Nice staff, I pretty much surprised them with a rather big order on a Sunday morning but they were up for the task and managed to get it ready within 10 minutes! Delicious Bagel, their salmon bagel and avocado ones are excellent. Their sausage and egg bagel also great!

We always get baggels on weekends. Often times, the baggels look undercooked and are flat. Sometimes, they are cut like this and toasted. How do you miss that?! The quality is getting worse. We will most likely switch to Panera or buy baggels from the grocery store.

Bagel ok. Coffee ok. Came here for the Caribou coffee.... turns out they no longer sell it. Though they have a caribou coffee sign in window still. Lame. For a medium coffee and bagel I paid 9$..... nothing special. Pricey.

I love their power bagels. I do not love their yogurt parfaits. It does not really taste like yogurt. To me it tastes like vanilla flavored goo.

Never been stopped before leaving town and wish I would have multiple times while we were there. Got the bacon cheddar breakfast sandwich and was probably the best breakfast sandwich Ive had. Highly recommend!

When I went to the counter to place my order, the employee, Jarod, did not greet me. He was looking down, leaning on the cash register and touching his face and forehead... feeling for and then picking and squeezing pimples on his forehead. IT WAS DISGUSTING! He had long dreadlocks dangling with no hairnet. I wanted to walk out but decided to place my order. Jarod started the order then stepped away. Another employee processed the transaction. It took four attempts before the credit card was accepted. Fortunately Jarod did put gloves on before he made my food. Once the food was ready he looked at me and handed it over the counter. I had to ask for the potato chips that came with the sandwich. If I hadnt, I wouldnt have gotten them. All the tables I checked were dirty and there were no napkins at the counter. I found some at the coffee table. I wiped off a table and ate my food. The sandwich was good but very skimpy on the turkey. I thought it was overpriced. I wouldnt recommend this store and I doubt I will return. I was very disappointed in the staff and the lack of maintenance in the store.

Love the menu & fast service! A little hard to get into with 24-hour traffic... But worth it.

Always fast no matter how busy they are. And I believe hands down has the best breakfast sandwich in Pittsburgh, the one the only Chorizo Sunrise. Ide put that sandwich against any breakfast sandwich in the city.

Nice outdoor deck on the side for eating! The bagels are a tad pale for my taste-- used to NYC bagels.

Worst Einsteins location Ive ever been to, among the worst of any restaurant. Consistently incorrect orders and indifferent service whether ordering via apps like Doordash or in-store. Today for example via Doordash after over an hour wait half my order was simply removed and one item was incorrect without my knowledge with no call to check for substitutions or anything like that, and the cookies received lacked baking instructions. I will admit the food itself is the expected quality but the chance of actually receiving everything you order is far too big a gamble. The only reason I ever give this location a chance is because I live so close, and it consistently has disappointed across a wide span of time. Go to the Bruggers in Scott Township instead, and that is coming from someone who prefers Einsteins.

Half of their signature bagel sandwiches use the cheesy hashbrown bagel, which they literally never have made anyway. Why even have a menu item that 99% of the times that Ive been to any Einsteins in Pittsburgh they can never actually make without subbing a different bagel?

Good egg sandwiches, had the egg white santefe sandwich, filling tasty and spicy. They seem a bit pricey but the sandwiches are large, servers are nice, polite, and orders are on point. Will be back

Was there on Monday January 13th. I would just like to say thank you to the two ladies working at 7:30am who helped me with my order of 2 grab and go boxes. They were fast, efficient and most of all, cordial. I hope management knows how great they are and that they are the type of people that make patrons become loyal to a place. I will definitely be back when I return to Pittsburgh.I had a great experience and my people loved the bagels and spreads. A win for everyone.

Our bagels with cream cheese were really cold. However the bagel I ordered with turkey sausage, egg and cheese was cold. I would not order that again.

Bagels are really good, but person working the counter should not be, no people skills, i was probably putting him out by placing a order. Although the person cleaning tea machine in diningroom did greet me as I came in. Maybe switch these employees positions.

I like the place and their food is delicious 😋. I got spinach, mushroom & Swiss. For the drink, I got latte, and its great 👌🏻

I love this place! Messed up my order a few times and have been skimpy on the avocado spread, but their bagels are good as well as their coffee. Everyone makes mistakes. I will always come back.

The girl at the register was so rude, my sandwich was so messy and only had toppings on half of it, and to top it off there was a guy smoking pot in uniform in the back. So unprofessional. Will probably never eat at an Einstein’s again.

I have a 5 and 3 year old and because that would mean 3 people would be inside they refused, even though I was the only family here. This is unreal.MAX 2 people at a time no matter if theyre a part of your family.

Everytime I eat at this Einstein Brothers, their customer service is top notch! I always am greeted with a smile by all of their staff members. My two favorite breakfast sandwiches are the Southwest Egg White (comes with Turkey sausage) and the Cheesy Mac n Cheese breakfast sandwich (comes with thick cut bacon). I dont eat meat so I order mine without and they are phenomenal! If you like breakfast sandwiches with bagels, dont pass up a stop at Einsteins!!

The cashier was very nice, the blonde woman with very gross beanie hat making the bagels / food was incredibly rude to the guest in front of me, to which I thought the guest must of been rude. Then she proceeded to tell me in a very LOUD manner how they didnt have any items I ordered (after I paid) then would ignore me for several minutes at a time . Then she made it a point to inform me they were closing in 1 hour (not 10 minutes) but 1 whole hour, as if I should of thought this place of business would serve different Items or treat customers differently based on the time of the day . I have gone here dozens of times and have never been treated so poorly, will not return with this employee is working

I’ve visit about once a month. My most recent visit was awful. My drink order was not what I asked, the girl scoffed at me and then reluctantly offered to redo the drink,,,, ummm no thanks, I threw it away, which upsets me now that I am without a drink that I paid for and after I put money in tip jar. Here a tip- don’t expect much. And when I called and spoke to a manger, it was not resolved. So awful that I take them time now to give a review. There’s a real problem that when you call to speak to a manager who you would think is professional, and then the problem is still not fixed. Hopefully they are more kind to the elderly people who probably keep them in business. You get what you pay for, and this time, less.

This Einstein brothers is just as good as any other with the food. But this place always takes so long just to get a single bagel. I go here because it is close to my house but I know that every time I go it will take me so long before I leave. Today I was the only person in line but it took probably 10 minutes before I got my bagel finally. The food is good but the service needs to improve.

Einstein has some great breakfast sandwiches. Their coffee is awesome specially their hazelnut coffee. Other locations Ive been to I would give it 5 stars. But I just when to this location the other morning. I showed up right after the opened and I think they was a little behind. But I went up and order a novalox and the lady who was working who I think is the manager was really rude to me. She gave me a bad attitude and was really short with me. I felt like she was upset that I was there right after they opened. But whats the point of opening at a certain time but not wanting customers!

This was my first time at Einstein brothers. We ordered two sandwiches...eh not great. Chicken, egg, & potato bagel & nova lox. Didn’t finish either one. Should of stuck to a plain old bagel with cream cheese. I did order a cinnamon bagel to eat later & when I asked for butter for it I was told butter is $.60! Seriously?! A bagel shop that charges for butter & cream cheese? When I’m paying over $2 for a bagel I expect a free butter packet lol I won’t go here again. Not impressed

Called at 1:40 for pick up they close at 2:00 and said they are open... but not making any more food ???? I thought it was a Food place they should change there hours if there not true to the time

The staff wasnt overly friendly, I requested and paid for extra bacon on my bagel sandwich. When I opened it up I only had a small portion of bacon. When I asked the staff about getting extra bacon I was told that its already on there, you got your four pieces. There were four very small pieces of bacon. I paid an additional $1.95 for extra bacon and got barely any bacon at all. I wasnt even asked if they could do anything to help me.I will never go back to an Einstein Bagels.They need to teach proper customer service.

The bagels were good, but the service was terrible. My husband ordered a caribou coffee cooler (frozen coffee drink) and it took about 10 minutes for it to come out, after he had asked about it several times. When he did get the drink, it tasted like watered down but heavily sweet coffee, and no whipped cream (which it is supposed to have). They also made our bagels for “here” instead of “to go”.

Love the large selection of not just bagels, but sandwich options. Plus they have self service coffee which I prefer. Outdoor seating is also something most places dont offer.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they take care of regulars. Ample parking and convenient location.

The staff here is always very friendly and efficient. I was dealing with a moody child during the morning rush, and they not only got what I needed, but also went above and beyond to cheer up my son.Once we eventually decided what we wanted, they had us in and out in record time, all while taking care of the other customers in the store.

Employees get annoyed when asked to do there job. Need better management to train your employees how to do their job correctly. Bagels are good they don’t know how to make coffee drinks at all.

I forgot my debit card and only had a check & my drivers license. Unfortunately, for whatever and it was not posted anywhere at all that they didnt except check as a form of payment. Wasted 40 minutes this morning driving out there because the locations closer to my house were closed today ( Sunday ). I know most people dont use checks as a form of payment ( myself included ) but I didnt realize it wasnt a form of U.S. currency at Einstein Bros. Sorry to vent but if I wouldve said it online when I was looking for locations I wouldnt have wasted my time & gas money driving all the accross the city.

I love their bagels, but man their staff is eternally grumpy and consistently messes up my order. I once ordered a sandwich without Guacamole here, and they literally wiped the guacamole off the turkey with a napkin and gave it back to me. It still had that nasty green residue on my sandwich. The OJ, while expensive is fantastic.

Their breakfast bagel sandwiches are amazing. I want to try them all. Plus the coffee is on par.
