Absolutely wonderful! Clifford and his team amazingly made my 18 year old vehicle look brand new. Not only did they take care of the outside damage to my car (scratches and bumper), they were able to reupholster the front driver seat. The costs were incredibly reasonable. Clifford and his team are exceptional! I had my SUV fixed at his shop in late 2014 and it was great! Unfortunately there was a problem with the paint and it started chipping off the bumper after only 6 months. I called Clifford and explained the situation and the only question he asked was When can you bring it in? I brought my vehicle in that same day, they fixed it and I had it back in less than a week (they had it over the weekend but was ready for pickup first thing on the following Monday.) Thats what I call STELLAR customer service!

Had CAPB repair my suburban doors after I had hit a concrete post and messed up the drivers and rear side doors. I have the metal flake gray paint which is not the easiest to match. After having to do some metal work and full repaint of the 2 doors you can not tell there was ever any damage. The finish is very smooth (no orange peel) and the color match was perfect. They were also 1/3 less than Caliber Collision. Would definitely use them again (hopefully wont have to...).

My sons car looks like new, you cannot tell where the damage occurred even though the paint is sparkly! The service was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, and the office was comfortable and tidy. Thank you for a like new car!

I waited for almost 3 hours just for an estimate. This is the worst experience Ive ever had in my life,I arrived early and was the last to leave and didnt even receive my estimate! They said I would recieve an email. That didnt happen. Go anywhere else! They should not even be n business! No stars!

Complete Bait and switch!!!! Brought my vehicle in to repair bumper and minor scratches and dings on the vehicle. Clifford game me a quote that looked good to fix vehicle with a new bumper. Noticed before I walked out that he gave me a quote on the wrong model car. Once he was able to pull up the correct vehicle my estimate was increased by $300. I was ok with that since the number wasnt originally caluculated on the correct vehicle. Clifford told me that my vehicle would be ready the following Friday (7 days). I received an email on Tuesday that The repairs would require an additional $120 for broken brackets. I agreed to proceed and confirmed that I would pick the vehicle up Friday. I received a call from Lisa on Wednesday that my vehicle was in the paint shop in line to be painted. I asked when my vehicle would be done. Lisa would not commit to a time frame, but would only say that my vehicle was in line to be painted and that she would call me on Friday with an update on whether I could pick my vehicle up or not. I never received a call on Friday and left a message asking what the status of my vehicle was. I had to call them Saturday morning to find out what the deal was with my car. Lisa answered the phone again and told me that the vehicle was still being painted and that she would call me later to let me know when it would be done. I told her that was not good enough and I needed a time commitment as to when the vehicle would be completed. She called me back an hour later to let me know I could pick the vehicle up at 1:30. Once I arrive to pick up my vehicle I was greeted by Clifford then brought out the original quote sheet to explain to me how he was able to save all this money because he was able to salvage the bumper. I asked Clifford why he would do that without consulting with me as the original quote was based off a new bumper. Clifford seem to be irritated that I would question him about that and I explained to him that I wanted to be able to make the decision on whether to have the current bumper fixed or stay with the new bumper. Given the choice I wouldve stayed with a brand-new bumper for resell value. I will never go back to this place again. I feel like I was completely bamboozled and Clifford used his ability to fix my bumper as a way to gain more profit rather then installing a new bumper. My final cost with the repair bumper was only $120 less than it would have cost me to have a new bumper. I am very disappointed that a local business would deceive a consumer in this fashion. Steer away from this place buyer beware.

Good service. Came here to get my truck fixed from a hail storm in wylie, tx that hammered my new truck with huge dents but within a week she was done and left like nothing happened. also had my front windows replace for a really good price. Overall this place kicks ass. Ask for David hes the manager cool guy.
