Had a wonderful car buying experience thanks to Chris (Client Advisor), Dave (Finance Manager) and the rest of the P&W BMW team! Chris helped me spec out and secure my perfect car and Dave was very transparent and straightforward throughout the entire buying process. I was provided with an ample amount of updates while waiting for my car to arrive and the dealership even sent me a video of The Beast on the day of delivery. I would highly recommend stopping by P&W if youre in the market for a new or used BMW!

Let me start off and say I’m not one to leave reviews however, my experience with the Service/Collision Department at this dealership was way better then I expected it to be. My experience with Donnie and Amber…….straight up phenomenal. The first time I walked in I could tell I wasn’t just a client. They cared about me and my vehicle. My car means a lot to me I wouldn’t doubt that it’s in good hands. I have a major service coming up and believe me I’ll be giving my Man Donnie a call to schedule it. My initial car buying experience went well, however the dealership promised to repair small ding and dent for the first year of ownership for free and did not honor that promise when we had a small ding about 6 months later. I cant help but assess that the customer experience is different when you are not coming with your checkbook. I am glad I didnt buy any sort of additional warranty or protection plan as I am not sure how easy it would be to get them to honor it when the time came.

The collision center staff did little to make sure my experience with P&W is positive. They made no assurance that the reservations she made for a rental car went through and stated they knew there were multiple issues for P&W customers resulting in no rental car being available at the time of their collision appointment. I wasn’t called back and had to hunt down staff to get answers. My experience was the total opposite at another dealer. They were thorough, friendly, and made me feel valued as a customer.

Went in to have Dashboard vent replaced because it malfunction. I also was having the track on the rear cargo cover fixed. I was told by service that the parts would be in the next day, then with the parts wouldn’t be until Monday, come to find out from the parts department the parts have been in since the next day they were ordered. I called three times to find out if my car was ready because they told me it would be ready Monday afternoon and I have been one week to fix the vent. Stream parts department has been amazing, sales department was amazing, draw your own conclusion on service.

Audi A4 owner who had some serious scratch damage to the hood/side panels of the car. Audi Pittsburgh recommended I visit the PMW BMW group for their collision service & boy am I glad I did. Donnie Grey was super helpful and fun to be around. I was previously quoted 1-2k for a repaint & Donnie had my car looking BEAUTIFUL after a wet sand saving me hundreds if not a thousand...Visit these people for any detail/collision service & ask for Donnie!!

Had a great experience buying my new car. Process was really transparent, and the car was delivered from Germany within the promised timeline.Sarah Carson was amazing to work with ! Prompt responses, timely updates across all of the 10 brutal wait time weeks - even on days off and I was sent pictures of my car as it got unloaded from the truck :D. Chris Lasko, Sales Manager went above and beyond!!I was having a warranty issue and couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the dealer for weeks. I got ahold of his number through one of the reviews here, and he answered the phone immediately when I called.Within 30 seconds he had my warranty issue fixed and emailed to me. I just had a very bad experience with this dealership. I made an appointment to get my car serviced 2 weeks in advance. I even got the reminder in 1 week and the day before the schedule. However, no one comes on the day they were supposed to pick my car up. After multiple calls and left message to the service department, finally someone reached out to us. But the one who called us didn’t know what the purpose of the call and was not aware about our appointment. Apparently there was a power outage and they could not get our car serviced today. They offered to reschedule my car in another 2-3 weeks. Of course we decline to reschedule. It’s a very disappointing experience and we don’t want it to happen again.We know power outage is unpredictable. We understand that. But It’s upsetting that they don’t have the initiative and feel the responsibility to let us know in advance about the situation despite so many automatic reminder they sent through text and email. It just shows the lack of respect to our time that we have to arrange our schedule to make the time to wait in our apartment to pass our car keys. They also don’t feel the responsibility to get our car rescheduled in earlier slot but we have to wait for another 2-3 weeks. I will never bring my car to them again.

If you are looking for a new or used BMW, this is the place to go. My sales advisor took the time and really listened to what I wanted out of my new car. Once we found my new car, the finance team took the time to inform me of a variety of warranty and protection plans I could add. They made the sale easy and took the time to guarantee I was happy with everything. A few months later I ended up with a flat tire while they were closed. Luckily, I had purchased the tire warranty, and was able to drop my car off with little notice to have it fixed at no cost, even though they needed to replace the tire. Elita, my service advisor kept me informed throughout the day. They were even able to do some regular maintenance for me while they had it. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Thanks to Donnie and the collision team, my 2017 BMW is perfect. Like new. The right rear fender was scratched and bumped in. I dont know how they built it up and feathered in the white paint so it looks like the original. Donnie was terrific every step of the way. He offered to fix a secondary scrape on the opposite side for a small fee. The car was turned over to me spotless and shining. Thank you guys!

Be careful, these people are shady!!! Talked to a sales person on Friday to get pricing to pay for a car. Waited on a call back Friday afternoon... never got a call. Called back multiple time Saturday... they wouldnt connect us to a sales person and said one would call back... again no call back. Called again Saturday... no call back! Finally got a call back 4 days later saying the car was sold on the Friday we were negotiating a price. Very bad customer service!

I leased my Laguna Blue X4 M in the beginning of January and was advised by Donnie to get the rims and grill painted black to add an asthetically appealing and unique factor to the car. Fast forward to 8 months later, I finally decided it was time to do as Donnie had advised. He, along with the cosmetic/collision department, did a fantastic job with everything and I couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out. From 2013 to 2020, my husband and I used this dealership to service our previous BMW, and then in September 2020, we bought a new BMW here. Because of the pandemic, our purchase of our new SUV lasted from June to September. We experienced problems with the factory changing the model years. Our salesperson was uncertain about the vehicle features and prices. In the end, however, the manager at P&W stepped in and helped us to finalize our order. We got an SUV that was a fair price and that we love driving. The mechanics and salespeople were always respectful in their communication.

Work:Came for a full detail. Left with what seems to be a basic car wash. Several places inside were dirty and untouched, probably one of the worse details I’ve had. Exterior was also subpar.Service: Only reason I’m giving 4 stars. Customer service here was excellent. One of the best I’ve experience at dealerships around the city. Don made my experience perfect.Overall. I would probably come back for repairs etc if I needed it based on the service I received. However, I will not return nor would I recommend anyone to get their car detailed here.

Went in and worked with Laurene. Let me say she was AMAZING! Pleasure to work with, and so much do that my wife actually ended up purchasing a vehicle also. If you need a bmw, go see Laurene. She is passionate and knowledgeable about the product, and does a phenomenal job of customer service (she even put up with my OCD about a scratch). Fraud and Lies! The dealership sold me a lease end protection program, and promised me that I would not need to worry about anything when returning my vehicle. Be warned! The program they are selling is NOT guaranteed by BWM Financial and is NOT accepted. After 3 months of me returning my car with the lease end protection system this dealership has not paid for my end of lease expenses. DO NOT PURCHASE VEHICLES FROM HERE! They are a fraud!I spoke with the dealership several times, no one has accepted ownership.Update: It is now 6 months and the dealership has stopped picking up my phone number, or responding to emails.

Terrific service! I found a safety warning and it’s time to oil change of my car. I tried to book a appointment online but the website was down. Then I called them to make an appointment. In the phone they did not mention it’s a no-loaner-car appointment. When I arrive they said they physically have no loaner car, while I saw a loner car is just parking ahead. They asked me to rent a car in enterprise, or reschedule, or Uber??? Why don’t you mention this in the phone? How you assume your customers are living nearby? Or your customer would like to rent a car for 30buck per day? Avoid this dealer, there are other dealers supplying much better service.

Sorry for saying this, but this time I got deeply disappointed with the service. I came to P&W to make an oil change and resolve the problem with multimedia. I got my car back with the following problems:1. For the first time the Check Engine light appeared;2. An inside handle on the door, where they replaced audio speaker, became getting stuck;3. A metal engine plate in the trunk was not properly torqued and was left in such a state that it is constantly rattling;4. Plastic covers for isofix brackets were broken;5. The car was soiled and dirty both inside and outside;6. The car was not charged (this is electric vehicle).Now I realize that I need to get my car back to fix everything but honestly, I am very scared. I am afraid they could make it even worse.

Took my car in because an indicator light was on. They quoted me $5,800 to perform several other services, did not figure out why the light was on and returned it to me with three other lights on! I declined all services. One was for new spark plugs. They tried to sell this to me six months ago, and when I told them the spark plugs were a month old at the time (7 months now), they replied that, since they did not replace them at P&W, they recommended the service. Obviously they either forgot six months later or thought they could pull one over on me. Another item was for the throttle actuator, which I brought it in for six months ago, and they instead sold me a new battery (and various other services). Makes me feel like I really need to be careful and keep good records of service to avoid getting ripped off. It would be nice to have a service provider I could trust and who actually paid attention.One saving grace was Karen at drop off and pickup. She was friendly, professional, and went out of her way to be accommodating and actually make me feel like a valued customer.

David Lee did a good job of listening to my concerns and communicating updates. My concern is that this is the third time the car had to be serviced for the rear airbags since October. On the first service call I was charged $140 for a test drive to say the car needed an alignment, but never mentioned the lack of air in the rear suspension. Something has been missed during each service call - didn’t reset mileage after oil change, left socket used to remove locking hubs on the wheel, didn’t replace rear cover over electrical access panel etc. These are basic issues that can be avoided.

I didnt buy my car here but they have provided quality service. Of course there have been a few issues, but they have done their best from what I can see at all times especially considering they probably dont service a lot of electric cars. Not only that, but they didnt give me any issues about the custom coding that I have done to my vehicle. Quick service this time. I usually had to wait long hours whenever I went in to pick up my vehicle (I always showed up at the scheduled time), but my last trip went smoothly. The wait used to make me really mad, but not sure if that happens to everybody. It could be something to do with my old service agent. In either case, they are very communicative, and while they are little pricier than other garages, the quotes are not outrageous. BMW owners usually dont have other options anyway, and its convenient.They always suggest additional services, but they also never push them strongly if you say no. Almost everyone in the shop is very nice.

I have been a customer here for about 6 years and up until this recent visit I was only ever moderately satisfied at best. This was mainly because I never felt like I was as valued as other customers and wasn’t ever treated like how I saw other customers being treated. Nothing egregious ever happened but the experience, including customer service, was always just fine and I expect more from a BMW dealer, especially seeing other customers getting that white glove type of service. Despite a little miscommunication in the scheduling process, this recent experience was far superior to all of my previous encounters. I was feeling ready to take my business elsewhere when things really turned around specifically because of working with Kerri Lehocky. The scheduling process has become really easy, their response to coronavirus precautions feels responsible and the service was prompt. I feel good about continuing to give them my business.

Most recent experience with Kerri was the best, this dealership has always been accommodating to me despite me purchasing my car elsewhere. They are very easy to deal with, I would only ask that it would be faster to get the process moving when I pull into the service are for both drop off and pick up.

P&W BMW went out of their way to get my vehicle fixed. They were able to understand the clients needs even without my asking and catered to my needs in a totally professional manner. I have been to many service centers in multiple states over the past several years and I can undoubtedly say that I have never seen a better service mentality anywhere else. All the service consultants at P&W are professional and prompt. But Kerri and Julian deserve special mention.

The collision department was excellent with both of my vehicles!!! They made what seemed like major dents to me disappear like magic! Additionally, the detailing work was superb! My experience at P&W was second to none. My repair needed a part that required a loaner overnight—something neither of us anticipated. I live 2 hours away—no problem! The lady in service made sure I was taken care of and my car was ready as arranged. She explained to me about their valet service which I will be using from here on out! Great experience!

The whole experience with P & W BMW was amazing!! The staff was great and so was the service.. I ordered a new BMW (which I quoted through 3 other dealers too), P & W had the best price, the best attitude and they were so precise with the lead time and follow ups.Chris Lasko and Mike Brown were the best 2 people Ive ever dealt with within the car dealership industry. I took my preowned X5 in for 3 recalls and my engine light was on. I was given an estimate that was clearly more than it was worth. I hope those things that I took it in for were performed. After paying to pick up my SUV I went out to the garage to take it home and it would not start. I drove the car in there, but it would not start. They tried to give the car a jump but that did not work. I was told I needed to get someone to tow it out of there. I tried to talk to my advisor and she only told me that in our quote we said your battery was low No offer to reevaluate the problem, which I would have paid for another diagnostic on the vehicle. I had already paid 2 diagnostic charges prior to this. One for the check engine light the other because they could not open the hood of the car. After 4 hours of waiting for my tow truck to arrive I was finally out of there. I remind you I drove my car in there with out a problem, they drove it up from their bottom lot and then it would not start when I was ready to leave. Instead of checking on what the problem was they just wanted my vehicle out of there garage. I will never, ever, ever recommend anyone go to this place again. By the way this was a simple fix only a relay that needed to be replaced. P&W BMW service is terrible and I would recommend any but here.

Service is still good, but feels like is going downhill. As an example, they used to wash the car every time. Last few visits they didn’t. This recent visit they didn’t even ask.
