I came here since it was the closest to me. At first it may seem like any other mechanic, but the customer is there. VINNY is the guy to talk to as he forms the most friendly and meaningful connection. My experience there was comfortable and the job was done right and in time. A great mechanics for auto collisions, highly recommend and will be going back to them if anything happens to my car.

We accidentally broke our side mirror while backing out of our garage. Vinnie and team were awesome to work with. They were transparent, went over different options without trying to up-sell anything, and managed to have the mirror repaired in an hour. They even buffed out some scratches on the bumper for free. Overall great customer service and great price. I’d highly recommend working with DentMax for any repairs in their wheelhouse.

I had a great experience taking my 2011 minivan to Dentmaxx. Having run into a pole, my front bumper called for a new one (I can objectively say this as I used to be a claims adjuster and did car estimates). However, Vinnie gave me the choice (something NO other body shop would ever do) of replacing ($1,500) vs doing a fix that day that got it reattached and scratches buffed out ($300). Seeing as we have some other major financial issues going on right now, I was able to choose the latter. How nice to have the option! He did a great job (and I can go the car wash again!). And not only that, I loved getting to know Vinnie and his wife. Incredibly kind people. Their number is already in my contacts as our go to body shop. No place like it in town!

Ive let them repair my car in January 2020, After they gave my car back 5 month later, my car was stolen. Ive already left this country so I could write down my comment to avoid troubles from them in the future. There is no direct evidence shows they stole my car, but they were the only people could be able to copy my car keys signal and put a small tracking device into somewhere of my car. My apartment manager told me the car loss case has never happened in that apartment complex. Police is still trying to recover my car when I left this country. If anyones car has been stolen after repairing from this shop, please call the police and show them this comment as a small evidence. This comment is a reminder for the future customers to check your car after they return it to you.(Im not accusing anyone its just a reminder. Like I said they were the only people could be able to copy my keys signal. Actually the first question police asked me was Have you ever sent your car for repairing recently? )

They treat you like family and do thier best to keep you costs low. I save over $1000. My Truck looks new again and I would use them again!

After my accident, DentMax was the only place in the Dallas/Richardson/Plano area at the time of calling that offered essential repair services (the option to exclude cosmetic repairs) and comprehensive towing services. The owner, Vincent Thompson, was a pleasure to work with and offered full disclosure of the state of the car and the repairs needed. Throughout the repair process, thorough updates were given and I always felt comfortable asking questions about the repairs. The repair was completed extremely promptly and upon inspection, the quality of the work was excellent.

Took my Malibu here after had a bad storm in March. All the shops by me were quoting 7months plus for a wait time. Vinny and his team got my car in two days after I called. They did great work. Worked with insurance worked with the rental company. I also got my windows tinted with them. My car looks better than when it was new. The wife was shocked. We will be taking our other hail damaged car there as well. I really cant say enough good things when it comes to ease of working with etc. I would highly recommend.

These folks left a flier on my car which melted to my window! I am concerned it could damage my glass and a portion of the flyer is extended into the door. I called them to let them know what happened and to get someone to come fix it because I cant get it off! I called three different times and instead of offering good customer service by sending someone to fix it, the lady tried to make me feel guilty by saying they were going to fire Joe and that he has twins etc. Unbelievable!! I dont have a problem with Joe. If I were trying to get business I would probably leave a flier on a car too. The problem is that this business will not try to fix it and she was very rude and said I was making to big of a deal about it and she has never heard if this happening! They could have apologized, fixed my window, offered me a good price for the hail damage repair and possibly won my business. Instead, I will tell anyone I know to never use them!! UPDATE:. The owner called and offered to remove the stuck on flier but I had taken care of it. He then offered to bring my car in for a wash. He sounded very genuine. I wouldnt say it was easy to remove... It took hours. Lots of WD-40 and scraping.

I first got a quote from Service King in Plano, but wanted a second opinion, looked up another shop nearby and found this place right around the corner! The owner, Vinny, greeted me and was so polite and friendly, offered me a lower price than Service King and I knew I wanted to come back when I had more time in my schedule to be without a car. It took me a few months, but I finally made it back to have my bumper replaced and he and Samantha were MORE than accommodating. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they even offered to pick up my car for me and drop it off. Incredible customer service, went above and beyond and I was so pleased with the work they did for half the price I would have paid anywhere else. I wouldnt go anywhere else if I ever need body work done. I highly recommend!

Best people, best work, friendly and honest to their business. I got my rear bumper and tail light replaced for my BMW which someone had badly hit in the parking . My rear bumper, tail light and in fact there was a dent in the frame as well. They not only took care of the insurance but made sure everything gets repaired inside damage as well as outside damage and also they were more than happy to assist me in getting rentals as well, while the vehicle is being serviced. Just drop in your vehicle to the shop and relax at home. I would like to give extra 5 stars for the finishing work. My car looks like as if nothing happened ever. If you are looking for a hassle free repair without worrying a penny about the cost, time and quality work this is the shop.

It hailed last night and with my car being parked outside it got destroyed. Now I come out to my car to go to work and there’s a sign stuck in my window but because it sat overnight it now is stuck to the glass. I’ve never had service done by you but you guys should be a little smarter and think about this stuff? What will you be doing to fix this issue?Please teach your team to be more considerate about others cars. This is absolutely ridiculous that now I have to deal with a damaged car and peel a sign off my window that I NEVER wanted on my window on the first place. Shame on you

I cannot say enough nice things about Vincent and Sam at Dent Max. A young lady backed into me in a parking lot. The damage wasnt huge, but I still wanted it fixed. I googled auto repair shops near me, and proceeded to scroll over each one to see customer rating. Dent Max had 5 stars and I knew exactly where I was taking my car. Best Decision ever!The Work: I dropped it off Monday, and it was done by Thursday. I was concerned it might take longer, especially with two recent hail storms. Samantha assured me it will not impact timeline at all. It looks awesome. My car color is birch which is a silver/gold and a hard color to match, I cant tell where the original paint starts and ends.Customer Service: Outstanding! Samantha goes out of her way to make this the most painless process. Once I had the initial call with the other partys insurance company, Samantha took care of the rest. She coordinated estimates, helped to arrange my rental, worked directly with the insurance company. Vincent was all over the repair. He explained what was going to happen in great detail, My grandfather owned a body shop, Ive spent plenty of afternoons in the office. When Vincent was explaining, I knew immediately I was with a guy who knew his stuff and was going to fix it the right way.The DentMax team is awesome and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

These guys are great. I brought my camaro in with some pretty hefty damage. They had all repairs complete within 4 days, prices were extremely reasonable. Car looks brand new. They also worked with my insurance company to ensure everything went smoothly. They were even kind enough to contact me after working hours, kept me updated regarding status, and drove me to the rental car place so I didnt have wait. Seemed a little bit expensive, but allowed for no-collision insurance repairs. Its a family-owned shop, and has owners who seem nice to most people. Was definitely given a questionable rate for labor, at $900 for labor and $260 for used, unpainted parts. Considering that my damaged bumper had just been bolted down to the fender to keep it from having to be fully repaired, this repair was intended to be a minimal repair just to be able to drive my otherwise undamaged vehicle.Got a pretty major panel replacement done, which included a fender, liner and a new headlight - neglecting the washer fluid tank/pump.Would recommend somewhere else if you have insurance, but seemed fair enough for people who dont have that luxury.Note: The interactions between the couple seemed a bit misogynistic and weirdly off-putting, which will probably prevent me from being fully comfortable there in the future - but I intend to get comprehensive coverage anyways.

My problem is not Joe but will not remove stuck flier from my window. I will tell everyone I know not to use these people. A good business would use great customer service and apologize and fix it. This says alot about their business.

I crashed my car on Thursday and it was towed to a dealership where they quoted me something i couldnt afford and a turn-around time that wasnt acceptable. I had it towed to Dentmax the next day and had my car back within 2 days for a much more affordable price. I will DEFINITELY use Dentmax again!!

I first learned about this place because one of the workers stopped me in a Walmart parking lot and offered to do some minor repair on my car. I took a picture of the advertised truck to keep for information. 6 months later, I had major damage to my car due to a hit and run accident. I immediately called DentMax and from the beginning of the process all the way to the end, they were EXTREMELY helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. They got me in a rental the very first day that I dropped my car off. They called me throughout the repair process to give me updates and kept me informed. I just picked my car up and she looks AMAZING! Like brand new, fresh off the lot. My car is Pearl White so I knew painting would be tricky and meticulous. There is no off color in sight and the entire car is blended so well. I love this place, they treated me like family and I would definitely recommend tgem to ANYONE. I am definitely NOT trying to have another accident but I know who to go to if I do 😉
