The sales department is fine, the service department customer service is lacking. I dropped my car off yesterday for a recall and state inspection, I was told when I dropped it off that it would probably be ready by 4:30p today. When I hadnt heard anything by 4:30, I called THEM and was told it wast yet ready, but should be ready before 8 and that they would call me. Around 7:30 I realized I still hadnt heard back and I called THEM for a second time, actually had to call multiple times before someone picked up the phone. Once they did I was told yes it was ready for pickup. I rushed there and made it at exactly 8. Luckily I caught the lady who could process my payment on her way out and she kindly checked my car out for me, though she was understandably angry. I am not sure why the service department could not give me the courtesy of a simple phone call to let me know I could pick up my car. This has been a consistent experience with the service department since I purchased my car in 2019.
Took 3 weeks to get 3 hours worth of labor on my car done. They never called me with updates on my car. I had initiate contact anytime their was an update. Two separate days, I was told my car would be done. Only to find out, that it wouldnt be done that day. All service is supposed to come with a complimentary car wash, and topping off the cars liquids. They didnt do anything their website says thats included in their service. Apparently, they offer to pick up customers from their house to retrieve their vehicles during Covid. That didnt happen. They didnt even bring my car to the service door, I had to go find it myself in the lot. The mechanics did solid work on my car, but I will never return as a customer based on the unprofessional service I received. The manager Craig is a poor excuse of a manager and should be fired immediately. 0 stars for customer service and 4 stars for the mechanics.
This service department sucks!!!! My advisor Tina said she would call me when the part that I needed was in & promised to set up a loaner car for me....2 weeks went by & 4 voicemails later, I finally got in touch with Tina, made the appointment, day of appointment, called to make sure they had a loaner & of course they did not....spoke with another advisor Will, who was very apologetic & said Tina or service manager Eric would be in touch to schedule another appointment & still have yet to hear back....so I took it upon myself to take it to another reputable dealership. Very UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE EMPLOYEES.The sales team is WONDERFUL, especially Lori Zahovy
BOWSER HYUNDAI has given us very good service for the last 17 years. I trust Bowser with my car. I always get an appointment when I need it. Service is exceptional.

Service was HORRIBLE!!! I gave them a second chance and I am on day 3- no call about my vehicle. Individuals answering the phone continue to send me to voicemail. This is ridiculous. Im going to have to take further action against them. This is ridiculous. I wish we could give 0 stars. I could have taken my car to #1 Cochran instead of here....I am so upset.

Buying from them was great, HOWEVER, our car being fixed from them was not!! Today marks 29 days that we have not had our vehicle or a replacement vehicle which is covered under our warranty, and the ONLY time that I get an update is after I make several calls to them and get lucky to speak to a person and not a voicemail! Our car didn’t even get looked at til they had it for 4 days! We did talk to someone about 10 days ago and they told us that our engine should be there by the 27th, so I called yesterday and today and left messages still haven’t got a return call!! This is just downright ridiculous and uncalled for. I mean how hard is it to return a call and answer a question? No replacement vehicle, for a month??? Come on already!
Parts department are very unprofecional and try to intimidate you by yelling, didnt want to return the part that didnt work. The manager was great, go elsewhere.
Had my vehicle towed to Bower Hyundai on Monday 9-6-21. I made contact with Bowser several times this week and was only connected to voice mail. I never received an update about my vehicle and I had to initiate all contact with the service department. When I finally was able to speak to a representative, I was told that they were looking at it and it was up on the rack. I called back the next day and was told that they were just pulling it in to look at it and that they would call me today 9-10-21 with an update around 9:30 am. I never got a call back today and they lied to me!!! This is the worst service I have experienced from Bowser. I have bought 4 vehicles from Bowser and Bernie Jaras is the best salesman in the place. I would highly recommend him if you are in the market for a new ride. However, the service department has fallen off at this location tremendously. In the past they would have called me by now with an update and an offer for a rental while service was being done. That certainly does not happen anymore. I am going on day 5 of having to pay out of pocket for a rental with no update on my vehicle. Please steer clear of Bowser Hyundai service department. They take no pride in customer service and their lack of communication is down right horrible. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!

Took my vehicle in for a Tuesday appt and didnt get my truck back until I went there on Saturday morning because no one called me back after saying that they couldnt find the issue that I took my vehicle in for. The staff is unprofessional and clearly dont care about getting a vehicle repaired correctly nor the satisfaction of their customers.

Had an appointment for service at 5:00. I brought it in at 5:00, and they said it would be about an hour. At 7:00, I went to figure out what wrong. My car still hadn’t been serviced. They said they could start it now and it would be about 45 minutes. I took my keys and left. Waste of time.
I had the pleasure of meeting a great team at the service department. When I met Bill (the manager) he made me me feel important and handled everything while he smoothed out any wrinkles. In for the 82.5K routine maintenance. Chad did a great job letting me know what needed to be done for my vehicle... really appreciate the honesty and integrity of the service advisor and service manager re: an issue I had with the pricing of the service work. they really restored my confidence in having maintenance work done there at Bowser.
The best part of my experience was having my car returned to me...like a brand new car...cleaned and detailed. The overall repair from time on estimate to repair being completed took longer than I hoped, but I can blame Bowser Hyundai...with these uncertain times. Plus I always believe everything happens for a reason in the timely manner that it is supposed to happen. Just thrilled to have the repair complete before returning to school in the fall.

I have only had our Hyundai for about 7 months. I have only had oil changes and tire rotation done. The last visit there was a factory recall that was taken care of. So far I like the treatment that Bowers Hyundai have given us. I have told other family and friends they should consider Bowser for their next vehicle.

My engine light came on, I called the dealer and they took care of it.
My dealings were with the body shop, Bowser Collision. The issue was to repair some scratches I found on my new 2020 Santa Fe right after delivery. The work required painting, which made me nervous, but the repair was perfectly executed and done in two days. I was provided a loaner car, and the staff was very accommodating. Fritz was a pleasure to deal with.

Terrible as usual. Made an appointment for 9:30 a.m. and left for a doctors appointment after being promised that my car would be finished before I returned. Got back at 11:30 and it wasnt even started. Chad never apologized to me, but he did lie and say that he hadnt gotten a update from the tech in a while - it was never even up on the rack until I complained! I can see through the service windows!? Then he basically blamed me because I left. Making an appointment here has no bearing on when theyll start working on your car. Thankfully I only come here for free inspections. Seriously thinking of buying a Rogue or Murano just because Bowser Nissan always provided wonderful service when I owned those cars.
2.5 hours for an oil change and state inspection on a new car. No communication from the service people. Put sticker on paperwork stating vehicle was cleaned when it was not.
Brakes were in need of replacement. Repairs made in a timely manor.
