The environment is welcoming and the manager goes above and beyond to help you in any way he can. I took my PT Cruiser in for some repair work a few times now. Great bunch of guys working here. The guy who runs the place (Ray) is very helpful and will work with you to get you what you need. I had to get a new radiator for my car and they gave me the best price and excellent service. It went so smooth and quickly I was out of there in about an hour with a shiny new radiator keeping my car cool and functional.If you want a good place for your car repair needs these guys will take care of you.

I needed to get some emergency crucial work done for my truck ASAP and Shelton at the Valvoline here made sure I was still able to drive home that same day and had me come in for a follow up on a part they couldnt get immediately. I came for a quote on my damaged wiper pump plus labor, was told one offer by the man working at that time and I said I would come back. When I came about a week later, Ray told me who I got the quote from was no longer working there, but Ray still honored the estimate I had gotten even though it was about $100 less than his. For me thats above and beyond what I expected and I greatly appreciated that level of trust.

This was a good experience to replace brake pads for my Subaru. The service was fast and the wait enjoyable. The shop manager is a very personable individual and he appears up-front when explaining what other services may be needed. All in all, Ill probably return for other services.

Came in today for the first time to do my State Inspection since it was on my route back home and the manager, Rey, pointed out a couple other issues with my car which my prior preferred location never mentioned including my brake pads which I had specifically asked them about before. Walked through what maintenance is recommended and the costs in a professional manner, and the prices were all very reasonable as well. Glad I came here and will definitely be back in the future.

Not their fault they covered them under warranty and also found the problem that was the reason why new shocks got busted and fixed that. Ray is a great guy, was courteous and took his time explaining why I needed the maintenance he was recommend and if I don’t get it, damage would increase. He also was reasonable on price and honored the discounts on other sites. I trust the guy and would bring my both cars to him.

I visited Valvoline Express Care for a vehicle inspection. Upon completion of my inspection, Rey let me know that I had some oil leaking and helped me diagnose the problem. He walked me through the cost of parts and labor, but didn’t pressure me to get the work done then and there. I told him I was considering getting a new car in a few months, and he said that would probably be a good idea based off of the value of my vehicle. I will definitely be back here for any car service needs i have in the future.

Amazing service. I am not local to the area but needed an oil change before continuing to travel. Technicians discovered I needed a few other things done but DID NOT pressure me to have them done at their location. He showed me the visual proof that I did need the repairs he was suggesting but told me I could wait and have them done later once I was home. He was helpful in deciding what to do first and even worked with me to figure out what I could afford to have fixed that day based on what was most pressing for traveling safety. The whole team went above and beyond.

Valvoline is the place to go for any service! I’ve been going here for a year, and they’ve taken care of everything from coolant flushes to oil changes to oil pan & valve cover gasket. Never had a problem.

Phenomenal service, came in for a state inspection and was about to be on my way. Mo, prior to me paying spoke to me about some minor issues with my car, wasn’t like a salesman. He also gave me a priority of what to take care of and to come back anytime. After I told him my financial constraints, he worked with me and the staff were just absolutely polite and informative. The wait didn’t even feel long at all. Quick and reliable service. Definitely worth it.

Very friendly and professional, went there to do my car inspection and the manager pointed Lufthansa I need new breaks, it was done less than 1hour. Very satisfied with the service!

No any suggestions as state inspection not passed due to less mileages. Second inspection needs to be done within 15 days free but nobody mentioned to me. I was ask to pay $25 again when I was back 16 days after. They also mislead me to replace break shoes which are not necessary...

Valvoline shop broke hub bolt on vehicle and didnt informe me, allowed me to drive out of the shop. Called shop and asked for manager - person named colt (manager) informed over the phone that he broke the hub bolt and then said he wasnt liable for it. Completely unprofessional conversation with this individual, Colton said he broke the bolt then lied and said he didnt touch it and blamed another mechanic named Ali which he says worked on it towards the end of the call. Manager Colton would not give his last name and informed me to contact corporate because he wasnt doing anything about it. Do not trust his place of business, manager Colton lacks integrity and customer service skills and has poor communication with customers when they break things on vehicles. Stay away from this shop if you want maintenance done correctly. Zero stars. Contacting corporate remedy my 187.25 paid and damages for this job from this shop.

Went in today for an alignment. No wait, had my truck on the lift and hooked up in no time at all. Guy tells me my trucks alignment was perfect accept for a small adjustment that wouldnt affect my alignment. He made the small adjustment and didnt charge me for a thing. Will definitely be going back to this place in the future.

Worst experience till date for automotive service. Did not do alignment after multiple visits (already had paid via Groupon). Finally sent me to another Valvoline in Murphy where the alignment on rear wheels was not done correctly resulting in compromised vehicle safety and burning out new tires in 1500 miles. Had to spend $400 to buy new tires and get proper alignment. Zero star if Google allowed it.

They truly are a blessing. It was pure chance I stopped by a week ago cause I was flipping out on overheating. I have dealt with a lot of shops in the past and I understand its a business but I still have a budget even though I love my old beat up Toyota. They were honest very welcoming and they didnt act like they knew more than you or arrogant or forcing anything on you.They show you the main concerns and make sense of what is realistically needed. They did a great job replacing my radiator for a good price in a time of need when i was getting choked by my work during these times. They knew my break fluid was bad and needed an oil change but they did it all without piling up the bill. They understood and they do a great job. I can see the radiator and feel how great my breaks work and it looks great.They helped me out a lot and they have zero problems bringing your own parts. What they sell is not that expensive at all from the market price its very fair I just happened to have a big coupon from a auto parts retailer because I did use to buy my own parts and go to an old repair shop in little elm. They all have a good heart and I can tell they value repeat business than they do by one over priced repair. I dont have to travel to little elm anymore. Which by the way the old place I went to was rude and had a change of heart. Even in this current lock down this shop here, they took no advantage of anyone.Im very critical on repairs and cost and actual value. It was a breath of fresh air being there I really thought I was doomed on the price but i really wasnt there. You can tell they enjoy being professional mechanics and they will always get repeat business because they know how important repeat customers are to them. It really was a blessing that I didnt deserve. All the guys are amazing. I think Ramon is the manager you can tell he really looks after the care and customers value. I cant just name one person because they all are amazing. Thank you so much and you will see me again.

Solid price on repairs. I called and checked prices elsewhere I trust and they were lower for basic repairs. They are fairly honest and will get the job done well. I will return to get additional work done as needed.Edit: I returned a year later for some alternator work. They fixed it well, were honest with me and even helped me install a battery I brought in at no charge. A battery terminal broke off during that installation, and they replaced the battery terminal at no charge. I appreciate their work. It seems they are under new management.

I did flat tire last month and went to CA for business trip. Just came back yesterday and see again flat tire on the same spot. Today I came back to carshop and technician checked the spot he fixed it last time. He said there is a small leak on the same spot and I need to change the whole tire. Very suspectious. So I left him and stopped by NTB custer and Parker rd. They fix my tire for free. No need to change new tire. I dont understand why this guy did that. Very lucky I stopped by to NTB.
