TOMMY was/is beyond great had us in and out with great payments and gave honest tips! Explained everything from the banks to insurance. Made my experience one of a kind we joked and laughed. They sold my pregnant girlfriend a truck with a rusted out frame. After the first week I decided to replace the rotors in the back only to find out the emergency breaks where non existent (just rolling around in the with no bracket to be seen to hold them in place. The break calipers where also damaged and needed to be replaced. We couldent even get new tires put on the truck due the the frame rust. We returned the truck after just 5 months just to let go of the massive debt that was accumulating after finding out all the issues the vehicle had. Theres no doubt in my mind this vehicle wouldnt pass inspection and had no right being on a lot ready for sale.

In spite of what some have said, I had a great experience here. I was looking for a particular Volvo and they had it in stock. I didnt deal with financing as I paid cash. Here is what sets this dealership apart... you can view the Car Fax on their website. In fact, its why I bought the Volvo from them. The car fax indicated that it had been serviced and had preventative maintenance done since new. Its true. When I took it to Volvo for an oil change, they were familiar with the vehicle. They inspected it and there were no issues. Its mechanically excellent, no rust at all, all accessories work (power windows, seats, locks, automatic climate control, sunroof, everything). It was exactly as described on their website. Very easy people to deal with and for folks worried about reliability, but the extended warranty for peace of mind.

This place is an absolute JOKE!!! They sold me a 2004 Toyota highlander that stopped working after 2 months. While in the shop to get fixed they found that the frame was completely rusted out and the gas tank was about to fall off. I cant believe they sold me a car for myself and kids that could have killed us! I will never go back or suggest anyone to buy a vehicle here. Due to this my family and I have lost out on thousands of dollars! Please be smart and stay far away from these con artists!!!

Well i was hurting for a car. A couple of people told me about this place so when i went there cant remember his name but he said i got a car for you but its in NY right now. Absolute worst experience ever. They didnt let me test drive the car. Didnt tell me what was wrong with the car. Every time I try to call them they ignore me. They lied to the bank about my down payment they said there wasnt any issue! The car has a valid inspection sticker on it..... Which it should not. I know where they get there inspections done and I will be contacting DOT to get the inspectors license revoked. Do not come here! I owe $8,000 for a car thats not safe and wont pass inspection!

I Recently bought an F-150 here. The truck is really nice. My credit wasnt very good and Tommy, my new car buddy, got me financed very quickly. As we were test driving it,we noticed the windshield had a small crack. They arranged to have it replaced in my driveway the next morning. Bought an overpriced used car and the E brake was broke which the owner agreed to fix. Then 2 weeks later I replaced the starter. 3 weeks later the tires almost fell off bad lugnut screws had to have those fixed, now today the drivers side window won’t go up. Car was inspected June 2019, bought it July 2019 and here I am another repair. What a joke!! I have bought many used cars and never had an issue until I bought from used car world. Never again lesson learned and from someone I knew. Unreal.. normally i have vehicles inspected first but I trusted the wrong person and paying the price. My time my money and inconvenience is all lost. They don’t return calls, fast talkers and once they have your money goodbye! They’re done with you. 👎

By far the best service Ive seen in a long time. Im a single mother with 2 children and was having a really hard time getting help with financing. I bought a Jeep from here a little over two years ago. A week after buying it I had to dump almost $1,000 into it to replace the spark plugs, get a new catalytic converter, and to replace the emergency break that actually broke off into the car, and repair the latch on the back hatch because it wouldn’t stay closed, and get it inspected. A few months later the transmission needed replaced. It seems every two months something else goes wrong. I’ve put over $6,000 of work into the car that I’m still paying off.I’m giving three stars because they were very nice and were able to get me into a car, even with my bad credit. If you do buy from here I would suggest to bring someone knowledgeable who can see possible issues with whatever car you plan on buying.

I would like to say most of the people on here have had a positive experience. I myself am looking at purchasing a truck from here. The people that are complaining need to understand a few things 1. Your buying a used car. 2 Its man made and at some point something is going to break. 3. Cars require maintenance you cant get expect to get in it and drive it not change or check fluids and expect it not to break or have issues. My son bought his first car from here, and low and behold it turned out to be a terrible choice. The car began to overheat no more than 2 days after taking it home. We had to spend money for a diagnosis, to find out they thought he needed a water pump or thermostat. No more than 6 months later it started to overheat again, after several diagnoses it turns out he has coolant getting in to the oil and will need serious repair work. It has been exactly 1 year since he bought the car and he can no longer drive the car. After paying 6500 straight cash...hes just sol.... I do not recommend getting a car here. Not to mention customer service wasnt that great.

They sold us a vehicle on april 23, within the first 48 hours the car had to be towed on 2 different occasions for overheating and breaking down. There are also many issues wrong with the vehicle that should have never let it pass inspection and they pretty much slapped a sticker on it just to push the car off the lot. Now it is sitting broken down still because the warranty they sold us or tommy and the dealership wont help us with the repairs to get it moving. It needs over $1500 in repairs just to make it driveable. Beware, they are scammers that take peoples money and dont care about what they purchase and resell. Crazy how every time i call to discuss this broken down vehicle tommy is either not in or he will pick up and hang up on me.

So a friend of mine sent me to this place to talk to nate. I was in an emergency situation and nate helped me extremely. He was completely empathetic of my situation and told me he would do his best. Rust Heaven. Dont waste your time here if you need a car fast they will get it done but over price it to you and it wont even pass inspection due to tons of rust. I bought a 2005 dodge Dakota and it failed inspection due to frame rust they deemed it unsafe due to the fact that if I get in an accident it will crumble and proved no protection and the brake lines were also rusted out. I am gonna let you know do a very very through inspection to the vehicle before you buy it because if you call they will say its your fault and it must have rusted out over the winter.

WARNING: DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A SAFE CAR: I bought a 1997 Lincoln town car 9months ago and was told the car has NO problems! When the car was due for inspection, I was told the car shouldnt been sold to me because of the lower control arm mount frame has a BIG ROTTED HOLE and dangerous to drive because if I hit a BIG POT HOLE the whole right side of the car wheel could fall off, NOW THAT IS SCARY. The rear spring perch on the rear axle is ROTTED too. They sold me a VERY DANGEROUS CAR that shouldnt be on the road! I gave CAR WORLD a phone call and I was told they would call me back, but they didnt, so my next step is calling my lawyer!EDIT: THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND HE DONT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS, SO DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU BRING A MECHANIC WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THEY SELL CARS THAT WILL KILL YOUSold me a chevy trailblazer with damaged frame and a ton of other problems. It ended up costing me several hundred in repairs 6 months in, and after another 2 months the brakes seized and combined with all the other problems I had to scrap it. $7000 in 8 months... My fault for not taking it to a mechanic before I bought it, but this thing could have killed me.

I have very bad credit and badly needed a reliable and affordable used car since my other one was on its last legs. I tried getting financed at several other new car dealerships that promise that they finance anyone but either they couldnt get me financed, or the amount they wanted to charge me for a decent car was way too high. I saw an ad for this car lot on the internet and submitted an online credit application. I got a call from Bob telling me that he could get me approved for several nice cars, and that he could offer me something on trade-in for my old car. I went in to see him and he showed me a beautiful Nissan Altima. The price was really good and Bob was able to get me financed with a lender that is allowing me to rebuild my credit. I was able to get a warranty and still keep my down-payment and payments affordable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Bob was very experienced and was knowledgeable and was honest and straightforward to deal with. The Altima I bought was newly serviced and inspected and has been a great car. These guys are a great place to buy a used car. They have nice vehicles and specialize in financing people who have really bad credit.

I got my first Ford Escape 05 here in 2013 never had any issues, the sales man was wonderful his name was either Dan or Anothony . I had no problems with my vehicle 👍 Its 2016 I come back for another vehicle which is a 2011 Jeep Liberty I got May 26,2016 I only had the car for bout a month & a couple days & already had to replace the water pump because it had a leak . I called used car world they sid there was nothing they can do about it & hung up 2 weeks ago my boyfriend bought a 2005 Cadillac CTS and they didnt even bother to put gas in it before letting me leave off the lot they kept the car on damn near E I dealt with Bull for my jeep & Tommy for the Cadillac ok salesmans but need to improve I am not happy that I already had to get a new water pump for my truck being that I just got it in May 👎

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! i purchased my vehicle almost 4 months ago and Ive had nothing but problems since day one! Two days after purchasing my car the windows stoped rolling up and down, the steering wheel is hard to turn, and now it cuts off. I brought the issues to their attention a week after the purchase and they did nothing to help. This is the worst experience Ive had while buying a vehicle. And I still havent received a copy of my warranty! Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
