A must visit in Polish Hill. We’re staying in Polish Hill for a month, and my boyfriend has already frequented this place 3 times this past week. Currently pickup/takeout only but they have a little shaded patio outside to enjoy. You can order online or in the store. Their Iced Matcha is amazing and the people here are super nice - they wait till you’re in the store to complete the order (such as adding ice etc) so that it’s not watered down by the time you arrive.

Amazing vegan egg and sausage sandwich. Ive never had vegan eggs or sausage before and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff as well

Came here for breakfast while visiting Pittsburgh. It is clearly well loved by locals and we understand why! We tried their vegan chocolate cheesecake donut, vegan breakfast sandwich, and coffee and tea. All were delicious, staff were very friendly, and they kindly put my coffee in my reusable mug. They also have an outdoor patio. Would definitely return!

A regular spot for me on my late days before work. It’s a nice environment for some coffee and the food is really good.I got the vegan Cuban special and it was so good. Could not recommend this place more highly!

My husband and I recently moved to Polish Hill and found this amazing place near our home. Kaibur Coffee provides exceptional customer service. We have tried the breakfast, lunch, beverages, and homemade pastry menu and it was all delicious. I love how you can customize your order with different toppings that are offered. The Chai Tea is the best !

Got two cold brews and they were awful. The flavor was so watered down that my husband thought that they had accidentally given him tea on the first sip when we got in the car. Mine tasted like watered down oat milk and vanilla. Sad that we spent $9 and we didn’t even drink the coffees because they were so bad. The guy working was very nice though and that is really important to me! I really wanted to like this place ...

The vegan breakfast sandwich was amazing.

This is a classic hippie hangout. Small-ish, comfortable and open with a tiny cooking area where they turn out a ton of great food. It does get busy, but only because its so good. And I loved the local, friendly, homey vibe. As another reviewer said, yes theres a lot of people with tattoos, but no, you wont feel unwelcome without them. And yes, theres a room by the bathroom, but no its not close enough to be offensive. And yes, service slows down when they get packed (and they did) but the they rocked it with a griddle and two people. This is an awesome, chill cafe that everyone should check out.

Vegan egg and cheese sandwich was HUGE! I think it was $9 (costs a dollar extra for vegan cheese) but it was a massive sandwich, probably like 8 wide. I tried a vegan glazed donut too and was blown away.

I got a mocha with raspberry and vanilla syrup-- a must try if you love coffee and have a sweet tooth! My friend got an egg sandwhich with tomatoes and cilantro and it was off the charts! A little expensive but honestly it was huge and worth it, hence the 5 stars. Just know that you cant order or wait inside, so you have to order online on their website and then pick it up at the time they give you. They do have a little covered seating outside too

Friendly staff, great coffee drinks, and delicious food. As a vegan, the clear labeling is so appreciated. The Reuben sandwich is my favorite item so far. And their vegan baked goods have all been great!

Small quaint coffee shop. Old fashioned is the theme with the bar and old barstools with a Wooden floor. Make delicious fresh food mostly breakfast food and some lunch like sandwich and salad. Great coffe with options And free wi-fi!

Delicious little treasure! Stopped in for the chickpea melt and husband had an egg bagel. Good was tasty and good portioned and I loved how easy it was to order for my vegan needs and still accommodate him! Would eat here all the time if I was local.

Kaibur has been a go to breakfast spot for me for a few years now. Food is always delicious, staff is super nice, and so many vegan options. I recommend it to folks all the time.

Egg sandwich with tofu scramble was pretty good but unfortunately found a hair in it. Kaibur offers a great selection of vegan/vegetarian breakfast and lunch items. The coffee is hit or miss but the atmosphere and decoration makes up for it.

My husband and I had Wolfe Teeth Donuts provide donuts for our wedding and they were a huge hit! Beautiful and delicious! If you havent tried them make sure to stop into Kaibur and pick some up ASAP!

Clean bathrooms, vegan treats, good coffee. There wasnt Splenda, but there were sexy Star Wars playing cards with Natalie Portman. 😎

Great little cafe. The food is great, both vegan and non. They have good seating, including a bar and patio. The staff were kind and patient with our drawn out order. I cant wait to go back in the spring when the weather is nice. This is going to be my wife and Is new Saturday morning escape.

I really like this place. It’s a delightful gem on Polish Hill. They promote diversity and inclusion. We need more of that in our world today. The staff is so friendly and service was second to none. But Listen I’m an omnivore. When it comes to eating meat, I get the meat sweats. But I took a chance on this vegan breakfast spot and boy am I glad I did. The Kaibur breakfast is full of your favorite reliable breakfast foods. Over easy egg. Rye toast. Avocado on the side. Breakfast potatoes with EVERYTHING BAGEL SEASONING. It was a party at 11am in my mouth. Also the coffee flat out gets the job done. Easy 5 stars and I look forward to coming back.

I got a full vegan breakfast (tofu scramble, potatoes, tomatoes AND toast) for $5.50. That is a STEAL. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and fast service. 10/10 would recommend! Also the coffee was A+.

Another great vegan experience. My wife and I had a soy latte, a coffee with oat milk, a vegan bagel with carrot lox, a seitan corn beef sandwich, and a tofu scrambled breakfast sandwich. Everything was delicious. The staff was friendly. The A/C was pumping, so it was cold inside. The vibe is punk. Wed definitely go back.

Formerly Lili Cafe, still serving great food similar to the previous shop as well as coffee drinks. The vegan breakfast sandwich is just awesome, its temping to get it every day. They also had vegan cinnamon rolls which were delicious. When we stopped by around 830 am there was no crowd.

I ate an egg sandwich on a bagel with a mixed berry pie and cinnamon bun. The food there is great but I also had a vanilla latte which really hit the spot! Recommend thia place very much!

Great food and coffee but the pretentious hipster barista (covered in scratcher tattoos with long hair in a braid) could use a reality check and 101 course on how to treat paying customers...

I asked for my eggs sunny side up. They said no it would be over easy. I was OK with that until my eggs arrived and they were not edible. The tempeh was awful and they had a corn beef hash vegan dish which was equally awful. The service was poor and we sat next to a bathroom which nobody would close the door. You had to pay ahead of time and also give the tip ahead of time which was not a good idea because I never would have tipped them due to the poor service and the poor food.
