Try Frank first!!! Let me tell you. I am a travel nurse from another state. I happened to have a parking lot accident where my bumper and tailgate was damaged on a Sunday. I have no idea who to call to fix it. Didnt anticipate to go thru insurance because my damages was not more than my deductible. I Google auto body repair and Franks shop (Precision Auto body repair)was at the top of the list. I checked out the reviews and was pleased at what was said. I sent a text to him that day (Sunday). Monday morning, I took my car in for an estimate. Frank and his team were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!. no pressure, no hidden fees, no haggling. I went with his estimate and he said he could do my car on a Wednesday. Took it in on Wednesday and my car was don on Thursday!!! Whaaaat? Who does that!!!! Not only was my car perfectly repaired to factory new, but it was washed and sparkling clean when I arrived!!!. My car was perfect before the week was out!!!! This kind of service needs to be recognized during this pandemic as well as Franks compassion for what his customers go thru. He understands some people pay out of pocket (like I did) and have to catch an Uber to get a rental car. Timeliness is everything. His father taught him well, as I learned he upholds his fathers business ethics. Please, please try Precision Auto body repair first for all your big or small repair jobs. I promise you wont be disappointed.

I am not one to post reviews of every product or service I come across. However, when my experience and expectations are surpassed I absolutely want to highlight it. My car had body damage in the front and the rear from various incidents. Not to mention, I recently lost my job, so paying deductible, etc was a difficult hurdle for me. I found Precision Body Shop, and they absolutely helped me with every hurdle I faced. Excellent with my insurance, excellent in their work, always available to answer my questions, and they exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the result and I hope you will allow them to exceed your highest expectations as well.

I hit my apartment complexs automatic gate during a morning rush to work. The gate survived without a trace of damage but my X-Terras fender suffered. My insurance quoted the job at $1067 and I have a deductible of $1000. I contacted Precision and Frank asked me to text pictures of the damage to him. He responded promptly and gave me a quote that was below my deductible! I was surprised because a couple of national chain auto body shops and even a local mom and pop shop quoted me at over $2000. Franks quote sounded too good to be true and I wondered if there was a catch. Being on a budget I chose Precision. I dropped my vehicle at the end of business hours on Saturday. Frank talked me through the repair he would be doing. On Monday I was contacted that the job was completed.I could not be more happy with the job. My car looks amazing! The paint job is perfect. It is dimensional and matches the factory color. Very impressive. The total cost is exactly what Frank quoted me at. Not a cent more. No surprise charge at the end. I brought my 1992 Land Cruiser for an estimate on some old frame damage. Eddie took a careful look, made a lot of measurements and determined that the axle was bend not the frame. Didnt charge me a nickel. If you want an honest opinion this is a good place to go. The first place I went to said the whole frame is rusted out and I need to replace it. Be careful and get your second opinion from Precision Auto Body.

Precision Auto Body is the place to go for auto body. I was impressed with Frank and Calvins extraordinary work. With this being my first time needing an auto body shop after a car accident they took theirs time providing options, explaining the process and keeping me updated. This was my second time taking a vehicle to Precision Auto Body and they did great work. My wifes Explorer left the shop looking as good as new again, and, as advertised, NO DEDUCTIBLE.They do good work and got it done ahead of schedule both times, and Frank was great about giving me updates on their progress and timetable. They are great! They have a smaller shop and are family owned and operated. I was told my repair may take a week but they completed the repair early which saved me some money on my rental car. They want me to follow up with them in a couple of weeks just to ensure that I am satisfied with their work. They kept me informed about everything and did a good job on the repair. I was a little skeptical at first because I had not heard of them and they are smaller but they were great to deal with and did a good job. Good customer service too!

Quality of the work was much better than I expected given the price. The nice thing about this place was that it wasnt just good enough in order to save me money, it was high quality work for cheap. If you get your insurance company to write you a check, they will work with you.Was also nice to have regular communication and prompt service. Had a fender and bumper repaired in less than a week. Only complaint I have is that the owner seems to be a Ferrari F1 fan...Im a Williams (rival) fan myself, ha! To be clear - this isnt a serious complaint :) Great people.

I had a hit-n-run accident on my Chevy and I called Frank at Precision. He setup an appointment, looked at my car, and estimated about a week for the repair, for which other shops had told me at least 2 weeks. He did fix the car in a week. There was a delay in the mirror getting delivered from Chevy to him, and once delivered, he got that taken care of in a day. Highly professional and very friendly. Frank is the man! And I am so glad that I called him.

I used them based on reviews and now wish I would have not. I have a black truck and man the paint job is so horrible Im afraid to even let them fix it. If you did this the first time I cant imagine what second round would look like. The Insurance paid for me a new bumper and didnt get that just tried to fix it. Not happy with it. They paid for new plastics didnt get that either they was covered in wax. Would not give me a updated recipe for what they did. Just said its the same as insurance one. Which was not the same at all. There was overspray all over my truck as well and windows and spray. Can even tell where they sanded the I side of my gas cap filler. And just forgot to paint it. It rained for days so took a week before I could really see how bad it was. I saw some of there work and thats why I used them, but for some reason I didnt get quality work and that sucks. If I could upload pics I would to show yall how horrible the paint job is.

I went over there to do the estimation on my car. This guy looked up my car and said it costs $3500 dollars. I was like how do you come up with random numbers like that ? He said thats the best price I was looking at. I went some where else and got it repaired with $1594. This place is a total rip off.

The worst and most corrupt body shop in Plano/Dallas TX!! Because they pay the deductible they are free to do as they like as far as the quality and work that is done. The rating you see for them is not even right what so ever.I have reported them to the better buisness buero and its just a matter of time before they are under investigation. I am not an ex employee. I was a customer and was very disappointed with the condition and quality of work done to my vehicle, so much so that i would never let you touch my vehicle and try to fix what you have done. I will eat the cost of getting it fixed properly and have learned a valuable lesson to never trust a body shop!

I called Precision Autobody after I had an accident to have my Malibu serviced. I did my research and found this place to be the right place for me. There was no gimmicks, all work, and the people who run this facility are truly dedicated to customer service. I was provided a ride to pick up my rental car after the rental agency couldn’t pick me up as scheduled. I was always informed of what was going on with my car and my estimate even when the insurance agency dropped the ball. They do quality work, quick, and very precise. My car looked brand new once I got it back from Precision Autobody. Frank went out of how was to make sure I was pleased with my repairs and has since continued to service my vehicle. He has ordered parts for my car and has always been more than willing to assist me with my car troubles. He’s knowlehedage in the car industry and I’m so very thankful that I called Precision. It’s nice to have someone in your corner who tells you the truth, doesn’t try to upsale anything, and always put your satisfaction first. If there was ever a body shop I would recommend it’s definitely this one. They’re so easy to talk, a pleasure to deal with, and just down right amazing 😉

Last month, while backing out of my garage, I hit my wife’s 2017 Honda Accord with my 2016 Acura MDX. I hit her car in just the right place where it damage my bumper and rear quarter panel as well as her front quarter panel and her driver side door. I felt like an idiot and to compound the matter my insurance company said this would be 2 separate claims….2 $500 deductibles!!!I contacted several body shops in the area to see if they would assist with my deductibles, hoping repairing 2 cars would be attractive to them. What I found out was none of the local body shop were empathic of my situation until I spoke to Frank at the Precision Auto Body Shop in Plano. Not only did he waive deductible for both cars, he work with me to minimize the time we were w/o out our cars by preparing and contacting the adjuster prior to us dropping off our cars.Lastly, and most important, both of our cars look brand new. Thanks to Frank and the Precision Auto Body of Plano for making a frustrating situation less painful. I hope to not have to use again, but if I do get into a wreck I will definitely give you a call.

If I could give them zero stars I would! WORST AUTOBODY PLACE EVER!!! It took them five weeks to fix my car. I was apparently waiting for my my new parts, that they didnt use, to come in. I have in writing that they would pay to fix my alignment, they didnt. The paint job was so messy and not even done right. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. THEY TAKE YOUR INSURANCE MONEY AND THEN DONT EVEN BUY NEW PARTS!

Havent used them yet bc im waiting on a check from a settlement but they were able to get me an estimate and had great customer service
