My husband I finally got here to try the coffee, he was telling about this place a lot. I loved it. Very clean and cute place. I had 1iced caramel latte with one shot, that was just perfect, the way I like my coffee. Not all coffee shops can make that tasteService was greatWe will come back

LOVE the Gloria Jeans in downtown (it is my favorite and main one). It is in a convenient location and I love all the options that they offer for their cold drinks. The staff is very friendly as well, which is always a must. Cant wait to get my next Gloria Jeans fix. Definitely recommend to everyone as they are not only declicious but reasonably priced as well! Also, if Im not mistaken they offer a discount to university students :)

Felt really bad this guy stole a bag of coffee beans once my husband and I walked in. Never been there before and was grabbing a coffee before we went around Pittsburgh. Got some basic drinks but it’s so smooth and the lady that works there knows exactly what she’s doing. She was really nice and I’ve never had this good of coffee. Keep it up! Love this place will definitely be going back!

Great coffee, my egg and cheese on jalapeño cheddar bagel was delicious, not a whole lot of seating on the inside.

One of the best coffe shops.We were planning to visit it since 2 years but couldn’t make it due to its timings. Finally we were there today. We ordered mocha caramel latte and cheese cake brownie. They were awesome.Very clean. Staff is friendly.Will highly recommend.Cant wait to go again.

There were literally no other coffee shops within a half mile of my Airbnb that were open so I had to go with this one. I waited for five minutes for someone to appear and was disappointed they didn’t have oat milk. Paid $6 for a weird tasting ice mocha with almond milk. White stuff floating in drink but barista said it was mocha powder? Why was it white?? Too shy to ask for a refund. Drink went in the trash.

First time. First cup. Hey Madagascar vanilla caramel latte, absolutely perfect. A new flavor of delicious. There jalapeño cheese bagel was equally tasty and filling.

First time going there was today I wanted a frappe style coffee. I needed up with this mint bomb think it was called something like that. Paid seven bucks for a 24oz but it was worth every penny best frappe I ever had in my whole life I swear better than dunkin better than star bucks, mcdonald and or bk. Then I had a gluten free brownie for three bucks sounds expensive yeah because it is but I had them warm it up for a little best brownie I ever ate in my life perfect taste texture everything. Id recommend this shop over any others. Plus the lady was great and held professional service! I will be stopping back many moree times to come

Stopped in for a hot coffee on a cold 38 degree day. Visiting from Florida while my daughter was having orientation at Point Park. Coffee was great and the young lady behind the counter was very friendly.

Overpriced. Confused worker overcharged me. I ordered a vanilla caramel latte but asked if she could use the sugar free syrup instead. I was charged over $7 when the price was supposed to be 4.99. Wouldnt honor student discount for students from schools other than point park. Avoid at all costs.

Second time I come by this location and they are closed.

Gloria Jeans has become the start of my day now for over the past 6 months. One particular staff member has kept me coming back. Heather is the nicest staff member here. Our conversations each morning are filled with laughs and smiles. If you are tired of the busy lines at Starbucks, this place is much better. Gloria Jeans has a delicious selection of Coffee, Chillers, and other Specialty Drinks to choose from.P.S. Pluses:Beautiful store. Good coffee. Ok price.Minuses: offered special that didnt exist. Staff didnt understand the difference between iced coffee and cold brew, poor English. Dirty tables and bad smell. Starbucks is too close to come here again.

Finally stopped in a few days ago for a cup of coffee before work after deciding to give it a try. Got a three-shot americano in a small cup. Im very satisfied with your blend and an relieved to finally find a coffee shop downtown with a good dark espresso blend. Im curious whether you use your french roast or black gold roast for your espresso as Id like to purchase some for the home. I have since come back three days in a row and plan to be a pretty frequent customer.

Very nice staff, excellent coffee. However, a 16 oz. chiller with an added shot of espresso was almost $8. The one in the South Hills doesn’t even cost that much. Probably will not be going back.

A fantastic cupo Joe! If your in the mood for a sweet beverage, tasty breakfast sandwich, or a nice simple chip of coffee this place has a you covered. They are priced fairly and the largest size beats Starbucks out of the park!

Stopped by this morning and asked for a fun drink similar to a caramel macchiato (Im not really a coffee drinker). The attendant explained what a macchiato truly is. She then suggested a frozen drink and tailored it to my liking. It was absolutely delicious and an instant pick me up!

I didn’t have a good experience today. I normally grab coffee here on my break at work. But, today the barista was rude. I walked up to the counter and said “hello how are you?” She didn’t say anything and wasn’t even looking at me. Then I’m waiting for my drink and she puts a drink down, there were a few people waiting and she didn’t acknowledge us or say what the drink was.Usually i have had great experiences with Gloria jeans. But, I’d rather go to Starbucks if the baristas here are rude.

Tasty coffee, friendly service, good place to go if you need to schedule a meeting, Starbucks and Crazy Mocha can be a headache, due to how many locations there are downtown. There is only one Gloria Jeans in Pittsburgh.
