Been coming to so hills Lincoln for 10 years and have ALWAYS had the best service. Never a surprise charge and often they do things a little extra. They picked my car on time and communication was great. When my car return it was not cleaned or vacuumed or even wiped matter fact there was more finger print inside it. as part of the service they should clean the car.Also tires was not rotated. That’s my first 10k Service for my aviator black label with them and unfortunately it wasn’t good experience.

Due to the problems with the plant in Japan going down, our car was late coming in. Jeff, worked with us to extend the lease on my old car and later lent us a nautilus until our car arrived. That was helpful too as We could become familiar with the controls. We are very pleased with our new Aviator and with South Hills Lincoln!

I had service for oil change twice here. Both time Pam arranged me a rental vehicle that way I did not get stuck. They know how to provide great customer service. I had received points when I purchased Lincoln they used my points which was nice.

Throughout my life I have bought 9 vehicles from several different dealerships; our buying experience with South Hills Lincoln was the hands down the best! Our sales person Russ was Great! Extremely responsive before and after the sale. We traveled all the way from Washington DC (5 hours one way) to purchase this vehicle and would do it again based on the wonderful treatment we received from Russ and the South Hills team.

Incredible service and attitude ! There is a Ford Dealer less than a mile from me in Castle Shannon who I purchased several cars from when they were under different ownership. Over the years I purchased more than 6 cars and none from them. I called them for recall service and the same old ignorant useless attitude. The Ford site directed me to South Hills Lincoln who were incredibly polite and helpful. I kept asking them on the phone if they were really a Ford dealer. They did the recall service in the time they said they would and no upsell or other hassles. They didn’t need to upsell us because when it is time to trade our 2015 Ford Explorer, we will drive right past the place that is close to our house and go to our new found friends. Incredible difference in behavior. Ford you should reward these folks and shut down the others. I’m sure South Hills Lincoln would appreciate the additional business and the customers will benefit from their super improved Ford experience .

South Hills Lincoln did not have the tire I needed in stock, but they were able to get it in within the day and had me up and running by late afternoon. So impressed and they were kind and helpful to me as a customer through the whole process.

My ford fusion had some leak. We drove there without appointment. They accepted our fusion and promised to take a look asap. In two days, they gave us callback and told us that is leaking of antifreezer and issues with water pump. They have them fixed with new parts. No hassles no gimmicks. Great experience!

This is easily the best dealership I’ve used. You never have to worry about unnecessary costs. If it doesn’t need repaired, they don’t try to sell it to you. And if you do have to have something done, they’ll work with you to find the best price (IE tires). I literally will never use another dealer in this area.

This is the second time I purchased from South Hills Lincoln group and I am very pleased with the way they treat their customers. Matt is a nice salesman and the vehicle is very nice and was a fair price. The only reason they dont get 5 Stars is because they like all other dealers do not give you fair value for your trade. In my opinion trade in s/b 80% of retail but as we know your lucky to get 30-50%.

The service overall was pretty good. The only downside was that the car was done and outside and I had to wait for someone to have the time to complete the paperwork. Added an extra half hour of just staring at my completed vehicle. No more waiting on it for me.

Lincoln’s valet service picked my aviator up at my house. The kind man dropped off a vehicle for me to use while my aviator was getting an oil change, maintenance check, etc.They called me to update me with cost, etc. they then dropped my car off and picked up the dealer vehicle. This is very convenient considering I have two children I have to get to and from school. Love this service!

I purchased my car about a year ago from Justin. He was super professional and helpful. I came into the dealership after seeing the car I wanted on their web site. Justin wasn’t pushy, and very patient. The finance manager was very helpful and kind also. I go back there for all my car maintenance because the good customer service I receive there.

Stopped in to shop for a new Lincoln and nobody bothered to come out and greet me. There was some old white truck in the service bay blasting some kind of super loud air horn that was very obnoxious. I’m not sure what’s going on but it was not a pleasant experience

Nice car, car was inspected but within the month car had grinding noise, called the warranty department said rotor was not covered, so I took the tires off and saw the rotors were severely worn, the way the rotors were the car should have never passed inspection, called the dealer and told them the front was the same way, the back I purchased out of pocket for over 100$, I made a appointment at the dealer, two weeks later I arrive at my appointment at 8am, my car was not even looked at till 1pm and I did not leave until 530pm, highly disappointed with this kind of service
