Was looking for a vehicle with third row seating and had spent weeks trying to deal with another dealership that just couldnt find what I was looking for, but instead trying to talk me into more expensive cars I didnt want. When I arrived here I told Ashley exactly what I was looking for and she immediately started telling me about the makes, models, years, price and mileage that fit my criteria. She knew all the numbers off the top of her head! I found the perfect vehicle for me, and they ordered and replaced the only issue I found with the car. Definitely would recommend them.

I bought my first car here! Small, family owned place. They are all running around constantly but still have time for you. Things do take longer but again, family owned and busy. Unfortunately I did run into problems and should have done some research before purchasing but they did fix what they could, no trouble and no cost to me. Cars are difficult, and unpredictable so I think with that said, they try to do what they can to make you happy and work things out.

Very Friendly service. We got to the dealership at 615 and they were suppose to close at 7. They took there time and helped us until we found the right car.Ashley was great. She really impressed me. She knew what year the, what year every car was, how many miles it had all off the top of her head. It totally blew me away.

Bought a 2005 Subaru Forester with only 64K miles on it thinking Id found a gem. Now, just over two months and less than 2000 miles of driving later, it needs a new head gasket, new timing belt, and has a broken wheel bearing (none of which is covered under the completely useless warranty they build into the price of the car). Cost of repairs is over half of what I paid for the car.

Stereotypical used car sales man you hear all the bad things about - dont do business with. Went shopping there for a first used car for my son, he was along. We looked at a 1995 Toyota Corolla in fair condition agreed on a price and put $500 cash down. Nobody at this business was wearing a mask and I was very uncomfortable for my son. When the paperwork was finished I just wanted to get out of there, the only reason I completed the sale was the price. When I got home and studied the paperwork I saw that thy had added $800 in processing fees to the price. That was on Saturday so I waited and called Monday. The answer I got was basically tough luck so I requested to cancel the contract. They said that was fine but they would be keeping my $500 so I said we would be down to pick up the vehicle; I was willing to cut my losses. He called back 5 minutes later and forbid me from his property and said that I would be removed by police. So they refuse to honor the contract and refuse to refund my deposit.

Didnt buy a vehicle from Jay. Just didnt have exactly what I was looking for. But he did buy my truck from me. Gave me a good solid price and I was happy. I would recommend giving them a look for your next used vehicle. Thanks again Jay.

I have bought three cars from here in the past seven years. I have had nothing but positive results and over the top service from everyone at North Hills Auto Mall! The staff know their cars and their business. I trust them to always be honest and forthcoming. Just picked up this beauty yesterday.

This place has a wide selection of desirable vehicles, and a well set up website that shows inventory. The sales representative Ashley knew the lot well and the mileage on all vehicles. I ended up driving out of state to purchase a 2002 CRV from here and the vehicle seems good so far.The downsides is that some of the vehicles on the lot have been allowed to sit for long periods and have flat tires. Although the overall experience was decent, there were periods of impatience and rudeness by the staff especially when negotiating prices. However, they were very cordial for the most part.I would recommend this lot to those seeking specific hard to come by vehicles. The lot doesn’t have the level of professionalism and car detailing as some higher end lots, so I advise you to thoroughly inspect your vehicle before purchase.One other positive note is that all the vehicles on the lot are one to two owners and they’re willing to provide a carfax report.

My excellent condition vehicle had the check engine light come on after two days. Avoid.

Went to go look at an suv and were greeted within a few minutes after arriving. Then, the employee went to go get keys for a test drive and came back never wearing a mask. No one working wore a mask the entirety of our visit. We went on a test drive and they had a route that we had to take “for safety reasons” that was short and smooth, though they did let me do circles in their gravel lot that had some pot holes. The car was missing all sorts of interior pieces, half of the buttons/lights on the dash were working (none of which were mentioned until we saw the car in person) and the mileage on the internet that they posted was the milage on the motor they put in it, not what was shown on the odometer. The price for the suv reflected a working condition but okay car when compared to others for sale but this car was in fair condition at best, though it had minimal rust which they brought up at every chance they could. Spray paint was used to cover up most of the front damage also not mentioned until seeing it. Zip ties on front end not reflected in pictures. Not the worst car lot I have ever been on but definitely a place to be careful what you buy.

I bought a Mazda 5 mini van needed it to haul the kids to practice and such, will be back for another vehicle when my daughter turns 16 to get her her first vehicle.

We bought a SUV on July 17 2020. They said they go over everything. Pulling away, tail light was burned out. The engine is now shot on the car. Took out warranty. only covers 60.00 hr. Not close to what mechanics charge. warranty doesnt cover pulling engine either. Total RIP OFF. They made us give review at time of purchase. We paid 6000.00 for the car and we are going to be in debt for another 3000.00 or more when all is said and done. We keep trying to call. They NEVER answer their phone. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR! We havent even gotten our owners card and we are putting all this money out. Also, the air conditioner blew out a week after we bought it. They are a fraud.

First off they rush you to do the review online while theyre doing paperwork for a reason. I was driving home the night I bought my vehicle and the check engine light came on. I turned around and went back and they were gone for the night. So I called. Jay answered the phone (I know his voice talked to him a few times) and after I stated the problem he proceeded to tell me that this is an answering service. Like I said I know his voice, but I played along and left a message. Well he didnt call me at all so I called him and told him the issue. He said bring it on Friday. The next day I noticed that one of the sprayers in my windshield washing system was missing and two days later I tried to open the windows because it was hot and I had no AC because he was waiting for the part and it was in my purchase agreement for it to be fixed, not a problem right?? Well I asked my wife to call and he started getting nasty with her saying it was none of her business and he was tired of us calling. I gave him cash. The full price of the vehicle and all . He tells us not to come back on the lot... So my mother in law was sick the big c. So we didnt go out there. So I have to fix this stuff on my own. These people are terrible. He sells stuff that is messed up and if you pay cash you are gonna lose out. Im gonna go out there and set up a lemonade stand for free. If it looks pretty its because they detail the vehicles so that you think they are taken care of. Dont buy a car from these jerks.... I wouldnt take a free carHe never gave me the repair that he said he would in the beginning. Rip off

Thought I bought a decent car but it completely broke down after 7 months. Mechanics there were supposed to fix what was said to be a $30 problem after just one week because the engine light came on and when I came to pick it up he had a list of things I never authorized him to do (and that should’ve been done before it was sold) and demanded $300. I took it to another mechanic who said they lied about the brakes being fixed because they were completely rusted out and dangerous to drive and couldn’t believe a car salesman would sell it like that, cracked belts, bad starter, and a list of expensive problems in just a few months. I wouldn’t waste a dime here again.

Absolutely do not trust anybody who works there, especially jay. Lies about vehicle condition, lies about service records, lies about everything ive noticed so far. Bought a car advertised with wrong mileage. The lengths they went to hide the mileage was incredible. Promising the whole time he had the records to prove it had a new engine, yada yada yada. Couldnt, then wouldnt prove anything. To court we go! Always print the vehicle info off his website, youll see the lies come out real quick. But keep that info! And NEVER TAKE HIS WORD, better yet, go somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle. Hes a disgrace to used car salespeople.

Tried to call place before we came and had no answer. When we got there, we were informed the car sold, yet it sat on the website for days after being sold. Very deceptive. Salesman immediately judged my price range before I even told him, and every single car there is completely overpriced. Absolutely would never recommend buying a car there.

Knowledgeable staff that works hard to put you in a vehicle that works for you! We have purchased two cars here (as have family members) and both run great and have been worth every penny. Very competitive pricing and you drive away with a clean, new-to-you car (instead of a new car that loses 30% of its value the minute you drive it off the lot). I purchased a 2002 Chevy Silverado 4x4 in October 2019 with 58,000 miles. I love the truck. Engine runs perfect. My mechanic looked over the truck and said it was in great shape . I did have the rotors replaced and some electrical work,nothing major. I also carry heavy loads for work and no problemsThe price was $7,999. Similar trucks I see listed are not only $2000 more, but they have 130,000 miles on the motor. I believe I was treated fairly and me and my wife were treated with nothing but respect . It also took me 3 weeks to get all the money together and They held the truck. When my wife needs another car, Im going back to North hills auto mall. They sold me a great truck at a great price. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! All the 5 star reviews is just the owner making reviews for himself. Ive never seen a place with so many reviews that are either 1 star or 5 star, makes you wonder. The owner, jay, is a very low quality person, like his junk cars he sells. Unless you enjoy being constantly lied too, avoid this place like the plague.

North Hills Auto Mall is a top notch dealer in every way! Their inventory of vehicles are high quality and also not priced crazy high. On top of that in my opinion I think the customer service you get from the North Hills Auto Mall team is one of the best Ive experienced from my car buying experiences. Everything went so smoothly. Im even impressed of how the sales people knew the inventory so well! That really made the process go more quickly and they put no pressure on the customer to purchase a used car. I even traded in my old vehicle and was very pleased with the price they gave me for it. I went to other dealers for prices on my trade and they didnt even come close to what these guys gave me for it and made me a deal on the car I wanted to purchase. This place was the best option for my vehicle purchase, I would buy again here for sure and would recommend.

Emailed and called yesterday to make an appointment and no one got back to me. I went there today to look at the vehicles and employees were rude, the cars that were listed online were already sold, and the prices are RIDICULOUS, especially on cars that need a decent amount of work. I had a very wonderful and pleasant experience purchasing my first ever car at North Hills Auto Mall. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. Any and all questions I had (which were many) were answered in a very timely manner and explained very well (which I greatly appreciated because Im definitely not anywhere near a car expert). I purchased my car in January 2019 and now almost a year later I am still in love with it and happy with my decision. It is currently 13 years old, and I purchased it with a considerably low mileage for its age, as well as no rust. It was clean inside and out and in wonderful condition. I requested to see the Carfax, and a copy was gladly handed to me to keep, which revealed it had only 1 previous owner and a clean history with no reported accidents. I also took it for a test drive. It still today runs fantastic and I have yet to run into any problems with it. I will absolutely recommend North Hills Auto Mall to anybody looking for a car and I look forward to dealing with them some time again in the future! Thank you for an amazing experience!

The owner made me give them a review at the time of purchase, in front of them. Which seemed little odd but whatever, I have now had the vehicle a total of 3 weeks and not only did the locks stop working but the ignition switch to literally start the car has broken. I called as the vehicle is under warranty and they said of course it isn’t covered. All the dealership said was call so and so his friend who’s a mechanic and of course it’s my issue now. So just spent 7 grand on a car that can’t lock and now can’t start or drive.

Went with my son to buy a new car for him because he wrecked his last one. This was the only place I could find a Honda CR-V in a manual transmission. Bought it and a couple months down the line absolutely no issues with it. My son is very happy with his new car and my money was well spent on a car that is very reliable.

TERRIBLE service. I was rushed the entire time and not only that. They sold me a car that was not in any condition to be sold! There were many problems with my car & one of them could have cost me my life. I had the car for no more than 5 months and I’ve already put $1,000 into it and when I expressed that to them they showed no remorse just told me it was no longer their issue. ALSO it needed to be inspected and they didn’t even properly do that, they just slapped stickers on it! DO NOT GO HERE!

We moved to Pennsylvania recently and wanted to buy an affordable used car for my commute to work. North Hills Auto Mall had the lowest prices around, so I checked them out. Ashley helped me out and she took the time to show me the cars in the price range I wanted. They were very helpful and polite whenever I called them back. I put a deposit on the car I wanted (note -- deposits are nonrefundable, although they said they can be transferred to another car) and purchased the car within a few days. It was a smooth transaction and Ive been driving the car for over a month now and its been running great.

Deceptive place IMO . The photos of his cars are taken at a parking lot not his lot .This makes you think this is a high end used car dealership.His place is a dirt lot and their office is a trailer.I looked at an overpriced Olds Aurora for $ 5200. The rear suspension and bumper assembly was rusted and corroded . The front susp. wasnt rusted because it was covered in oil from and oil leak . AC not working . the compressor was very noisy . He said he replaced the compressor . STILL NO AC .GOOD THING I DID NOT BUY THIS CAR ONLINE, WHICH NO ONE SHOULD especially here.He was rude . He abandoned me while I was still looking at the car.He would not let me take the car for a test drive.Most of their other cars had rust and/ or corrosion .IMO I get the feeling buying a car here would be more trouble than its worth . I ran away from there as I could

If I could leave a negative star review, I would. The car barely made it a month before it completely died. The manager was extremely rude and threatened my 76 year old mother in law to get off the lot. I made a huge mistake buying a car here because I thought it was a “ good deal”. I lost a lot of money and learned a very important lesson. If it seems to good, it is probably not worth it.

DO NOT GO HERE TO SHOP FOR A CAR!! My wife, daughter, and I stopped by to look at a car listed on Autotrader (that turned not to be on the lot). As we were leaving my car wouldnt start and asked the owner to provide a jump start. He then came over with a portable power pack to jump the car. As I was opening the hood, he proceeded to walk around the car and opened the passenger car door without asking, pointed at my wife and said - this is what youre going to do, give me a review on google and Ill help you. Couldnt believe what I was hearing!. He was insistent even getting a young woman to help my wife. Luckily my wife took her time before providing any review to see how this played out. He did try to jump the car, and diagnosed the problem correctly being a vapor lock and the car started after it cooled down. We immediately left. I understand everyone wants good reviews on Google, BUT YOU DONT EXTORT REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE WHO JUST NEED A JUMP! STRANGERS IN WALMART PARKING LOTS BEHAVE BETTER! NHAM - if you want great reviews - be kind, helpful and provide good service and good reviews will come to you honestly!!!.

My fiancée and I went looked at a car lots of cars jay was very rude and inconsiderate his favorite line is absolutely! Cars battery’s were dead missing rim covers he knew we were looking at a specific car and instead of telling us he didn’t have the papers ready for it he waited till we sat down and then tried to get me to give him money and my registration and info! Hell no worst salesman I have ever dealt with biggest douche canoe I know!

The North Hills Auto mall team did a wonderful job by finding my family and i the vehicle we were really looking for and that was in the price range. We had a certain range we wanted to stay in and they got straight to the point when we arrived. They helped my family and i find the perfect fit that accommodated our needs. The sales people are truly professional and really care about your needs in a vehicle. Everybody there was great and if your looking for your next vehicle definitely dont waste your time anywhere else where they wont attend to your needs and waste your own time. We were looking for over a month and everywhere else they pressured us and didnt have anything that even came close to this dealership. Found the best vehicle for the best price. I showed up to look at 2 trucks I had seen on AutoTrader that afternoon (the trucks are still on the website). I was told that one was sold and was given no explanation on the other. Several other of the trucks I had seen the night before on AutoTrader were not on the lot either.Now everytime I inquire about another truck through AutoTrader at North hills Auto Mall,I get no response.I guess my money will be spent elsewhere.

Do NOT do business with this shady car dealer!!!! BUYER BEWARE! I bought a car here in April 18 and have had nothing but regrets ever since. From the very first phone call (I live in NC) the salesman kept saying Let me call you back in 10 min then wouldnt call back. He insisted the car was in mint condition and runs great. After I FLEW to PA to look it over (and hoped to have it inspected by an independent mechanic) the salesman refused to allow me to take the car anywhere but his own hand-picked mechanic down the street. (First sign- I should have quit right then and there!) He insisted there was some state insurance law that would not allow me to drive the car without him in it and that he didnt have time to babysit (his word) me at a mechanic of my own choosing. The car had scratches on it that were not advertised or disclosed prior to me going all the way up there to see it in person. It also had mechanical problems that neither he nor his hand-picked mechanic would acknowledge. I NEVER should have carried through with the purchase and have paid dearly (over $3,000) to fix the problems with it since purchase. Not to mention the salesman was completely untrustworthy and rude Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership!

Great experience! We were lucky enough to find the exact used Honda we were looking for. Jay worked with us and got us an AMAZING deal. He allowed us to walk around with our fussy 10mo old and ease her fussiness by allowing her to eat puffs off his desk. His manager Jim was also great. We only met with him for a couple seconds but every time I came in he would stop his conversation or what he was doing and shake my hand and make sure whatever I needed was taken care of. Detail guy was also great. Working with us to get all the warranty options we wanted. He was also great with our fussy little one as it was very late when we were finishing up all the paper work. He helped to calm her down and entertain her with the few items he had on his desk. He made the buying process a breeze. He was also great about communicating with me on the status of the contract for the warranty work, he was always very good about answering all my questions over the phone and in person, replying to phone messages in a timely manner. Again, GREAT experience with Jim on the purchase, this is the dealer to go to.

Bought a Toyota Camry, service was excellent. I asked for help on the price of the vehicle and they took off $500 for me. Very pleased with the car and have been driving it for a couple months now with no issues. You definitely gotta check this place out. They have such a large selection and you can find a car that suits your needs in any budget.And Im updating my review just bought another Toyota from this place for myself and i absolutely love it!! My mother bought a good running, reliable car here a few years back. Now that I was ready to purchase a reliable car for myself, she brought me to the same place, in which I bought a 95 Honda Accord. The next day after my purchase, the car started running funny and I was having a problem with the gears. Well, immediately I took it back to Jim and Joe, and they really took great care of me. Though they didnt have to, and for free of charge, they took it upon themselves to fix my vehicle. Being it was an AS IS purchase with no warranty, I thought that was pretty cool of them to do that. A day and a half or so, they returned the vehicle to me in superb condition. I appreciated being treated with integrity and as a valued customer. Also, Im glad that it was my first stop and my last stop, it made the grueling process of car shopping, pain free. Lastly, it feels great to have a place to go where you can trust, and where you know youll get the best for your hard earned money. Definitely, customers for life, me and my mother!

This place has terrible customer service and they tried to sale us a car without completing paperwork. They sold us a car that ended up having several issues that shouldnt have passed inspection. But they said they inspected the car and put a new inspection sticker on it. Engine crank shaft bad, front wheel bearing, etc . $1,000 in repair and we only had car for 2 months. My daughter doesnt even drive much they told us that couldvehappenedin two months but parts corroded. When we called and asked about it the manager was rude and said they were not fixing anything. I recommend taking any car u attempt to buy from here to a mechanic in the area. Im actually looking into legal counsel because it should be illegal to sell someone a car that you said u inspected and passed it but when u take the car to a mechanic they say that your car should not have passed inspection. They sold us an unsafe car and costed us 1,000 in repairs after already paying 5,000 cash for a vehicle. Repairs most not covered under warranty. Buyer be aware. My daughter is still have problems with this car. She went to Walmart and it wouldnt start. I told her to see if its her battery. She is in college we were hoping for her to have reliable transportation but instead she never knows when she is gonna get stuck somewhere
