The worst experience of my life, if I could give a negative star I would. When the car was first financed there was issues that needed fixed so they kept the car for a week. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed that there were still issues, I told them about it and they gave me the runaround for two weeks about the parts & a loaner. I got fed up & decided to write a review. An hour later that same day they called stating they magically had the parts and a loaner that they didn’t have a few hours ago, then they asked could I remove the review. I finally picked the vehicle up again after two more weeks for Jewelry I accidentally left in the arm rest to be missing AND both the floor rugs in the front to be dirty. Mike in parts is rude, in person & over the phone, he’s given me nothing but attitude and a hard time. Bill the manager doesn’t know what’s going on, the only person that were helpful/understanding was Eddie in Service.

I took my 2016 Outlander in for 60k mile service and a roof rack install. Very friendly and professional service, gave me a clear understanding of what service was involved and the costs, and when they ran into problems with the rack install (previous owner had botched removing the old rack) they let me know what needed done and ordered parts needed. They even washed the Outlander—didn’t expect that! Very pleased with the people and the work! 👍🏻👍🏻

My experience at Jim Shorkey North Hills was smooth from start to finish. I started online and used their trade in calculator tool, which quoted me about $3000 more than I expected, but was certain they wouldnt actually give me that in person. The next day, they contacted me and we made an appointment for the following day. To my surprise, the trade in quote wasnt quite as much as the tool said, but was very close, and my car even needed minor attention before they could sell it, and was still about $2000 more than I was realistically expecting.I showed up knowing exactly what I wanted with the features that I wanted. Tim the salesman was great, and found me what I was looking for based on MY needs, without trying to upsell me into anything different. The vehicle we settled on was missing one key feature that I wanted, and they went as far as to put me in a loaner while they added what I wanted to make sure I was satisfied. To make a long story short, I showed up, told them what I wanted and what I wanted to pay monthly, and I walked out with exactly that, nothing more, nothing less.As long as the vehicle itself stands the test of time, Ill be returning every few years for an upgrade without hesitation. Even if youre unsure if a Mitsubishi is right for you, I encourage you to at least give one a test drive, because I initially felt the same way but was blown away by the options and comfort at the price point compared to more popular makes.

Their is not a 4 hour wait to buy a car the longest that you wait is for them to detail your car that you are buying and that even goes fast cause they offer you coffee and anything to drink. I was really sold on going back to Nissan and buying another rogue but after seeing the Mitsubishi Outlander that changed my mind in a second to get it. We worked with Dan Wheeler on the purchase of a new to me Rav 4.The car had just been brought in and Dan was able to get us in it to test drive. He answered all our questions and we were able to make the deal. Since the car had just come in, they hadnt had a chance to detail it so he offered for us to bring it back and they would get that done for us. Three days later we were able to get it back into them and they cleaned it up and found a fuse that needed changed out. The service department and Dan too very good care of us and I would definitely recommend them for your next car purchase.
