expectation that my vehicle would ship the following day, Tuesday. Got a call on Tuesday afternoon and was told there was an issue with the shipper and would be a week or more before it could ship. I offered to fly out if the dealer would reimburse me for a plane ticket. Although $400 was included in the sale for shipping, they would only pay for the ticket out there, $170, but not for a hotel on my way home. No big deal, I just wanted to vehicle. After paying for the ticket and flying into Dallas I picked up the truck, but did not get a check for my reimbursement for my plane ticket. Was told it was being printed and would be mailed out right away. Took multiple phone calls, but after two weeks, I finally got the money back for my plane ticket.My state only allows 7 business days to register your vehicle before incurring a penalty. Since the vehicle was an out of state purchase, the sales tax was included in the sale and was supposed to be sent to my local tax collectors office along with the registration paperwork. Its been almost two months, Ive made multiple phone calls to the dealership and been passed around to different departments, but still dont have my paperwork to register my vehicle and apply for a title in my home state. I now have accrued several weeks worth of late fees that continue to increase the longer it takes to get my paperwork in. Ive made multiple out of state vehicle purchases and never had to wait more than a week on title paperwork and taxes, but here I am almost two months later, and the vehicle is still not registered.

Ive been going to this dealership for years to take care of my old subaru forester. They are expensive, no doubt, but the work they do is impeccable. I just recently purchased a new Subaru from them about two days ago. The process was very quick and easy and I got a great deal on financing. So, go give them a look. I’d like to give five stars but after purchasing the vehicle over a week ago, the dealership was tasked to repair one of the wheels. When I arrived today to pick up the car, the wheel was clearly very poorly repaired and did not match the other wheels. When asking the sales associate about it, his only response was that he was told it was repaired and admitted that he had not personally inspected the work. I am still giving 4 stars simply because they are trying to repair the wheel again and will deliver the car to me after the repair. I am annoyed however that despite giving them more than a week to do the job, I still had to leave the car with them to compete the job that was supposed to have been done several days ago. I had been looking forward to picking up the car.

I called another Subaru dealership and they couldnt get me in for service for 10 days. Needed an oil change and brake check for a road trip. Ewing got me in on my schedule, set the appointment, when I arrived they got my car in right away and didnt wait too long. They have drinks and snacks in the waiting area which was clean and quiet. I little out of my way but will definitely use Ewing again !

I recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Ewing and was very satisfied by their professionalism and honesty. The whole process was streamlined and smooth from picking and testing the vehicle to going through sales and finance.Irving Melgarejo was a great consultant to work with. He answered all our questions and was very accommodating while working out the deal for the car. The information he provided us was transparent and he really worked with us to make sure the whole experience was great.We were also very lucky to be taken care of by Christopher Moss in the finance department. Our financing experience was great with once again transparent information. All additional Subaru services that was offered to us was clearly explained and nothing was pushed on to us.I definitely recommend Ewing Subaru of Plano if you want an honest and easy car buying experience.

Angel was a sketchy salesman, and Shannon is kinda the same for a sales manager. Wouldn’t recommend. Subaru Grapevines gives better deals and better service. Just price check it and you’re likely going to get a better deal at Five Star Subaru in Grapevine without the haggling.

Best Car buying experience in my life! Sent what I wanted and asked price. They came back the first time and it fell within $50 of what I projected to spend. No hassle, no add-on items, other than what was requested. Custom order took less the one hour of finalization and an hour and a half picking it up and financing. We were prepared to negotiate rate, but they gave us their advertised lowest rate without a word. Best experience ever!!
