Everyone here is just absolutely amazing, I can’t say better things about this place. They have any kind of dress style you want and they had the perfect dress for me. Thank you to the staff for helping me find the most amazing dress for the special day and being so friendly and amazing. You guys are the actual best !!

DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING. I thought that I found the one. It was a $1900 SAMPLE dress. I asked her if we could have a discount because it was a sample and not new. She said $1500... I looked it up online and the most expensive that I found at dress stores brand new was around $1300 since it wasn’t a newer model dress.. I messaged them and told them about this. She asked me where I saw this at so I sent her three websites and she didn’t say yes or no. She just wished me luck finding my dream dress. I thought that it was very ignorant to turn down business. It’s just as well because we were talking quotes for alterations up to $600!! That is double what some of the other places told us. I had the BEST experience at Bella Sposa which isn’t even a plus size shop. They found the dress of my dreams for me with minimal alterations. Thank you for turning down my business and not helping my find my dream dress because someone else did. Champagne toast and all!

I just want to send a HUGE shoutout to Koda Bridal in Mt. Lebanon. They specialize in plus size bridal dresses and thanks to them, I had such an easy time picking out my dress. I had tons of choices even which completely surprised me (and my mom lol).I had to choose between 3 dresses at the end and thankfully everyone came to the same consensus. My dress was very affordable. Linda did an amazing job with my alterations, too. I highly recommend them to everyone. I bought my wedding gown here in Sept 2019 for my Oct 2020 wedding. The shopping and alterations experience was WONDERFUL.SHOPPING EXPERIENCEI was having trouble choosing between dresses and the owner listened to what I liked in each and picked out a recommendation for me to try and it was the one!DRESS ARRIVAL PROCESSFast forward to the dress arrival process. This was the only part of wedding planning that literally made me break down and cry.After the pandemic started, in reached out to figure out how the changes in production might impact my gown and was told that it might only delay delivery by two weeks MAYBE. My dress was initially set to arrive in middle of June/early July. Once we reached mid-July, I checked again and the dress shop said they had no update and assured me that it would be in time for my wedding. I called every two weeks to check in and most updates were we cant get in touch with the manufacturer and dont know where your dress is 😳 Can you imagine receiving this response?I finally got so fed up, I reached out to the dress manufacturer on social media BEGGING for help and called a flagship store in California. I did that on a Thursday and my dress arrived the following Tuesday (August 26th).ALTERATIONSThe seamstress really restored my confidence in this shop and helped me get excited again! She also added a heart shaped piece of my (deceased) grandfathers tie to the inside of the gown. I cannot thank her enough for the attention to detail and high quality service.Overall, dress was beautiful, I appreciated the shopping experience but would not shop here again. It was way too stressful and I didnt feel like my concerns re: my dress arrival was a priority to the shop. If I could reach out to the manufacturer and move things along, so could they.

Absolutely best place for plus size women to find their gowns!

This was really a pleasant experience. I was nervous to start trying on dresses, unsure if anything would fit, and Mary Beth made things very easy and comfortable. She actually picked more dresses that I liked than I did. I would definitely recommend this boutique to others. Dresses also seem pretty reasonably priced.

Buyer Beware!I will never give this place business again, nor will I recommend for anyone to come here! I thought I loved this place when I first found my dress because of the variety of plus size dresses they have, and the “friendly” staff. My first complaint is the amount of time it took for my dress to come in. I was told that my dress would arrive 3 months after the order date, which was placed in October. I called them in January to ask about my dress arrival, they told me they didn’t know. I called again in February and they said the dress was supposed to ship in late March! It finally arrived in April, and when I went to pick it up I had to ASK the girl if I could try on my gown to see if it needed alterations...she was very rude in my opinion. She wouldn’t even allow me to try on the gown until I paid for it in full!!My second complaint is the size of the dress. I assumed they ordered a size bigger than I needed according to the measurements they took, however, the dress was actually too small! They did tell me not to gain any additional weight upon leaving, which who plans to gain weight!? I’m extremely upset because I’ve lost 20lbs and the dress is still too small, and will now need to be modified. This should have never happened!!

I just went this weekend, not expecting to buy my wedding dress yet (I didn’t expect to find anything immediately) but Brittany helped me and my friends and was AMAZING. They have a gorgeous selection of plus size dresses (I was worried about having only a few to choose from) and ended up having 4 dresses to pick between because I loved them all! What a good problem to have. And Brittany was so helpful, encouraging, and gentle about giving me pointers on styles that were more or less flattering.

Koda Bridal made it easy for me to find my dream dress. They have dresses that flatter every style and body type. The consultants are all very friendly and their in house seamstress knows exactly what she is doing! I 100% suggest you make an appointment asap to find the dress of your dreams! I know I will be feeling sexy and confident on my wedding day thanks to the help of these women! ❤

Koda Bridal is an awesome place that has a great selection and treats its clients with great care. The dresses for our entire bridal party were purchased there. It was the first and only bridal shop we needed to visit. I tell everyone who will listen how wonderful they are. If you have a special occasion weddings, proms, school dances whatever, they have a wide selection of dresses. Marybeth and her team of consultants will guide you in the right direction. Koda Bridal is a little shop with a big heart.

I was so happy with my gown I look absolutely beautiful on my wedding. Employees were very nice and friendly, very professional. I had bought a gown on line that was my first mistake, it was four sizes to small I received it in the mail one week before my wedding. I was devastated. My cousin told me about Koda and we went right away. I was the happiest bride to be in the entire world my shopping experience with Koda Bridal was absolutely devine.

We discovered Koda at a Bridal show last year and it was such a lucky day for us. They are the best at making brides feel comfortable and they care about the details. My daughters wedding was relaxed and it all started with our shopping experience with the best staff I have ever dealt with. We recommend them to all our friends (and even strangers).

The staff were VERY friendly and they had a great selection for my Mom to find a mother of the bride dress. The only downside was it was a bit more pricey than we were hoping, but worth it for the selection and individual attention.

Love the dress but once they have your money, complete change in attitude. They left me alone in my dress for my mom to help get me out of!

The experience was okay, nothing spectacular. Everyone working there was very nice but I went to get fitted for a braidemaids dress and they took all of my measurements only for them to call me and tell me it was ready for pick up and the dress didn’t fit at all! It was too big almost everywhere. I was disappointed because I had to spend additional money to get the dress altered all over again so that it actually fit. It was like my initial measurments were never even looked at.

Friendly, attentive and cozy. I cant recommend this shop enough. I bought my dress here and it was awesome. They dont give you a hard sell, and were not annoyed by my indecisiveness. Thanks again koda

Not just for brides! Custom made prom dresses too!

My dress was purchased at the store on 2/17/18. Half the money is required down prior to ordering. Part of being a Koda Bride is that they take your picture with their Koda frame and put it on their Instagram page. I noticed other brides pictures that purchased their dress after me however mine was never posted. I had to inquire until it was posted. Then I emailed them through their website on the following dates to inquire the arrival of my dress: 5/4/18 (they told me my dress would arrive late may early june) emailed 6/7/18, 6/25/18 (at this point I asked them if I need to be concerned as my wedding is in September) 7/3/18 emailed them again they stated no due to the holiday shipment was delayed. 7/5/18 dress finally arrived at their shop. I arrived on 8/4/18 for my fitting and paid off my dress. At the time of the fitting I was told that the dress needed hemmed (only tulle there is no beading at the bottom of my dress), the straps needed taken in about a half of an inch, add small amount of mesh and lace along front neckline, (seamstresss recommendation) and the bussell. They advised me that it was going to be an additional amount which was close to half of my dress in price. I emailed Koda bridal and explained my frustration and concern regarding the cost and the response from the owner was to have me find another seamstress and mail me my dress. She did not try to compromise or work with me by any means to come to an agreement to make the customer happy. She informed me that the seamstress does her own pricing that they do not set the price however the seamstress works at their store and this is a direct reflection of Koda bridal. They ultimately shipped by dress to me in a square box that would fit diapers and this is a plus size bridal shop and my dress was crammed inside of the box and folded over. By the way did I mention I get married in a month?!!! I find it absolutely horrible to leave a bride (stranded) to find a seamstress a month before her wedding.

Koda Bridal is NOT a dress-tination, more like disaster-nation. Dont waste your time.3-8-15 In response.I was a guest of someone shopping, NOT the registered shopper, therefore you dont have me in your appointments. We all were disappointed as to the selection of gowns for Mother of the Bride. The quality just wasnt there. Your team was very nice and really tried to help, but our vision of a gown was for a much higher quality than what was offered in your store.
