Great and honestly service.. they take care my chevy

Rick is the man! I brought my old school lifted suburban with a solid axle and big tires because it was behaving terribly on pavement. Rick told me exactly what I needed to have done in order to get the alignment into spec and fix the wandering steering problem. I had them do the work and got my truck back much sooner than expected. I wasn’t able to get all the parts needed but they worked with what they had. Not to mention the prices for the work. I was expecting to pay much more than I actually did. The truck drives much better now it’s night and day. It’s hard to find anyone who knows what they’re doing when it comes to an old vehicle.

Best alignment shop Ive been to. The technicians set up the car to the exact specs i requested.When i went back a couple weeks later to dial in some more camber, they covered the cost under warranty though i was willing to pay for it again.Excellent customer service and I will definately be taking my other car here for an alignment as well.

I have used this shop couple times already and my experience has been same. They are quick to fix the problem, low cost, do a good job and to the point. Im always anxious taking car to tire shops.. invariably I have been told that one or all my tires need replacement very soon and im better off just going for that. It is irrespective if the issue is minor like an air leak. For a change, this shop is honest and gets the job done as needed. On top of that, they are really quick and surprisingly low cost. I trust them for the quality of work they do and for their honesty. Highly recommend this place..

Came here to get an alignment for my stock 2020 Tacoma. Was quick, good price, and the alignment came out great. Ill come back here for my future alignment work.

This shop is the best auto shop i’ve ever been to. they provide dealership quality services at a reasonable price. they’re quick, efficient, and friendly. we go here for everything on my car now. they did a beautiful window tint before the summer heat hit and i love my car so much more. i highly recommend stopping by for your car needs with any budget.

After reading reviews, I had to get a wheel alignment done & I needed to get it done RIGHT! Santiago was the the guy who helped me, he listened to all my concerns, took his time to do it right which took him about 2 hours and he was patient polite and professional. I have only had the car for one day so I couldn’t tell you if alignment is good yet but they told me it also comes with 6 mo warranty. Overall I really like these guys, there was one more guy to besides Santiago and both of them were working and weren’t messing around. 5 stars ⭐️

Unfortunately Discount said they could handle my repair but were NOT qualified. They tried 2 solutions, neither of them worked. The next thing they wanted to do would be to replace a $2k module (if purchased new from the dealer, $750 if purchased a used one). So rather than dig a deeper hole, I decided to take it to the dealer for a professional analysis. Unfortunately, Discount was not professional enough to admit that they were not qualified to diagnose and repair my car from the outset. They should have at least reduced some of the $795 bill that I paid to get my car back. Not even a “Thank you” after I paid them. SMH!

Honest, dependable and knowledgeable. They aligned my car and went through my issues with my car and informed me of what to to get it fixed. Friendly and direct.

Dropped off my truck for an alignment and Tint at around noon and they knocked it out same day. I’m an auto mechanic with 21 years experience, so I tend to be very careful where I take my vehicles for things I can’t do at home such as alignments. These folks are professionals, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends or family. Y’all now have a repeat customer.

I had a blowout on my CTS-V heading from Bush to 75 and was able to limp it to Discount. I was on my way to look at a vintage motorcycle and had a very tight window to meet the seller. Wes was able to track down a pair of tires to fit my car, and took his personal vehicle to get them from a nearby shop rather than wait for the transfer. The team had pulled my car in and had both rear tires dismounted waiting for Wes to get back, they were mounted, balanced and ready to to go within 10 minutes of his arrival. As it happened I was only there for an hour start to finish. Wes and the team at Discount are lifesavers, would recommend these guys 100%.

Ive been to many alignment shops and not many can get the job done right. They were very professional and didnt play any games and simply just did a great job on the alignment.This is a trustworthy place.

Very good customer service, honest work, and they do alignments on lower trucks which is awesome for I don’t have to drive down to Dallas so it Saves me the drive.

Fair prices, good service, nice people. Be careful in their lot it’s tight, but worth the slight hassle. This is where dealerships go for alignments so you know they’re good.

Ive used these folks for my personal, family and business vehicles for years. They really know what they are doing, are honest and reasonably priced. It is so hard to find that in an auto mechanic these days.

I cant say enough good things about Jessie and his work as a mechanic. We have a 2005 Honda Odyssey and he has always done amazing and timely work on our car. This is very important when owning an older vehicle. Our entire family now goes to him and I constantly suggest him to our friends. Thank you for your professionalism!

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! Took my sons 2016 Chevy Cruze to this place in August 2019 and they put in the paperwork that they replaced the Turbo oil return line for the turbo since the turbo was acting up and charged me almost $200. So when my son brought it home I looked at the Turbo oil tube and it didnt look new to me. Well the turbo was still acting up so I ordered a whole new turbo and replaced it myself and WOW the Turbo oil return line they said they replaced was clogged with dried up oil which tells me there is NO WAY they replaced this part so I had to order one from the Chevy dealership and replace it myself. They charged me over $500 to do this and change the oil and spark plugs!

They ruined an alignment job twice. Called today for used tire, & I didnt have the tire size but every shop can find the size by looking up make model & year. Front desk lady flat out lied & said they dont look up sizes & they cant. Every store does. Oh well. I rarely review places negatively but the effort from this place was the worst.
