Never.... NEVER... trust these people (for the record, Bobby Rahal has always been okay, not the best by far but they were average, my bigger problem is with Volvo proper).I leased a XC60 from Volvo, I returned the car with 1/2 of the lease mileage on it, then Volvo sent me a bill for almost $3,000! They claim this is because they had to put tires on the car but they ended up using the most expensive tires they could find. They also didnt factor in the millage that was clearly in their favor, instead of working WITH a customer they decided to do what they could to get more money from me.I have been leasing cars for decades, from BMWs to Mitsubishis to VWs and I have never received an invoice like this after turning a car back in. I will never EVER purchase another Volvo again for the rest of my life. I would caulk it up to poor customer service but thats not the term I would use for a company that goudges their customers like this. Be warned of their stick it to the customer business practices!
I had gone to Rahals in Cannonsburg this past week for an ‘emergency’ tire replacement due to damage from a pothole. My experience here could not have been better. From the customer service on the phone as well as at the dealership, to the atmosphere of the place, I would rate it overall a 10/10. The waiting lounge was comfortable and had a large array of beverages and snacks. (Continuously being cleaned/sanitized) The service done on my car went quickly for having called them that morning to get in without an appointment. I will 100% use this dealership again while I am living here in the Pittsburgh area. I am incredibly impressed with my overall experience and the friendliness of the employees!

This is the best facility I have ever worked with. The service is top quality. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and up front with time needed for repairs etc. Once, I blew out a tire on a holiday. I had the car towed to the service center without even calling them (I just left a note with what was needed. The next day, they called me at 9 am to say it was done! I CANNOT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH of the service center.
Tess is amazing! I would absolutely recommend you ask for her. She made my car buying experience the most enjoyable and fun experience I have ever had. My husband decided to buy me a car for Christmas. He allowed me to select the one wanted. Being the savy shopper I am I looked around for the best pricing for the car I wanted. Tess worked with me every step of the way. She was super responsive to my calls and emails. She worked to get my business. The day I walked in to buy my car it was a done deal no surprises or hidden costs. They were so nice to have my car wrapped up in a bow! I think Tess was as excited for me, as I was!

I been buying cars alot of years .and never had the pleasure of meeting a more professional staff. From sales consultant to service manager and new or used car manager.tess rash is wonderful. Knows her cars. Also madison the product specialist showed me the car options and how to work them . and went over them after i bought the car.. they are the two people you must see when going their.trust me i been in sales a long time
The service I receive here is outstanding. Starting with Ted Zak& George my adviser. Ive owned just about every luxury car including 4 Mercedes & can say they go to any length to make things right & satisfy customers. I have a BMW also and will most likely replace with a Mercedes because of the service I receive.
Nice place, but drove 2 & 1/2 hours to buy a car only to find out that it had been sold the day before. I was in communication with a sales person.
I would recommend downtown MB good service you can get a good deal on a new or used MB and other cars that come in they treat you like family service department will help you every step of the way with any concerns with your car good salesman will treat you fairly to get you into a new or preowned MB they are good people

My wife and I recently purchased a GLC300 from MB Pittsburgh. The staff was so very attentive I cant cover it all. They presented all the options for vehicles that we were interested in. Originally we were only considering the GLE350 but after seeing the GLC300 we realized that it is very similar and for us the gas mileage and lower step-in height this was the right car for my wife. Finding the car was the most difficult part of the experience due to the limited amount of vehicles available with the options that we wanted. We were lucky enough to find one and we driving off the lot within a week. I have bought 2 Lexus IS cars in the past and this experience was better and has me happy with the decision to buy the vehicle. I anticipate buying other cars from this dealership in the future, hopefully the near future.
I wish all of Rahals dealerships had the service dept. and customer service that the Rahal BMW has in Canonsburg. The service desk, mechanics and customer service reps. at BMW are amazing, helpful, friendly and courteous every time! When scheduling appointments they work to get you in as soon as possible and always do great work. Rahals Land Rover is the polar opposite, its as though you are putting them out by calling to schedule an appt. Never friendly on the phone or in person and can very rarely get service appt in a timely manner, even when you are calling due to the engine light coming on! Keep up the amazing work Rahal BMW--it is much appreciated. If I could service my Rahal Range Rover with you I would make the drive to Canonsburg everytime!!
24,000 miles on a car built by mercedes, still under warranty on paper. Two of the electronic keyes broke. So, they give us a mess of BS and treated me like an idiot, saying it must have been something on my hands that wore out each key within 11,000 miles. Well, each key runs $250 to replace. Price is Subject to how stupid you look I guess also, because the first thing they asked us was What did they quote you for a price?. That tells me they really screw you over as much as they can, if they have to ask you what price you were quoted,seems it isnt based on anything in a book, its based on how much they can milk you for it. Terrible location to go to. A friend of mine ownes a Mercedes Dealership, he drives a Lexus. Whats that tell you? Toyota/Lexus is also the biggest car manuf in the world. We even contacted our state attorney general over the matter, of course they did nothing, Mercedes said ask the dealer, of course they did not want to honor the warranty. I cant believe that upper income people whom buy these cars, are foolish enough to not see through the ass kissing these dealerships use on you when you are there, to grease you up for the *** ******* they give you, when they pull repair prices / rates and prices for parts, off the cuff of their shirts. Now, if Mercedes will screw me over on replacing a set of Keys within 24,000 miles, what do you think they will do if something major breaks on your car within a warranty period? Will the repair manager tell you the same thing he told me, Well, we dont know how you used it or what was on your hands to cause it to break LOL I guess they must have thought I had uranium or acid on my hands every time I started the car. ROFL. Gotta love the internet, years ago, no one would hear about how dealers treat customers, now... just by screwing one customer over a warranty, Im sure this will make prospective customers think twice before going here or dealing with Mercedes and getting bent over and SCREWED up the exhaust! Im sure within a few weeks, they will now get all their employees and family members to get online and post how Joyous and wonderful and honest etc their experience has been with this company.
In the process of buying a MB and the sales manager takes it on vacation for 9 days ! Why doesnt management have vehicles assigned to them ?
