I called the day before and Mike told me to bring my van in the next day at 8am. Got there at 8am and they promptly started diagnosing my A/C issue of not cooling. Mike is an awesome shop supervisor who oversaw and worked on my van. He oversees all the techs and has a good handle on making sure everything is done right. He is also VERY knowledgeable about auto mechanics and especially A/C systems. I really appreciate Mike and all the crew there that took such good care of me and my van. Turned out it was only low on freon. Mike checked for leaks and made sure I had none and said that the freon will naturally drop over time and will need to be recharged from time to time. He purged the system of the old freon, evacuated the system and then recharged with new Freon to the proper level. It is now cooling great. Thanks everyone at Mastertech. i have had my other cars worked on there in the past and every time I have been very pleased with the work they do. I highly recommend Mastertech Auto Care.

This was my first time coming to the shop, and I definitely will be back! The owner Bill was wonderful and very helpful. He got me in very quickly! My check engine light had came on yesterday and I was concerned about it and he was able to find out what the problem was fast and explain it to me in a way that I would understand what I needed to do.Miss Liz in the front was also wonderful, I had to bring my puppy with me today and she even played with him for a little bit so I could go into the shop to check on things!Great staff!! I cant say enough about this place, and about Mike. Several times now theyve had the chance to take my money, and every time they have instead told me the truth (as opposed to the dealer, who came back with a laundry list of BS repairs). Because of this, since it was time for my 120K flushes and tune up, they got the work. Theyll be my garage as long as were both around; an honest mechanic is INVALUABLE to me. Wish i could give them 6 stars.

I worked here a little while back and cant say I miss the environment. Owner would show up drunk and yell at his wife infront of employees. Only work being done on cars is work asked for nobodys actually looking over the vehicle to make sure its in decent shape.

This letter is in praise of Mike Mcentyre ( mechanical services). I brought my 2014 auto to the shop July 2021, only to learn my motor had locked up and ultimately been destroyed.Unfortunately Mr Mike had to deliver the heartbreaking news to me, but he didnt stop there..he let me know that I may have a way out, he told me that he believed this is a factory recall malfunction, so he then went on by directing me to go online and do the homework before contacting the dealership.After following Mike’s advice, I was informed by the manufacturer that they would not only replace my dead engine with a new engine but they would also provide me with a 15yr, 150,000 warranty and there’s more … a car to drive until my car is fixed, which could take up to 4 weeks.Had Mike not serviced my car, I’m not quite sure what I would have done.Mike is the ‘epitome’ of great customer service, his in depth knowledge of the business is priceless. If I could pick zero I would. LAZY SERVICE is all we recieved! We had the lug nuts fall off of our tire while on the highway. We limped here after we called and they said they could fix it. We get here and they don’t have the parts. We we’re told they couldn’t find the parts we needed until tomorrow. We called dodge and they had them available although the front desk claimed to have already called and they said they were out. We drove to dodge to get the parts, came back two hours before close and they refused to finish the service. Leaving us to deal with hot to get our vehicle, with no tires, out of their parking lot with our two children.

My son had a blow out and the tire was shredded. We went to a local tire company and bought a replacement. They were unable to put the new tire and wheel on the car because two lug studs were damaged. The tire company referred me to Mastertech Auto Care.Everyone at Mastertech was kind and efficient and saw to our needs in a professional manner. It is definitely a family atmosphere and their waiting area accommodations are comfortable and inviting. No hard plastic chairs here.All of that is great, but above all, they were honest. And I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am for that. The repairs to our car came in far less than I was originally quoted. I was shocked when they called me with the news. It is rare you are told a repair job will cost less than originally thought!The owner showed integrity and that means something to me. This was my first time using this service center, but it won’t be my last. They earned a loyal customer today!

Extremely knowledgeable and honest. I normally do my own oil changes/breaks and what not for my 4 vehicles but when it comes to professional maintenances such as timing belt or AC work, transmission help or just general things you cant go wrong with these guys. They are not the cheapest but the work is done pretty solid. been here for 5 years and will continue to do so in the future.

I have to say they are fantastic! I needed my alignment done, oil change and state inspection were done for my car.My daughter needed her alignment done, and oil change all before she went to work. I called on Thursday to make sure the shop was open on Saturdays again. I advised I need a brake job and that I did not want the rotors turned, just pads and to get an oil change. They advised they could do both, the brake inspection was free and I advised Mobil 1 oil synthetic. Fast forward to Saturday and I dropped the truck off. I left and they called shortly to advise the brake job plus the oil change would be about $700. I told them please just do the oil change and I will come pick it up. They called back 2 minutes later to say they could do it for $374, when asked what the price difference was he advised lower priced pads. I asked almost half for cheaper pads? They said no they were going to turn the rotors. I advised no thank you and came to pick up the truck. When I showed up they tried to charge me for the free break check and double the price of my normal oil change totaling $150. I understand the up charge for synthetic but I normally pay between 70-90 depending on the shop. They got mad when I asked how much I paid with them the last 3 times I got my oil changed at this shop, he said it didn’t matter and we are done here. Without skipping a beat he asked do you want me to just put the oil back in, I said that’s fine. They got mad because they tried to rip me off and upcharge more than usual. He got very irate and was rude. The customer service is now horrible at a shop I used to use all the time. I would not take my truck back there. I immediately drove to brakes plus where they turned the rotors and did the brake job with premium pads for $199. The synthetic oils change was 79.99. Had he probably said $374 to begin with I might of just said go ahead since it was there...but then with the rudeness and attempt to overcharge me. I appreciate your time! That’s not how business is done.After reviewing the response the owner still doesn’t understand in regards to the rudeness and service. The response about the break pads and 15-20 qt has nothing to do with the service or attitude/rudeness he had when in the shop. Nice deflection in response. The initial post 1, was about the price, he didn’t mention the original $700 quote just the lowered second offer. 2. Professionalism is not what it used to be!

Honest, reliable, communicative and quite interested in doing a great job, which they did. I got a quote for repairs for nearly $6k from another shop and after doing another diagnostic on my truck, they were able to repair the issue for $1500! Im very happy and pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

Happy Camper! The team here took good care of me and our repair. We (ok, I the husband) put off fixing/replacing the alternator even though it was warning us via the whining sound that it needed attention for over a week. When we woke up today our luck had run out. I am picky, after past repairs at some other local places left me with tools still attached to my car after the repair (thanks for the vice grips and the spark plug socket, from different places). I made several calls around to a few different shops. When I called Mastertech and spoke with Bill. I explained the issue and that I was 99.99% sure it was the alternator after my through research on YouTube, and that I was shopping around. I explained that I wasnt running and Id need to tow it. Bill assured me they were competitive and to bring it over. I am glad that I did. They were competitive and treated me great. They were able to get it done in less time that I expected. I think I have finally found my go to mechanic!

Went in for an alignment but their machine was not functioning properly so they were honest saying work cant be done and wont pretend to do it then charge me. Offered me a discounted rate next time I come back for it, compensating the inconvenience. The owner Bill was sincere, courteous and straight up which is the attitude I truly appreciate!

The staff was efficient, professional, and timely; the facility is clean, organized, and well maintained. Great service, i work at the at&t store 2 minutes away told them what i needed and i needed it done quick, i think by the time i finished talking they pull my vehicle back out and was done lol. Great service i cant say enough good things about this place.

The team at Master Tech was awesome. I had my rear brakes replaced by a shop i had been using for years. The next day (Sunday) my vehicle would not shift into gear. On Monday i took it back and they told me it was going to be $540 to replace the shifter assembly. Gave me a tale of how this is not related to the brake job but rather that it is a common problem with my vehicle. Luckily the part would not be available for 5 days. That gave me time to research the issue. Via google i found how to location the neutral safety switch which allowed me to put it into gear. Having used Master Tech in the past I contacted Bill and he directed me to Wayne and Austin. I then drove the vehicle down to the shop (21 miles) and left it. When i called to see what they found Wayne informed me there was no problem with the shifter assembly. The issue (and get this) was that the other shop had left a tool in the area of the shifter, which then caused the shifter not to move fully. I ask how much i owed them and was told not to worry about it. It was a simple fix. So in essence they saved me $540, because had the part been available my old shop would have stiffed me on it.Going forward my new shop is Master Tech. I didnt want to drive the 21 miles from Mckinney before, but compared to what other shops do, it will be well worth the ride.Bill, Wayne and Austin you guys are the real deal.Alfred

Had a ac hose blow on me on a holiday weekend. Looked online for highly rated mechanics in the area. Read the reviews on this place, decided to give them a try, since they are next to the mall, I could walk over to the mall while waiting on my vehicle.They not only took my vehicle in for repairs late on a Saturday, they got it done right and for $100+ cheaper than all the other Saturday mechanics were pricing me.Awesome

Weve taken our cars to Mastertech for years because they offer the best service of any repair shop in town. The owners are very friendly and sincerely care about the level of service you receive. They never try to upsell us, the work is performed competently and quickly. They take time to explain if you have questions. Recently I had modifications done on my pickup at custom shop (lift kit installation). Mastertech fixed what the custom shop couldnt get right. We trust all our cars to the technicians at Mastertech. I would recommend Mastertech to anyone in the area.

We hit a truck tire out on the turnpike. Tore off the protective sheet from the gas tank, but not completely. We were dragging it down the highway. Desperately looking for someplace to help us. Got off on Alma and headed north. Found your shop and turned in. I have NEVER been treated that well! A couple of mechanics dropped what they were doing, ran the car up on the lift and got wrecked metal sheet off the car. No harm to the gas tank. And then, when I tried to pay, I was told no charge! Three times I tried, same answer. What an experience, and what great people to deal with! My sincere thanks, and compliments to you all.

Let’s face it unless you are getting an oil change an auto shop is the last place you really want to visit. Last Friday my truck broke down on the side of the road and I called these guys. From the moment of this phone conversation through the moment of me picking up my truck I felt completely confident in choosing this shop! Honest, called 4-5 times in a row..everyone 3 mechanics still friendly, not impatient. Gave me a very good price to replace 2 kinds of bulbs to pass vehicle inspection and got the inspection there. Saved almost $100 over the dealer price to replace the bulbs. I was impressed, took their cards and told them I would refer others.

As a single woman its not easy trusting a new mechanic shop to do right by you. However, the shop did just that! I walked in with a check engine light on and told them I had no idea what it meant. Thats a scary thing to do!Robert, the manager, did a great job making me feel welcome. He took his time researching, trying to find the part my Jeep needed, while explaining the process step by step so that I did not feel awkward, unsure, or nervous. His knowledge and expertise is evident and the way he treats his customers and the way he runs his shop.Junior, the auto tech who worked on my Jeep, showed knowledge expertise and patience not commonly seen in a young man his age. He spent a lot of time time doing something he called Blowing smoke, trying to find the leak. He did not give up until he found it. He then took the time to show me the part that was broken and what needed to be replaced, while explaining it to me and terms I understood and did not make me feel stupid.I was not put on the spot of a high-pressure sales for other things that were wrong with the Jeep. However when I asked about the oil leak, junior took time to show me the engine and told me how to stay safe until I have the money to fix the leak. When I asked about the noise the brakes were making, he checked those as well, letting me know what needs to be done when I have the money to do it.Because I was not forced to pay for things I dont have the money for at the moment, I will be back to fix all the things that need to be done; one paycheck at a time. I will also share with my friends that Master Tech is a shop that is reliable, dependable, and trustworthy. I feel this way due to the people working in the shop. A business is only as good as the people who run it and I trust these people 100%!

Avoid Like the Plague!When we started using Mastertech, they were the best. We recommended them to everyone. But the wonderful, skilled, ethical, original owner is no longer involved. His grandson (we think) runs the place now and he is nothing like his predecessor. Long story short, our last encounter with him involved him lying to our faces, repeatedly. He told us our car was 100% fixed and let us drive off with it, when in fact it was essentially totaled and dangerous to drive. And he charged us for a number of services, all of which it turns out were NEVER PERFORMED on our car (he admitted that 2 days later when we brought the car back in)! He didnt really seem to even see a problem with any of that. He blamed his employees for the issues (as if he wasnt responsible for them) and completely forgot that he himself was the one who personally told us the car was great. The current problem is one that should have been obvious the last time the car was in, if not the time before, which makes us wonder if they have ever done the work they charged us for. When we asked him to make the situation right, he actually said we never make things right. Thank goodness we are lawyers - its a bit of a pain, but not moving mountains to file a lawsuit to get this mess sorted. Our biggest sadness though is that our once reliable shop is dead to us. RIP Mastertech.

Ive been coming to this shop for years now, these guys are the only people that I trust to do anything on my vehicle. In the past they have done everything for me from changing my oil, resurfacing my rotors all the way to doing a motor replacement on one of my cars. All of which at very very reasonable prices and with an honest appraisal. I have never been steered wrong by these people in any sort of way. Its always nice to know your vehicle is being serviced by a family owned company and not some money hungry franchise. This place will always have a 5 star rating from me, if there was an opportunity for a higher rating I would give it! I dont understand what the previous reviews are all about but they do not sound like anything I have ever experienced from Mastertech.

I had my wifes and I car serviced with front end alignments today and on my car where the service would normally be extra because its a European car, the work was minimum so Mgr. Chris, told me Im not go charge you for something extra when the work doesnt warrant it. Honesty matters and thst simple gesture has made me a repeat customer.

I recently had my Check Engine light come up for my Honda Pilot. I had made an appointment with my dealer but was scared that I might be charged for unrelated stuff. I went to Auto Zone for free reading and it was showing EGA and misfiring in all cylinders. Instead of going to the dealer I thought of trying out Mastertech as I had seen great reviews for it and I had one prior good experience also. They said they will be able to look at it and fix it, so I cancelled my dealers appointment. They took the reading, monitored the car and found no issue. They said they will reset the reading and If I experience the problem I should get it back in the shop. They did not charge anything. So far all looks good. I am very impressed by their honesty and unlike other shops they do not try pressure tactics and charge for things that are not required. I normally take for my car for servicing to the dealer due to convenience and proximity to my work but now I am thinking what is the best way to give Mastertech my business. It might be worth some inconvenience on my part to give my business to these guys. Good work should always be appreciated. Good work never gets unnoticed. Please keep up the good work.

While dealerships gave me the run around, the staff here fixed a rattle in my undercarriage same day, and only charged me for half an hour of labor - very considerate. Michelle handled my ticket and was kind as could be. I highly recommend using this shop.

Came in with my truck barely running. They told me the engine was blown (catastrophic failure) and that it was not the first time they had seen it. Quoted me 7K for a new motor. Instead of spending the money I sold it to neighbor for cheap, sight unseen. He found a broken valve spring and had it running fine in a couple of days. So, always get a second opinion on major repairs, even if you have to pay to have it towed.And be careful who you trust.UPDATE: I received a call from the owner after he read my review. He was very apologetic about the matter and also relayed an apology from the tech who diagnosed the problem. He offered to do his best to rectify the situation, and I feel that he treated me very fairly.. I look forward to using Mastertech in the future.

I thought maybe our Mercury Mariner had a bad power steering pump, but they saved us money and gave us a deal when they determined accurately that the power steering switch on the rack and pinion steering had blown out causing massive fluid leaks instead. Great to deal with and informative as well! Highly Recommend them. They are now our number one Auto Shop for our needs.

Mastertech us the best auto shop ive ever experienced in over 50 years of driving. They cover all the necessary essentials and whatever you want them to include, so youre not paying extra for what you really dont need. But if there is something they see as necessary, they will advise it but not pressure you to do it. This is one auto shop I can really trust. Their parts and supplies are superior, their workmanship is flawless, and the customer service is oustanding.

Internet quote for a AC Compressor $700.00, too good to be true. I make an appointment on Friday for Monday morning bring in. I get a call Saturday reminding me of a 10 A. M. Monday appointment. I stated to the lady on the phone, I thought it was set up for 8 A. M. She said that would be better yet, they will change it to 8 A. M. I arrive 5 min to 8:00. I was never told there would be a $120.00 charge for a test. 3 hours later the test is complete. Very very frustrated at this point. I get the cost, $1280 to repair. I am ready to leave, the lady tells me there is a $120.00 charge for the test, which I did not know beforehand. Same result as other shop findings and I had told them 2 Shops said it needs a compressor kit. Never again, fool me once, not twice. Make sure you get all costs before you go there. * I need to let everyone know that I got a phone call from owner Mr. Bill Meets. He apologized for the way things turned out. He stated they made a mistake and offered to return the money I paid for the test. He also offered to reduce the original quote dollars. This tells me they definitely want to run a good legit business. I will change review from 1 star to 3 star because of Mr. Mertz action. Reason the stars are not higher, I chose to go to another shop so, I have not experienced their work. I do have confidence in the owner. Thank you sir.

Cant handle zeroing out a steering wheel. Alignments arent warranted... I get that but if yall cant even do that small task what did I pay yall for.

Im not an easy to please consumer. Im new to the Dallas area and very leery of mechanics after some previous dealings so Ive been shopping around to find a reliable, solid business to take care of our fleet of 16 vehicles. I did my homework and found Mastertech online and read all the online reviews before I called and eventually took them something to work on.. I have to say that Im pretty sure Ive found what I was looking for. Im a go with my gut consumer and after meeting the manager and one of the techs that work here my mind rests easier. Well see how the relationship unfolds but I can tell you that right now I couldnt be more pleased with how they do business. Keep up the good work, guys.

When my family and I were traveling from Missouri to Plano to visit family our 2006 Infiniti G35x started making a loud thump under braking. A quick call to my brother for a recommendation of where to take it to led us to Mastertech. The guys immediately test drove the car and had the problem diagnosed within 30 minutes while my kids, wife and I waited in the lobby. By 10am the next day (Saturday, New Years weekend) repairs were done and our trip was saved. Very impressed! These guys get a hearty recommendation from me and my family!

I was told by the Toyota dealership that I needed 700.00 worth of work done. Filters, power steering hose, etc. I took it to Mastertech and it cost me 20.00 for a filter. The power steering hose didnt need to be changed yet. The people there are so nice and helpful. I recommend it highly.

Integrity, excellent service, fair value. You will not find much better in this day and age. They do what they agree to do and meet their time commitments. They have done maintenance and complete suspension replacement work on two of my four-wheel drive vehicles to my satisfaction. Recently, and electrical issue - anyone who has experienced this is cringing right now - with my beloved 4Runner that had us all very stressed. Mastertech didnt shy away from the issue even though it took multiple visits. Im not sure they made any money (even thought the repair was very expensive), but they earned a lifetime customer as long as they continue to manage their business the same way as they are now.They are not much lower cost than a dealership, but you get what you pay for in the automotive service business (more with these guys). I recommend you try them - as always, do your own homework on price and expectations...

Fantastic customer service and very reasonably priced work. Theyve saved me money multiple times by calling BS on unnecessary work recommended by other mechanics. I cant recommend them highly enough. The only negative thing I can say about them is that theyre typically extremely busy during the weekend, so its hard to get your car looked at on a Saturday unless you go first thing in the morning.

Great auto repair shop with loyalty reward program. Sometimes I wonder why it takes longer than expected to have oil changed.

I was a Firestone customer until I know them and now I know Mastertech is my first place for taking care the car1/ They are true American company. They wont rip you any money. I love the way they are honest with customer.Dont save some little money to come to other bad auto store. Thats my experienceThis place has a good price. My truck went to this shop through outside organization, agreed to cover charges for repairs how every the organization decided not to because of price, how every l picked my truck up from this shop thinking my😠😠 truck was repaired, learning they never really corrected the problem, what did l learn, the organization is not honest😠😠 because they did not inform me, and Mastertech auto that cares nothing about their customers service, because it was their duty to inform but instead they😠😠 relocated hoses and made another job for me .but lm a true believer my truck will be fixed

How is it my husband picked up his 1971 Chevy from you after 6 days and I’m following him to get a battery?!? And/OR an ALTERNATOR! $1300+. You don’t deliver on time and when you do it isn’t even right! Don’t get me started on no heat and the truck stinks of gasoline.Unbelievable service guys. How have you stayed in business???? I dont write reviews but here it is... I am one of those persons who has been ripped off by dishonest car repair shops. I took my car first time to these guys today with my fingers crossed and wow are these guys pros..!! Jerry who is very nice and easy to work with helped explain in detail what they were going to do to fix the rack and pinion on my 2003 Buick Lesabre which being off was wearing the tires out costing me money. They fixed it .. When other garages could Not !! and had ripped me off for repairs I did not need. They actually went above and beyond giving me a discount and they didnt have to as they didnt cause the problem I had with my car. Blew me away and thats why Im writing this.. also they have a print out of when they do an alignment that shows which part of the alignment was bad before there work then the computer graph of after the work is done.. I have never seen technology or care like this before .. anyway Im really happy today and I dont let a good dead go unnoticed, I am also in business for myself so doing a good honest good is everything to me. I will use these guys for now on, finding knowledgeable mechanics and a caring honest car shop is impossible these days.

Im so glad to have my car repaired at MasterTech, everyone works there treat customers as their family members, the most important they are doing everything they can to help customer to solve the problem while lower the cost as much as they can. I always choose MasterTech as my first go to shop for any auto issue, the recent trip saved me thousands dollars compared to the dealers quote. if you never been to there, give it a try and you wont regret for your choice.

Called and spoke to a nice lady named Liz that answered the phone. She was very helpful with all my questions. Even when I asked a bunch of questions she was very understanding.

Needed some ac work done on my vehicle. Called around and they quoted me the best price. Took my vehicle in and they fixed it on a Saturday with no appointment, for the quoted price, and did it right the first time.Only drawback is, they broke a piece off my headlight and didnt bother to say anything to me about it. And they had to remove the headlight to get to one of the ac parts, as I have never removed that headlight for any reason.Just make sure you inspect your vehicle before you leave their parking lot.

I moved to Plano in 2004 and it took me about 7 years to find an excellent auto shop. That shop is Mastertech Auto Care. They always treat me fairly, never try to sell me things I dont need, and do good, solid work in a timely fashion. The only down side to Mastertech is that they are always busy. But, I think of it like a good restaurant. I wont eat there if they arent busy. I will continue to bring my car to my good friends at Mastertech auto. So far, Mastertech has fixed an oil leak on my 2003 Nissan Pathfinder, repaired a broken windshield wiper switch and repaired my leaking A/C on my 1998 Honda Civic. I also use them for oil changes.

These guys basically fixed everything that one of the other car shops messed up in my car. I worked with Chris and got phenomenal support. These guys know better than any other shop I have been to. Mastertech will be my auto shop next time i need any car help.

Overrated Auto Shop Selected this shop after reviewing Google reviews and seeing so many positive ones for this shop. Brought in my vehicle for an overheating issue. They removed some mud from my radiator and charged me for it. I asked if it turned out that mud was not the cause for the issue would they apply the amount of this bill toward further diagnosis. The told me that they would not. The issue persisted so I brought it elsewhere. The issue was immediately resolved. The main part of the ordeal that upset me was that they do not credit unnecessary repair charges toward necessary ones. I thought all service companies do this. Mine does.___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ********Update: They have recently attempted to contact me many times to offer me a refund as a result of this review. I find this act pretty respectable. Im pretty sure its not their policy to not apply unsuccessful repair charges toward the final cost as I had inquired about. It was most likely the one employee that I was speaking with not listening to my question. In his mind the shop didnt owe me anything so when i asked, since the initial work you have done did not correct my issue will your shop apply that cost toward further investigation? He just waited until i stopped talking to say no. Which I think most people would find pretty irritating. They are probably a pretty honest shop. Unfortunately due to this indecent of I will not be returning or making any referrals. Any further attempts to contact me will be considered unwanted. Thanks!

Took my 2004 Honda Pilot to MasterTech for them do a 100K mile service. They not only did a great job on the service but also found a bad value gasket that they fixed also. My Pilot runs great and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Less expensive than what the dealership wanted to charge me.

Really expensive work! Come in for one thing and 8 things NEED TO BE REPLACED. While the car was there overnight, my wheels were stolen and the car was broken into. They were not responsible. Quote on quote. Wish I went somewhere else.And if you refer to these reviews most people should go somewhere else. Unless you are oblivious to cars and like to give your money away.Never is it IN & OUT. Oil changes take over an hour.****UPDATE******INCORRECT DEALERSHIP! SORRY MASTERTECH!

Have gone here several times have an old car and they always take care of me, truly honest Company will always come here to work done on my car.

These are the shops they rip the people of. I took my car to them to fix it, good that I didnt let them to work on my car . They gave me estimate of over $5500, I took my car to other shop and showed them the list of stiff the told me to fix, the second shop start laughing and told me the half of the things they told me must be fixed, is nothing wrong with.Thieves!!!

I bought a car and the seller showed me receipts for over $9200 repair on a Nissan Altima with in last 3 years that poor guy paid to these thieves. You are not going to believe this, car is still not running properly and has bunch of codes,They charged over $6500 for rebuilding the engine which you could buy a new engine for less than that .Dont trust these guys.
