Review for Fix-N-GoThese guys take care of the customer. Sometimes repairs can be pricey but they walk you through the diagnostic process. They explain why the repair is required, then work with you to safely reduce repair cost where possible. I have never felt pressured in any phase of the repair process. The customer is kept in the loop If an unexpected issue were to arise during repair. Also when possible they show you the damage or defective parts.

I took my car to Fix and Go to get the engine light checked. The rep at the front desk told me they had to run the diagnostics to find out what the issue was and that they would call me later to go over the repairs. A couple of hours later, they called to inform me that they had found the issue and that they would have to order the parts to get the car fixed by end of the day.Later in the afternoon, I got another call from the mechanic, and he explained to me that when he had called Porsche to order the parts, they indicated that there has been a factory recall for that specific issue and that I would have to take the car to the dealer to get it fixed.I went later in the evening to get my car, and they not only explained to me in detail what the issue was, but also gave me a printout with details that I can take to the dealership.The biggest surprise I had was when I gave my card to pay for the diagnostics, and Danny refused to take the money. He said, That’s okay, I am glad we found out what the issue was. Even after I insisting several times, he refused to take any payment for his services.I was completely blown away by this gesture. People like him restore my faith in humanity. I am a customer for life for Fix N Go and would recommend it to all my friends and family as well.Thank you Danny!

I was referred to Fix N Go by other car club members and very pleased with the service! I needed a Tech Inspection for a Track Day and the owner, Danny, was able to get it done himself even with only 2 techs working on a super busy day! He thoroughly went over everything and gave recommendations on flushing my brake fluid after the track and changing out my racing brakes for street because the squealing will get annoying. Ill definitely be back for regular maintenance!

I also read his bio and he has more than 15 years experience and attained the highest level of training with Porsche. It’s apparent that he’s in this business for his love of cars and not strictly for financial reasons.Danny and his crew performed the 40k-mile recommended maintenance on my vehicle, plus oil change, and filter changes for less than half (that’s right, less than half!) the quote from the dealership. I had to go to the dealership for recall issues, but I left there feeling uneasy. I trust Danny’s integrity and quality of work wholeheartedly. He was even so courteous to allow me to drive his personal vehicle to go to work because the maintenance on my vehicle would take more than half of the day. Considering the amount of labor, his price is more than fair. And Kyle at the front is always very pleasant and friendly. Due to my work schedule and location, it’s a little more difficult for me to coordinate a time to take my vehicle to his shop, but it’s definitely worth it.

Made an appointment yesterday after hearing squeaking noises under the wheel well of my BMW X6.The mechanic showed me the problem and he informed me of the repairs necessary to fix it. We agreed on a price and he ordered parts.Today I dropped off my car at 9am....at 5pm my X6 was ready for pickup. I am very pleased with the work done, both front Strut mounts, lnsulator, Control arm struts all replaced. My car runs as new.Also, I was given a sweet discount. Schedule an appointment and dropped off the car in the morning. They called back by noon said it was ready. Also got some pinpoints on things they found and suggested for me to be aware. Very good place to do wheel alignment. I went in and the manager said wait we’ll pull your vehicle in while there was a lot of customers and the mechanic pull in my vehicle right away. They did an awesome job on my wheel alignment I would recommend coming back to this place if I have any problems on my car.

Danny is a respectful, hard working, polite, knowledgeable mechanic who has ethics and you can trust him with your car. He will honestly tell you what mechanical issues you have and not lie to you, and you have to respect that. He has outstanding workmanship as a mechanic and even helped me look for ways to save money as a customer and not compromise quality or safety. He has serviced my Porsche Boxster and his quality service repairs as a mechanic are excellent. Equally important I trust the man and like other people I will not take my vehicle to just any shop or somebody I do not trust. He has friendly, respectful, office staff. Kyle and Robbie, are knowledgeable and hard working. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is because I do not believe any business is perfect and can always strive for improvement. Scorching summer of 2016 and my AC went out. I mean the WHOLE AC went out, it took out my battery too. When I went in close to closing time, he took the time to diagnose my check engine light, fixed the problem, and that was that. He realizes how important for me to know that the car was not going to shut down (it actually died while I was trying to park). I think it is important to find a shop that is not part of a big chain so that I know when I go back, it is the same owner. Also, his shop is spotless. The waiting area is clean and uncluttered. I went in to get a quote on replacing the shocks and struts for my Ford Mustang and the gentleman at the counter told me that they don’t work on American cars, strictly foreign cars. Even though their website clearly states, American cars which includes Ford cars.
