I wanted to share what a wonderful experience Im having with Rohrichs service center. Erin is who helped me with getting my car safely to the shop after a accident, She went above and beyond to help. The process was fast and hassle free. She had connections with the tow company and quickly got my car moved. She offered a beautiful loaner car while mine was being fixed Once my car arrived they were quick to estimate and get working on it. Valerie sent me email updates every few days letting me know how things are going, they were able to cut costs on unnecessary things. This is 5 star service at Rohrich service center (West-Liberty). Would totally recommend to anyone who is looking to get there car worked on.
Great service and friendly staff.
Fast friendly service. Got my car in and out with no problem. Mike, the service advisor is a good gu, and the technician did a great job.
Wish I could write separate reviews for the dealer and service. Had great experience finding the right car and returned twice with family members to get a car with the Rohrich Advantage. Now about the Rohrich Advantage and their service... engine warranty is great, definitely worth taking the trip to get free oil changes, and free state inspections are an okay deal (save 12 bucks for inspection plus 7 for the sticker, which seems super high just for the sticker but at least its free). But then the emissions test is almost 40 bucks, which is way above what you can find elsewhere. So they make some things free and the things that arent have their prices raised way high. 26 bucks for a tire rotation is way more than I wouldve paid at the local mechanic or Pep Boys. Then I needed new wiper inserts since one was broken and decided to just get them while I was there. They only come in packs of two apparently so got charged 26, and then a $9.99 labor fee! 10 bucks for the labor to snap a wiper blade on. If I wouldve known that I wouldve done it myself. I know I shouldve asked prices beforehand but I figured the convenience of getting everything in one place is worth the slightly higher prices. I was wrong, as it is not slightly higher but way overpriced. Will not be returning for anything but oil change and maybe inspections.
Just finished having my vehicle serviced here today. Love giving these guys my business! Charlie and Mike are fantastic people and I always have great conversations with them when I stop in. Also, the technicians are awesome and got my vehicle finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for your service needs.Ps. Clean facility as well!
Rohrich personal is awesome. Great place to buy & maintain your next vehicle
Always friendly and great service
Amazing service every time you call. Great service technicians and friendly environment
Had a VERY disappointing experience with this dealership.First time around, fine negotiation process, great test drive, salesman was great to work with. Truck had some ants in it so as a condition of the sale they had to take care of that problem. Came back two days later, no ants, brought the truck home. Two hours later at home I go to the truck and there are ants EVERYWHERE. Dealership must have vacuumed a little and called it a day. Told the salesman I wanted to use their return policy and he said wait maybe we can exchange it for another truck we have. So I went back to look at their other trucks, first two he opens have ants everywhere! It’s no wonder, they park all of their trucks up on a wooded hill next to trees and tall weeds. Then the salesman says okay let’s find you a truck from a different dealership. A few days go by and I hear nothing, so I send 6 VINs if nearby trucks that could work, including one in Mentor, Ohio that I preferred. Nothing, salesman gets mad at me and leaves a nasty voicemail because I was upset that there was no progress and a rebate was expiring. Finally got them to return the truck and I drove to Ohio myself to get the truck! Really stark contrast between my experience at Rohrich and Classic Chevy in Ohio.
They was very nice and helpful like always thanks Ill see them next time
Rohrich was easy to work with. I found the car I wanted the night before, came in, and was helped right away to get it into the payment I wanted. Jennifer made car buying easy and enjoyable and made sure all of our concerns were addressed before signing. Plus you cannot beat the perks of buying from Rohrich...free oil changes, free car inspections, free wash with any maintenance trip, and loaner cars/customer shuttle if you need to drop your vehicle off for service. Great buying experience!
Definitely 5 stars because Jason Hudson did an outstanding job helping me figure everything out! he did his best handling everything, making it easier for me and he definitely makes sure his customers never leave disappointed! highly recommend this dealer and if youre considering buying a car from here, ASK TO SPEAK TO JASON HUDSON. I promise he wont disappoint!!
ALWAYS makes me feel welcomed.. Explain with thorough detail of whats going, what can be done, &/or what should be done... Customer service is GREAT... Have no problem returning
I had a 2001 Chevy Cavalier break down on me this past Monday. I now have a 2016 Chevy Equinox on Thursday. Jason Hudson was such an awesome person to work with. Because of him and his knowledge and friendly personality I was able to get a great car and in such a quick timeframe. Thank you Jason!
The Implala runs good. I believe that choosing Rohrich Chevrolet to buy my car was the best choice. Larry was very nice & patient as I test drove a couple of cars. I would defiantly be buying my next car from Rohrich.
Had my oil changed here and was told I had three free maintenance visits through my warranty. After my second oil change, I was told by Rohrich employees that I still had one free maintenance visit remaining. Upon arriving for my third maintenance visit a few months later, I was told that I had used both of my free maintenance visits, and this one would not be free. These men are liars, they are going to lie to you to make you pay more. Dont come here for service. I was planning on coming here for my inspection, but theyve lost that business with ease.
Can get pretty busy at times but they handle everything pretty good.
Went to this place for a recall. Little did I know what the result would be...a little long but youll know EXACTLY how these people do business and with expensive vehicles... this read will save you money for sure. .They fixed 5 recall issues within 24 hours. When I got there my car was running and waiting for pickup. Next morning my car wouldnt start. They took my car back saying theyd fix the issue no problems as I didnt have that issue when I turned it in.Called me back 4 days later saying it was a dead battery. 4 days to diagnose a dead battery?!?!No problem its a new battery so charge it. NOPE!!! It wasnt related to what they did they say and wanted $250 for a new battery as this one was dead. The problem is my battery was BRAND NEW and I had no troubles until they touched it. Oh and when I turned my car into them I now had an oil leak! OIL EVERYWHERE ON MY DRIVEWAY! Turned it in for a simple recall and left with 3 new problems I never had even any sign of....I paid them. They said dont worry the battery was the only issue. Again they had my car running. Got home tried to start the car NOTHING! They never fixed the issue they created and charged me for something different! Now Rorhich wont return my calls to honor the work they did wrong! I got one phone call back from them...IT WAS THE SALES DEPT TRYING TO GET ME TO BUY A NEW CAR FROM THEM!!!Now Ive got to take them to the magistrate because theyre trying to sweep this under the carpet and ignore me after they got their money.Funny thing is when I turned my car in the first time the mechanic was talking to the office and what he was saying was exactly the same problems I would come to have. That car was in for an inspection.Somebody working there is absolutely trashing cars to make sales and scam people. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT RUINING YOUR VEHICLE TO SIMPLY TRY TO GET YOU TO BUY FROM THEM.
Best service. Never overcharged for any work.
Ryan was fantastic salesman and finace was awesome as well. It made a bad situation (total loss of my vehicle) a much better experience. So happy with my new 2018 equinox from the moment i drove it off the lot.
Service department knows what theyre doing. They just dont care. They will most likely spend the first 10 minutes of the conversation telling you why they cant diagnose / fix the issue. If they worked half as hard at trying to make customers happy as they do trying to get out of work, theyd be in great shape. As it is, take your car somewhere else.
My experience with Rohrich Service Center today and as usual was one of excellence. They have been taking care of my vehicles for years and treat me as family they can never do enough when it comes to my safety and assure me my vehicle is running up to par.
Always ask for Dave Sr. Hes does great work on any car.
Dropped my car off because the check engine light was on and I had taken it somewhere else for them to run the codes and they said it would be under warranty. I specifically told them what was wrong with the car when I made the appointment, but apparently that was neglected. I got a call half an hour after my appointment (which I had to wait over a week to get) saying that my car was ready. I asked if it was actually fixed and she assured me that it was definitely fixed. I drove it home and the check engine light immediately came back on, along with two other lights that said service traction control and stabili-track. I called the dealership and they informed me that they didnt investigate the matter further once they fixed an unrelated recall issue because the check engine light went off. The car almost stalled and was backfiring on my way back to the dealership. Then, no one called me to tell me it was ready. I called the next day and they didnt know if they fixed it or not so they had to drive it to check. I was never informed what was fixed or received any invoice. It was a terrible experience and I would never have gone there if I had known that I would be treated this way. I will be going to another Chevrolet dealer if I ever need anything else fixed under warranty.
Purchased a car from Larry Mercurio on 6/7/16. He was patient with my hectic schedule that day and worked with me to close the deal. We were very pleased with the service we received. I would highly recommend him. He gave me his opinions but didnt pressure me either way. A+ experience!
I had excellent experience with them last month. My husband and I bought 2016 Santa Fe and traded in our VW. Jennifer from the internet team was very honest over the phone and didnt give us any promises that they wouldnt keep. The value of my traded car was few hundreds less than I wanted but the car we bought was priced fairly...Chris was our salesman and he was exceptionally honest. He did his best to get us a good deal. When I bought the car I noticed that the car mats were not there, likely lost when they were cleaning it. After 2 days when they couldnt find them, them ordered factory set for me and didnt act like we dont care the deal is done. Small, but we appreciated it. Good place to buy your new car.
Jennifer was amazing! She didnt play games with us and worked really hard to get us the vechile we needed. I would highly recommend .
Our experience at ROHRICH CHEVROLET was awesome !! Our salesman was JASON HUDSON,great guy, made us feel like we were his friend for years. Seen the Chevy Silverado on their website, was a fantastic price. Called ahead to make sure that we would get that exact deal that was posted. In the past we have visited other dealerships, told we didnt qualify for the rebates that was in the ad.Paid the cost that was online, very happy with our purchase. Will recommend Rohrich Chevrolet & Jason Hudson to family & friends. Probably one of the best visits that we ever had at any dealership !!
Made an appointment two weeks in advance to have recall work done on my vehicle. I was told the job would only take about an hour. I dropped car off first thing in the morning. When I did not here from the dealership by mid afternoon I called and was told the service manager would call me back. After 30 minutes I called again and was told the same thing that the service manager would call me back. After another 30 minutes I went to the dealership this would now be around 4:30 in the afternoon. I was informed at the service desk that the part needed for the recall was damaged and the work could not be preformed. I was told that the dealership would call me the following week when the part came in and I never heard from Rohrich. 3 months go by and I received a post card from Rohrich telling me to call them because I had recall work that I still had not had completed. I rescheduled and this time waited for my car to get fixed.
Larry is a good sales man. Explained everything about the car with us and he even helped us set up our Onstar. Would definitely come back.
Rohrich Chevrolet deserves 5 stars! The customer service is fantastic! Chris even drove out and delivered my car to a more convenient location! .
Update 8/14/17.Had a scheduled appt. for an oil change and tire rotation. Waiting room was empty when I came into the service department. It took service 2 hours to perform an oil change and tire rotation....2 HOURS. I could do it faster in my driveway with a floor jack.Literally anywhere else is better then this place.1) The showroom is horribly outdated. You have to talk numbers in the middle of other customers.2) Employees are incompetent. Jason the general manager looks you dead in the eye and makes promises yet never delivers.3) The shop, body-shop, and sales are all on different planets. They cant communicate to save their life.Just stay away from this place. Its very shady and they couldnt care less about their customers...Youre just a number!
Made appointment, in and out in 1 hour while I waited. Did great work.
Larry provided excellent service during my car buying experience. He was knowledgeable, a very responsive to my questions.
Just came from Rohrich Chevy Service. Very professional and curtious. They fixed my problem without a hitch. I would recommend.
The service department is abysmal. I had to bring my car back after an inspection because I had forgotten my insurance card at home. When I brought it back, they had already done the inspection and I had already paid. I still waited over two hours for them to put the sticker on my windshield. On top of that, the staff is incredibly rude. On both occasions I’ve been here, the service workers have just had terrible attitudes and have treated myself and the other customers here horribly.I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can never spend another dime on a Chevy.
Im a little late with this review but here it is. May of 2016 I was searching for my first new truck, and I have gone to several GM dealers an disappointed and about to give up when I decided to try one last time, this time I went to Rohrich chevy and I have to say this is by far the best dealer experience I have ever had. Jennifer got me the deal I wanted plus what I wanted for my trade with no hassle. Jennifer was the sales person at the time. Got my new silverado first new anything I ever bought an love it and love the service department as well. My aunt also bought a vehicle here tho I cant remember who he was but you all taken good of her as well. Thank you.
People are friendly; services was quick, they even wash my car 👍
I always have a great experience at Rohrich Chevrolet service center because Im usually in and out of the dealership within a reasonable amount of time and the staff is always very accommodating and helpful.
I would never recommend Rohrich Chevrolet to anyone! I was sold a vehicle with rust damage, missing buttons, bad rotars, heating system isn’t working correctly, they told me there was Bluetooth in my vehicle and turns out there isn’t. I’ve called everyday twice a day since I bought the vehicle 3 days ago and they have basically done nothing to make a satisfied customer out of me. I drove 3 hours to get this vehicle. They have no courtesy for their customers. They don’t have a return policy. So I’m stuck with the issues to fix them myself which will cost more than the vehicle itself! I’m buying vehicles privately from now on. Thanks for the horrible experience of buying my FIRST car Rohrich Chevrolet!
Bought a car from Jason Hudson very knowledgeable on vehicle and helped me make an informed decision before purchasing vehicle.
Wanted to buy a Chevy trax from these guys because they are the closest dealer, and I refuse to drive 30 miles for service to a dealer in Podunk, and I’ve always grew up around Chevys...just love em!Was handled by a under 30 fella who constantly left to talk to the sales manager, a tactic that I thought went out of vogue 25 years ago.He took me for a short test drive, and when I asked him where the Trax was made he told me Lordstown Ohio, not knowing that I knew they are produced in Mexico or South Korea. The kid was either lying or oblivious to a pertinent fact on a product he was selling, but I think he was in the first category. When I asked him if I could get the color I wanted he said that he could only offer me a good price on the 4 Trax they had in stock. So much for getting the customer what he wanted!!The strangest part was after I left the store, NO ONE ever bothered with a follow up call, which every dealership I’ve ever been in routinely does. The entire experience was like “here it is, take it or leave it if you don’t like it, who cares”??Routinely talking with a cousin I found out he experienced the exact “take it or leave it” attitude at their Chevy store.... he corroborated my story exactly .Another friend who sold cars up the street and retired a while ago said the exact same thing that Rohrich is so fat and established they really don’t care if you purchase from them or not. A truly disheartening experience.I ended up down the street a short time later with a new Subaru exactly like I wanted. It’s a nice car, but the sad part is Rohrich didn’t care how much I wanted a new Chevy. Overall, a rather strange and disappointing attempt to buy a new car.Draw your own conclusions........
Larry Mercurio was my sales consultant. He literally spent an entire day with me and my family ensuring that we had an optimum experience. Larry made us feel welcome and made me feel like my business was wanted. He even interacted with my kids when they started getting impatient with the process. Larry was professional at all times. I would contact Larry in the future when Im ready for my next vehicle. My only complaint is with the service department that Larry had nothing to do with. They sent me an hour and a half away from home to get a tire pressure sensor light turned off at a Susuki dealer; only to get there and find out that the $600 a piece sensors had been removed from my tires.
Still great service and prices.
SALES EXPERIENCE:I went to two other dealerships and they would not help me. I then looked at Rohrichs google reviews and saw that Jason Hudsons name was consistent with excellent service and that he continued to be mentioned in the reviews. I Originally didnt have him as my contact, but when I got to the dealership I requested (begged) to get him. Two other dealers refused to assist me with my purchase of a 2017 Chevy Tahoe Z71, Jason had me in the car a few days later! AND...they didnt even have the car at their dealership, he had to get it from somewhere else! My expectations were exceeded. So here is what I learned through this process: If youre going to buy a Chevrolet, call Jason Hudson. Thanks again, Jason!- The guys from G.I.HAUL
TYPICAL SLEAZY SALESMEN.My wife and I stopped there to test drive and possibly lease a Volt. Their first set of numbers for the Volt was high and the trade value for our car was a couple thousand low. Nothing exciting there, I know the games. We told them what we needed to make the deal and they didnt seem willing to negotiate, so we left and wen across the street to look at Mazdas. When we got there, we realized the Chevy dealership still had our registration card, so I ran back across the street to get it. The salesman scurried around the office like the little weasel that he is, pretending to look for it. Meanwhile, the manager says Im glad youre here. We made some calls and can get you the numbers you wanted. Sure, whatever, Im here and waiting for my registration card. A little bit later the salesguy comes out with a new set of numbers showing EXACTLY what we wanted to pay for the lease... EXCEPT the tiny print now said 10k per year, not the 15k per year that we were negotiating on! I bring it to his attention and he says oh thats just the default that prints, Ill have him print another oneThen he comes out with another paper showing the 15k and of course the monthly payments were much high.I politely thank the weasels for trying to trick me and leave without my paperwork that is still missing. After I get back to the Mazda dealership I tell them what their friends across the street tried pulling and a little bit later someone shows up with the lost registration card. So yeah, they wasted my time and held my paperwork hostage while the could work their black magic on the numbers.
Let me just say that Rohrich Chevrolet was great and I am glad I came into the dealership. I inquired about the 2016 Chevy Impala 2LTZ that was 20% off MRSP Friday evening just before I got off of work. I was emailed and called almost immediately by Christine Majewski, the Business Development Manager however I was still on the job and couldn’t answer. I emailed her letting her know I wouldn’t be able to come in the same day and she told me that Chevy was ending their 20%. She also responded saying that if the deal was still on the next day, she’d be sure to let me know. I was emailed the next day saying it was extended and I went to the dealership after work on Monday two days later. I was greeted by the manager, and also my sales consultant Kevin who was amazing. He made my mother and I feel so comfortable. They were extremely pleasant the entire time. We looked at the vehicle, took it for a test run, and he informed me of all the specs. Finally after looking at it a million times because I had to be sure I loved it and I certainly did, we went inside and sat down and I told him my desired payment monthly. He left and came back 5 minutes later with an even better payment and shook my hand! He told me the car was mine and I had only been there for less than an hour. I literally couldn’t believe it and I didn’t show enthusiasm until I actually signed the papers because I was literally blown away. I got a very nice APR and 20% off the jump. Let me just say I couldn’t be more pleased and I would HIGHLY recommend going into Rohrich Chevrolet, they will not disappoint. Kevin stressed to me the entire time the most important thing to the dealership was customer satisfaction. I really enjoyed going there and I will most certainly do business there again. Thanks Kevin and Christine!
In full disclosure, this started out as a much lower rated review about how I had to bring in the car multiple times, and wait for parts to come in, and how I wasnt getting called back when parts came in and there didnt seem to be any continuity between visits in terms of knowing why I was there or what had been agreed to previously. Rohrich was able to turn all of that around on my final visit and take care of my cars problems professionally in the end.The dealership I bought the car from - Greensburg of Toyota - had left exposed wires in the car when the sold it to me because either they or the previous owner had removed a custom stereo system and left bare exposed wires touching the metal frame, the spare tire, etc. If I had tried to get at the spare tire under the hatchback space I could have been electrocuted. These wires resulted in a series of electrical problems that were initially difficult to diagnose, and required them to order part after part to try to fix an issue with my dashboard, until they finally checked out the wiring of the stereo and found the exposed wires. Rohrich is documenting the problems so that I can try to get Greensburg to replace my stereo... Rohrich fixed everything else as under warranty. So it was a frustrating situation (for everyone, Im sure) but I was happy to have it taken care of the way it was and now I just need to move on to getting the other dealership to fix the stereo, which is completely fried due to the short created by the custom subwoofer and speakers being ripped out. I will likely bring my car back here if I need anything else.
As someone who takes meticulous care of his vehicles, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of work at Rorich as well as the professionalism and pricing structures.I have a 15 Camaro SS that required some warranty-covered work - loose weather stripping, rattling sunroof, center console not shutting due to chipped/broken clip mechanism as well as a few other issues including drivers mirror not working (faulty switch) and noise from the blower mechanism (ac/heat).First trip - they re-attach weather stripping, tell me my mirror is fixed and that the tech couldnt replicate the rattling sunroof issue. The weather stripping was attached but the job was horrible - huge dents where the tech glued and pushed his thumb in to secure the weather stripping which now interferes with my window going up and down, it is uneven along the entire door, and old glue is exposed. That was the first issue. Second issue - tech didnt even TRY to fix the mirror - he tested the left/right which worked, but the up/down didnt. He said I tried the left-right which worked so I assumed the up/down worked - these are his exact words. I also dont believe they were unable to replicate sunroof rattling when Ive had no less than 10 people in my car who confirmed they heard it.Second trip - same deal - Rorich denied the majority of my problems existed and refused to repair - rattling sunroof, center console not clicking/locking shut, etc. The manager - Charlie - got involved and reiterated what the tech said. Frustrated, I took my vehicle home and tried to find another dealership who would actually listen to me, but due to time constraints, convenience and ongoing issues I spoke with Charlie (manager) who said he would line me up with a loaner to cover me while they took care of the ongoing/new warranty-covered issues.Charlie specifically told me he had 7 loaner cars, every single one was out with a customer and I was second on the list. Two weeks go by - nothing - I call back and am told I was still on the list. Two more weeks go by, I call - leave a message directly for Charlie - no response. We are now at nearly 2 months after I was initially promised a loaner and the dealership would have me believe that SEVEN loaner cars havent come back in a period of 2 months. As far as pricing structures are concerned..$1300+ for rotors and brakes on ONE AXLE - granted this is a Camaro SS, but that cost - even with GM parts - should not exceed $5-700 as per TWO other Chevy dealerships. A local shop a block from my house will do the work for less than HALF the price. Want tires mounted and balanced? $300 per Krystal @ Rorich - compared to other shops that will do it for 20/tire.I contacted another Chevy dealership that is actually close to my work location and they were more than willing to help me out and address my issues. As someone who is on his 2nd Camaro, I will never give Rorich business and I will direct all family and friends away from this dealership due to my experience.
Nice friendly staff very professional would highly recommend
Larry was a great and knowledgeable salesman. Highly recommended!!
I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership. The service advisor was rude and insulting. They refused to fix an issue I was having. They tried to blame a transmission issue on a aftermarket air filter. When I asked for someone to explain their absurd reason for the issue I was having the service advisor said something to the tune of Why? Are you a mechanic? Their explanation for my transmission issue was that the engine was getting too much air which almost made my head explode at how ridiculous their reasoning is.I also had them do a recall which they did not perform but logged it into GMs system that they did it and the paper work I received stated they didnt do the recall. The cherry on top is that they tried to charge me for diagnosing my transmission issue that they at first could replicate then they couldnt even though the vehicle is still under warranty. All I can say is avoid all GM vehicles and their terrible dealers. This is how Ive been treated at all the Pittsburgh GM dealers. They try to push the issue down the road until your warranty has expired so they can then charge you.GM doesnt care about their customers after the sale is complete and they have your money. Their vehicles are plagued with issues that they know about and they do nothing to help their customers. You have to look no further than the air bag & ignition issues they have had.Edit:I took my truck to Colussy Chevrolet to have a recall done and I asked them to check on a previous recall on the seat belt that Rohrich said my truck didnt need even though I got a letter from GM saying that new parts needed to be installed on the seat belt to prevent it from wearing out and breaking and possibly replacing parts if they were already showing signs of wear. Rohrich put it in GMs system that they did the recall even though they didnt do any work on it. Colussy showed me that the recall wasnt done and actually did the recall and reported it to the district service manager. I have never seen such careless disregard of customers safety or such incompetent work as has come from this dealer.I would not recommend the Rohrich dealerships to my worst enemy. If Rohrich was the only dealer in Pittsburgh I would rather walk or take the bus than give them my business.
I have a wonderful experience in buying an Acura MDX a couple months ago from Rorich Acura . Larry, the sales rep, is a very knowledgeable and patient. He explained all car available in the lot and when I interested to a couple of them, he meticulously provide all information about those vehicles inside out. He also described in detail all car loans available that could meet my financial needs. It took less than an hour before I finally decided to buy it. I am very happy with my decision to buy the vehicle.
Terrible service had my car brought there because century3 chevy was backed up..Rohrich said they would get to it that week this was the 26th of June..its now July7th and I just had my car picked up to be serviced else where...They never touched it it sat for 2 weeks for nothing..Told me the transmission guy been working on same car for a month...that was a red flag to me..means he doesnt know what he is doing...stay away from this place if this is how the treat corvette owners you dont have a chance with a Cruz....bad bad bad business.
Service was good and they cleaned my car.
Quick and good service. Parking is a bit tight
I would like to thank you for having courteous and caring people working for Rohrich Chevrolet such as LuAnne. On Tuesday May 7 I got stranded in a downtown Pittsburgh parking lot. I was attending the AIST show at the Convention Center. I drove in from Cincinnati. I locked my Corvette car key in the trunk by accident. LuAnne worked with my wife to provide proof of ownership, got a trunk key cut, stayed late, and drove me back downtown during heavy PM traffic. She would take nothing for all of this except a Thank You. It was like an angel popped up in my life to help me.
Im not wasting the time it would take to write the review it would take to fully explain the terrible buying and service experience Ive had with these punks so Ill be quick to get my point across.Mike, my salesman, was a grumpy jerk who sold me a certified preowned 2012 chevy silverado. Despite the fact that it was certified and thank god it was, it had multiple issues. Three interior water leaks, rear differential housing issues that caused a grinding noise at 3k rpm in first gear as well as transmission issues during the downshift from 3rd to 2nd and 2nd to 1st, mp3 aux input jack was loose and cutting radio on and off while driving, and a few other things. I took the truck in twice to have them fix and I was always told that they was unable to duplicate the problems by the clowns working in what is jokingly referred to as the Service Department.... only after losing my mind in the GMs office did they agree to fix the leaks but the issue with rear differential didnt get fixed until I took it to Cochran of Robinson. Thank god I had a Certified Preowned otherwise I would have been out a grand for that alone. Cochran, so far, has fixed everything except the transmission issue only because I havent pushed it being too busy to drop it off lately. If you need a Chevy, go to kenny ross, otherwise cochran. Stay away from small places like rohrich who nickel and dime you on every little thing until you end up regretting it until youre screaming in the GMs office like I was. They are small and dont have the turnaround to be able to offer the deals that larger dealerships can, which is also why their service center turns the harder work away, more profit margins in oil changes and whisper blade changes than in fixing real problems like I had so they just screw you around until you get fed up and go somewhere else. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
Sold me a new car with little gas & I had to ask to help me out. They couldnt have put more than $5 in it. Also the car was never washed & had good bit of dust on it. Spare me the copy & paste response. Never again.
Rohrich Chevrolet was a delight to work with me on my purchase of my new Chevy
At the last trip to their service department it took them two weeks to replace an ignition switch. 1.5 years ago they replaced power steering rack which is now leaking.
These people are awful. They are liars (told me they couldnt work on something because of a state law, hours of research proved otherwise)They overcharge on everything and charge $100 just to investigate a repair.Dropped of on Thurs after making a appointment a week prior...they called me on Monday to tell me they couldnt work on it.
Wow great service and everyone was so nice. I would come back.
Really bad service Dont bring your car here they know nothing about how to service cars
The people here are good, but I am not very happy to buy a leaking car…
I was in and out of the service department, just wished they had the needed part in stock
BEST SERVICE EVER
Best car dealer in Pittsburgh
I picked one star because i couldnt select less. Worst customer service ever. I would never purchase a car here.
They Are Honest - but pricey
Done in good time
Avoid all Rohrich Dealerships, they are overpriced compared to their competitors.
Awesome service!
Superb service
Its okay
Service a recall
Great Service

Hung up on me.
