Smiley and Beatrice are your go to for all your wedding clothing. They customer service is top notch! If your dress needs to be altered, Beatrice will make it as though it was custom tailored for you. Great ladies, great service, beautiful bride.

Smilyana is the owner of Better Bridal and she is absolutely wonderful. She made me feel like I could take all the time I needed. It was very clear that she cared about me and my wedding. She was extremely respectful towards my mom and grandma (they ask a lot of questions...repeatedly haha). She even came in on a day that she was closed (twice!!) because that was the only day the three of us could be there together. Just a great experience. I ended up finding a dress there that was totally different from what I had imagined. So excited to wear it!!!!

I had an amazing experience this morning trying on wedding dresses, the owner made it such a great time. I highly recommend checking this bridal salon out if you’re searching for a wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, mother of the bride etc. The owner was very helpful, pulled all of my favorite styles, & was just great to work with in general.

Bought from them online. Item late and they did not respond to emails or phone calls where I told them not to send the item as I felt they were not holding up their end of the shipping agreement. Dress came late even after paying over $30 for expedited shipping. Unwilling to do a full refund despite the item arriving after the expected delivery window. I wish they would have refunded shipping.Total $297 order and returned dress. Got back $105. Unclear how that is considered half when tax is only 6.5%. I hope they also refund shipping, but so far all my emails about cancelations and refunds remain unanswered.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered a bridesmaid dress from here in February for a wedding at the beginning of October. Did not receive the dress until almost the end of August. I became pregnant during those months and was unable to alter my dress or receive any kind of refund. I had to buy a whole new dress, pay for express shipping, and alterations, and it STILL didn’t fit. The store insisted that I buy the 2nd dress at an incredibly large size and even with alterations it was just chopped up and ruined. I ended up having to safety pin my dress together for the wedding. I never received a refund for the first dress that wasn’t my size and the store still has it. The owners were very rude and unwilling to help. I had a terrible experience.

I had an amazing experience at Better Bridal. The owner was friendly and helpful during the whole experience. I am a COVID bride so I was worried about my dress arriving on time, but to my surprise it came a few weeks early. There are so many dresses that are absolutely beautiful and fairly priced. I could not be happier with my purchases at Better Bridal!

Stopped in today...spur of the moment...with my friend who is getting married next year. Smiljana, the shop owner, was down to earth, fun & very knowledgeable! There was no sales pressure. She took her time with my friend, gave her good advice and my friend found the dress and all of the beautiful accessories too! It was so much fun! Thanks Smiljana for your help and expertise. VERY poor customer service. Ordered a dress from this site for a wedding this fall and the dates my dress was supposed to arrive it never did. When I called they told me they don’t handle online orders and I would have to email. I emailed and heard nothing back so I called again, again was told they don’t do online orders over the phone I told them no my dress has not showed up and I haven’t heard anything, they told me someone would call me back THAT day after I refused to wait for an email that I knew would never come, still no phone call. Called again and again and finally someone on the phone MAGICALLY was able to look up the location of my dress. Luckily it came in time for it to get altered before the wedding. Do yourself a favor and buy a used one on Poshmark for 1/5th of the price.Edit to reply:The whole point to my complaint is lack of communication. I emailed a number of time before I finally got a reply AFTER the date my dress was supposed to arrive. Never once did I get an email about a delay or could your staff tell me about the location of my dress after multiple phone calls. Especially with covid going on you’d think if people’s dresses were going to be late a simple email could go out for notification, but no. Instead I got conversations with your employees who were clearly annoyed that they didn’t have the information to inform paying customers.

They will make sure you and your bridal party will look it’s best :)I got my beautiful dress and my bridesmaids picked theirs and were fitted, all our dresses ordered in under 2 hours. Seriously trying to talk to someone about your order is CRAZY!!!!!!!! The lady answers the phone and the tells you I can’t talk to about your order you have to email. Good luck because you never get a response on emailing. NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. If you are thinking about it, don’t do it!!!!!

My best friend is getting married in October and after he dress came in three months late (took 8 months to come in) and losing weight she goes to try on her dress and hates it!!! The dress is too tight, the straps are huge and take up her entire chest, and the hem line looks like she’s waiting for a flood. She doesn’t even want this dress anymore because she doesn’t want the hassle and would just like her money back, but is being told that’s not happening because the dress was made to fit her when it obviously doesn’t. I don’t think any bride should be forced to wear a dress they hate on their wedding day when it isn’t their fault for the problems.

I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to get your perfect dress from. You cant beat the prices and service is great! I could not have been happier with Better Bridal Pittsburgh. They were so accommodating and the selection of brides maids dresses was outstanding. All of our (mother of the bride, bride, and brides maids) dresses came on time with the correct sizes.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress May 18th. I have not received this dress yet and when I call and talk to the lady which I called 3 times she said she could not do a refund or help me I would have to email them to talk about the dress. But she knows they will not do a refund Because they make them hand made and said I was harassing her because I was just wanting my money back.Bad business I would not order from here again and I would advise you guys not to either.

I loved my experience here; I wasnt rushed, and I was treated very well. We had a lot of fun, and Clarissa was great at helping me find the perfect dress, talked to me about the folks in my party and what to expect (and if she needed to intervene if I liked something that they didnt, etc). I plan on buying my dress from them soon!

Seems like a very nice place. I walked in just to browse and see the type of dresses they had and was pleased. The attendant was very nice and helped my friend and I look around. Im getting married in 2018 and I found the wedding dress I want! I also found the perfect dress for my bridesmaids! I will be back in a few months for a fitting!

5 stars from me! I am from Cleveland, TN and I purchased my wedding dress at a shop in Knoxville. I was going to order my bridesmaid dresses from the same place until I got a phone call saying I needed to order them today, and pay a fee to get them here on time. I was given a date on when I needed to have them ordered by to avoid the fee and get them here on time. I checked around online for the same dress and I found Better Bridal of Pittsburgh, I went ahead and ordered it from here because not only was it over $90 cheaper than the place I was going to get it, it got here way faster than expected! It was exactly what I ordered and it is perfect! Any future needs of a dress, If they sell it, I will buy from Better Bridal of Pittsburgh!

I ordered for a bridesmaid dress for a wedding in May of 2019 and I ordered it in Nov of 2018, I received a confirmation order email and had the right size and color. But then received another email saying a different size, a triple size than what I ordered. I emailed three times, never got a reply then finally call around March/April asking what was going on since I was suppose to receive the dress in March but hadnt yet. The phone conversation was not customer service friendly, they were very short with me and the bride when we called. They told us they would send us the right dress on time for the wedding. Very disappointed when I had to look for a different dress, and they sent the dress two days before the wedding (clearly didnt wear the dress). The bride and I are not happy with Better Bridal, we never will recommend them to anyone for any type of service. I wish I could say no stars, but I had to put one.

The colors & selections are great. We had a wonderful time trying on dresses for my bridal party. The customer service is superb. I totally recommend these ladies.

This is the best experience I had at a bridal salon. I worked with Brandy, and she was always so sweet. I came in to the salon four times. (First to try on dresses, second to show my mom the one I loved, third to get buy it and get measured, and fourth to buy a veil) every time everyone was super helpful. I loved the atmosphere, and I cant wait to get my dress!

Brought my dress here and it was great. It was a very personal experience and the price was very affordable.

If I could give zero stars to this place I would. I used Candalina Brides for my November 29, 2014 wedding and they were a NIGHTMARE to deal with from beginning to end. First, when the bridesmaids ordered their dresses in early April we were all told that the dresses would arrive in 10 - 12 weeks. When I called at the end of July to check on the dresses I was told that now they werent planned to arrive until mid-October- 5 WEEKS before my wedding! When the dresses did arrive the girls immediately scheduled alterations appointments and this is where the nightmare really began. The seamstress RUINED the girls dresses! They were so bad in fact that they had to refund all of the girls the money for the dresses and alterations (after MUCH fighting back and forth and their initial refusal to do so) and the girls then had to *try* to get the ruined alterations repaired by other places to little or no avail. After all of this I still have never heard from the store owner which Ive left no less than 7 messages for. The store manager, Jeannie, is a disaster in her own right, refusing to even admit to me who she was when I was in their store in person and then wasting my time to call me afterward to see what could be done to rectify the situation explaining that she wouldnt tell me who she was when I was there because she didnt want to escalate the situation. The sooner this place closes down the better it will be for Pittsburgh. Stay away from this place girls, I promise you theyll make you live to regret even considering doing business with them.

Better Bridal has a gorgeous selection of dresses and staff willing to go out of their way to accommodate your needs. They deliver your vision of what you want in front of you. I went in to find a bridesmaids dress. Even though I didnt have an appointment, Kailyn was extremely kind and super helpful. The store had a large selection of dresses and the prices were better than what I had seen elsewhere. I would definitely recommend coming here, especially to Kailyn who was very personable

Ordered a dress. They sent the wrong size. I have been calling and leaving messages everyday. They are barely open. They dont answer back. Had to dispute my credit card charge. Dont order from these crooks. - Listen to your messages, Resolve my issue and I am happy to remove this feedback.

Dresses run small, but if you go by the measurements listed you should be in good shape. Also I did the expidited shipping and it came 2 weeks early.

Attn: I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! My sister is soon to be married and all of the bridesmaids purchased our dresses from this shop. Thankfully, early on in the ordering process, her mother in law noticed the sales rep was about to order the wrong dresses for everyone and had the problem corrected. Now, after picking up my dress we realized they ordered the wrong size! It clearly states what size I needed on my receipt but it was still ordered wrong. The dress that I ordered required zero alterations. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told “hed call me back”. I called every day for a week and still got nowhere (sometimes 2 times a day). I was also out of town on the West Coast -working- and still made the attempts to speak to the owner. At one point, an employee told me that to speak to the owner I needed to write an email. Angrily, I did but it was returned because their inbox was full. (I have the email saved as proof). I wonder if that’s where they file all of their customer complaints? Now, I would absolutely be open to the mistakes happen rule but after chasing the owner for a week and getting nowhere- I lost that thought. After calling every day for a week I was FURIOUS. I cant say that I was the happiest of customers to deal with but Im sure anyone would reach a point of panic when you’re the maid of honor - in your sisters wedding-that was less than a month away and your dress was too big!!! I refused to bring the dress back to the store UNTIL I could speak to the owner and ensure he was going to make it right. I live 45 minutes to an hour away and didnt want to waste any more time or gas! I specifically told that to every employee. To put the icing on the cake - I spoke to the owners wife (who claims shes the owner when youre in the store), tell me that in her country shed be expected to just deal with it and move on. #WELCOMETOTHEUSAMYDEARWhen the owner -Scott- FINALLY called me a week later he treated me with complete disrespect and wondered why I was so angry. He barely let me talk and continuously spoke over me. After that I decided to cut my losses and made an appointment with my own seamstress to fix their mistake. I was hesitant to let C.B. even touch the dress after that conversation. Candalina brides can careless about their customers. The owner specifically stated that Im not the first (unhappy customer) and Im certainly not the last... And when I mentioned that Id be giving him bad reviews he said hed love the free publicity.#enjoythefreepublicityjerk!********** I would highly advise against going to this shop unless you enjoy horrible customer service and paying out of your own pocket for their mistakes!!

WARNING - THIS PLACE IS GOING BY THE NAME BETTER BRIDAL NOW. BEWARE!!!!Attendant woke up on the wrong side of the bed! She was sooooo rude. Here is my story: My friend and I walked in and started going upstairs, as the sign indicates you should. A voice from downstairs says Im down here. So we turn around and start going down. She then starts up the stairs and says no go upstairs. She asked what I was there for and I told her I was in for a appointment to look at wedding dresses. And then she said No, what KIND of dress. A little taken, I calmly told her the style I liked. She took me into the room of dresses and said to look around. She did not offer to pull for me (she knows her stock, not me.) I found one dress I had a mild interest in trying on. She asked if I needed help trying it on. At this point, in no mood to deal with her, I said my friend would help me. We took the dress in the fitting room and noticed it was dirty and tattered. We tried it on as best we could (if anyone has tried wedding dresses on, you know how difficult that can be). As fast as we got it on, is as fast as we took it off and booked it to the door. No way I was placing the responsibility of ordering and altering a dress for my wedding day in this shops hands. They cant even give you the courtesy of trying on their dresses.All I can figure is this lady has zero patience and should not be working with the public. Sheesh!
